Worst experience. I could not give 0 star so giving one. It is very old community so there will be always problem in maintenance. There is one lady in office room i guess she is the manager. she is always very rude. When i left they charged $1000 for no reason. When i asked photos for damage what i did they sent the photos which i have attached. I dont see any damage. You would see minor dirt thats it. So much frustrated. I wont recommend for anyone.

Ive rented several properties in my adult life, and this neighborhood was by far my favorite place that Ive lived so far. If I ever need to leave my townhouse for some reason, Id gladly move back to this neighborhood! I highly recommend renting at Deercross. Its conveniently located nearby the Blue Ash Kroger store, and also the Chabad Jewish Center. There is a highly diverse culture as far as the renters, and I definitely felt very welcome when I used to live at Deercross! 🤘

Deercross is a wonderful place to live. The location is awesome, right off Ronald Regan, that connects to 75 & 71, and next door to Kroger and Target. The team there is very nice. They respond really quickly and maintenance is awesome. Would defiantly recommend.

Ive stayed in Deercross Apartments for several years - its been a great place to live - high quality of apartments & surroundings, safe & family friendly neighborhood, great maintenance, fun parties and a fantastic leasing office team. The location is also great with stores like Kroger, Kohls, Big Lots, Target etc. nearby, most of which are within walking distance. Its also right next to Ronald Reagan Highway - which gives you access to both I71 & I75. The rent is pretty reasonable. And plus, Blue Ash as a city is a great place to live & work. Overall, highly recommended!

We have lived in our apartment for about 8 years now. It is such a great community to live in - close to restaurants, stores, parks, every thing we love that makes us feel like this is a great location to live at - especially within the Sycamore school district. We have had minor maintenance repairs over the years on our apartment - but anytime we have had to reach out about it, the brg staff looks at it like every job is important and takes care of it in a timely manner and always exceed our expectations! They make you feel comfortable in your home and in the neighborhood and make it such a nice place to call home.

Lived here for two years and never had an issue with management. The one repair I needed took only a day to fix. Great area too! I wish they had recycling in the complex, you will have to go to UC Blue Ash for that.

Office staff always took care of issues within a reasonable amount of time, close to Kroger and the highway. These are not luxury apartments but for living in blue ash I think the price is on point. You could always live in downtown Blue Ash at the brand new apartments and pay $1400 per month for a 1 bedroom. Got my deposit back within two weeks of moving out.

We are half way through our first year and over all we have had a great experience. All issues have been address in a timely manor. Unfortunately the new person across the hall has the same last name so mail gets mixed up but that’s no ones fault. We plan to leave once our lease is up because we want a 3rd bedroom but we are looking to stay with a BRG property. I would highly recommend Deercross it’s quiet and a great location.

I have lived in the community for 6 months and so far it has not been the greatest experience. I moved to this area and pay almost double what it would cost just a few minutes up the road because I expected a certain level of service considering the area of town. Unfortunately I disregarded the bad reviews about the office staff and maintenance because of the convenient location. When I paid my deposit I was promised that work would be done during the apartment turn that did not get done. I called the office and wrote these issues on my move in walk through but it was never addressed. I moved into an apartment that was not clean and the maintenance team did a very poor job on the turn. I recently put in an emergency maintenance request due to a water leak in the apartment above me. Even though there was a huge wet spot on my ceiling that was over 3’ round within 4 hours I was told they couldnt find the leak so call back if it starts dripping through the ceiling. Once the work is completed it will have taken them 2 weeks to find and complete repair. There is no sense of urgency with this team in getting your home back together. And good luck getting accurate information from the office staff and manager. When you do reach them expect an attitude and prepare to be disrespected. Customer service and satisfaction is not their priority!

Wow, what can I say? I was super interested in these apartments until I read all of these reviews each one singing the same tune. I am shocked that these issues have been going on for so long and apparently no one there cares to deal with it and let me tell you it is effecting your business big time! I would fully expect this place to be closed down or bankrupt in the near future. Glad I read all of these and thank you to each person that took the time to write about it. I will no longer be looking here.

Rent is pricey (in my opinion) for a 1 bedroom, but compared to others in the area, its comparably decent.. The apartment is a little dated, which is a little frustrating for $815/month. I never really had any huge issues with management -- the only one I can remember is when a package was delivered to the wrong building and I needed it by that day for a trip. I asked if someone could possibly get it for me since I couldnt get into the locked building, and I was rudely told maybe, if we have time. Uh, okay.. but I did get the package eventually. I never got to use the pool was closed in mid-September, despite temps being in the 90s and the pool still being filled. Overall, it was a pretty average experience. I only lived there for about 7 months until my fiance and I purchased a house - I had no issues getting out of my lease (except owing a pretty penny of $2000+, which wasnt specifically outlined in the lease). Just be forewarned that the units they show you during your tour are NOT what a majority of units look like. While the actual unit I had wasnt bad, it certainly didnt have the same layout or updated cabinets. I would make sure you go in and see exactly what youre going to be renting before signing anything!

I lived here for just over 3 years. Its a nice and respectable apartment; nothing special or pretentious about it, but cozy and comfortable. Proximity to Kroger and Kohls is a bonus. Maintenance was an issue throughout though. Roads cracked and potholed during winter used to remain that way for months into the summer, fishing lake area was a no-go zone because of geese droppings, some equipment or other was always broken in the gym, stinking and overflowing trash boxes. The worst part of my stay though was the leasing consultant. The blonde lady (I dont want to name her) was absolutely obnoxious and totally unhelpful. She was always rude and behaved like a celebrity. Dealing with her was a nightmare. Also, you could never trust her word; you needed everything in writing. But for her, my stay there would have been perfect.

Garbage. The management is always rude & snotty. Good luck trying to get maintenance staff out for any repairs itll be days if they even show up at all. We had MICE & MOLD! Everywhere! We had to take our own measurements to prevent it. The price goes up every year instead of down like most properties. The pool is nice for people who work there, meaning those nice tables out there are never available because the same dude is there every single day all day & night getting drunk & bothering everyone for hours with his entire family (cousins, adult children & their friends). The entire property is over rated. Spend the extra & save yourself the hassle. The same garbage sat in the back woods for literally 2yrs! Yet they try to charge if you have non patio furniture on your porch. We reported this property to the EPA & BBB twice!

As a resident of these apartments for a third year, I’m really disappointed I can’t leave 0 stars. I’m even more disappointed we recently renewed our lease. This last year has been the worst by far. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone and I’m telling every single person I know to never rent here. We consistently have maintenance issues and they are never addressed in a prompt manner or they take several visits because the staff is terrible. We recently had a water pipe leak in our apartment. The maintenance staff and front office personnel were in no hurry to get it fixed. Marie in the leasing office is so incompetent it took several calls to her to even get a call back and to have something done. Now the carpet has been left saturated for days and it smells like a swamp in our entire apartment. The carpet has been cleaned but the property manager, Audra, refuses to replace it. The property manager’s behavior was asinine and all she did was make excuses and minimize the issue like it was normal to have standing water in an apartment. Since the carpet isn’t being replaced, we will probably get mold so I don’t feel safe staying here. I will be making a call to the health department this afternoon. Save your peace of mind and your money and don’t rent here.

Worst front office staff member lady. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Treats residents like pests. I am really surprised that after getting so many low ratings eview comments specifically about the front office staff behavior did not improve in 7 years of my living in the community. Its a beautiful community to live in but I feel traumatised to visit and ask any query in the leasing office.

I feel I have to write a comment here. People need to know how horrible the maintenance is before they even consider this place. The maintenance is EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY incompetent and slow!!! They dont know what they are doing AT ALL! They always claim it is fixed but actually it is not! And they refuse to replace the stuff they are unable to fix!!! When I tried to communicate with the management about this issue, they appeared to be very polite, BUT THEY DID NOTHING, NOTHING AT ALL TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM!!!! I am extremely DISAPPOINTED!!!!! THEY DONT TAKE RESIDENTS SERIOUSLY.At last, I just wanted to point out that I am giving one star to Deercross Apartments just because google does not have a lower score!!JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

The only good thing about living here is the location and everything else is just bad. The apartments are old and dilapidated and something breaks down every other month. It is also infested with all kinds of bugs.I dread to talk to the lady at the front office, she is very rude and disrespectful and the most unpleasant front office person I ever had to deal with. She appears to have this false notion that residents are living in the apartments for free. A lot of residents have raised concerns regarding the behavior of the people at the leasing office, but all that management is doing is defending their personnel rather than trying to mend their ways.

Horrible experience with maintenance - my maintenance issues were never completely corrected despite months of e-mails and photographs sent to management of the poor quality of work that had been done. Old buildings/units that look nice from afar but are falling apart at the seams when you look closely. Definitely over-priced for what you get.

Convenient location. Nice neighborhood. Apt. was clean. Laundry was close. Rent was a bit high but it was still okay. Lived there from January 2015 - July 2015. Office staff was always accomodating. All over a nice place to live. I would recommend it to friends.

Not worth the money. What others have said about the poor quality of maintenance and office personnel as well as the “pool guy” is entirely true. These people care far more about potential renters than they do about those who are actually living here. For as much rent as they charge, and for being in Blue Ash, I expected much better living quality and service. Do NOT rent here unless you are sincerely desperate.

They deserve less than one star. My husband and I have had a terrible experience working with the office personnel over moving out/deceiving us into paying them more money and not addressing maintenance issues or frankly emails unless submitted several times. I do not blame the maintenance people, because they are actually really good and nice I fully blame management at this facility. All they care about is doing things the cheapest and easiest way. The only good thing they have going for them is the location of the apartments. There are definitely other apartments around that have just as good of a location and wont give you this much headache.DO NOT RENT from this place. It is not worth the headache I promise you.

Horrible experience. We had leakage from the ceiling, our 2 bhk is completely flooded and management is least bothered about it. We are staying here for 2 yrs, and this is not the first time we had issues with leakage, it happened more than 8 times before but this is the worse. They are very slow in repairing the things and never get it fixed right. They never care about their current residents. I hate to visit front office and talk about any issues, they are very rude.If you really need a peace of mind STAY AWAY from Deercross Apartment.

Rent is pretty high for the apartments though nothing is really lacking, staff is very friendly and helpful. The rent bump every year is pretty high as well. I think its around 5% to 8% a year, well above what wages normally increase at so careful if you are already on a tight budget.EDIT*Some background, I am still here, been for two years.Only crime I have seen was 4th of July someone ran behind one set of buildings and busted up some thing on peoples porches, he was drunk and the police caught him. I heard a loud crash at around 1 a.m. and by the time I got outside he had ran off and within about 5 minutes the police were there probably from someone else in the previous apartment that had their stuff trashed. They took statements and recorded the damage.I have had an issue with my drains not working, they fixed it that day, think I had to wait like 30 minutes which was great and I am thankful. Will be moving next year due to the price increases, I can afford it I just dont see the value in it. I am currently paying about $810 for a one bed room which is a little crazy. I really hate moving but I found a similar set up for $200 cheaper. Moving is less than $2400 I will save on rent and the location is on par with Deercross. The people are nice, lots of kids and pretty well behaved. Just careful when driving during summer, they are all over and on bikes will come out from blind spots around the garages and covered areas. In my unit the hallway smells like curry, really really thick, same with the one next store, if you really hate this smell be sure to find a unit that doesnt have this because its pretty much year round. Once in the apartment I am fine, but the hallway is rough, I always get the same complaint when someone stops by.

I lived at Deercross from Dec. 2009 through November 2011. Yes, I agree the staff and management are not quick to respond to phone calls and sometimes maintenance issues unless there are emergencies. However, if you follow up with them and not wait on them, they will respond with a timeline to get what you need. Second, the apartments themselves offers a lot of space for the price and include some W/D or hook-ups in all units and they offer covered parking or garage parking if needed for a minimal monthly price. The pool area and the new gym facility is fantastic. I would have friends join me there and they raved about it. Dont pass this place by as it is also right next door to Krogers and Target!
