I have had hearing aids about 2.5 years. The staff has always been pleasant with me and my wife. I know they are looking out for me. I am able to hear things that I havent in awhile. Staff has changed since I first started going in. But the friendly caring atmosphere has not.

My husband had been having a hard time hearing for several years. We decided it was time to do something about it. We chose Miracle Ear because of an add in the local paper. From day one he was treated with respect and understanding and patience. Richard Vognetz really knew what he was talking about and what he was doing. He explained everything to both my husband and me, even if he had to explain again. My husband was skeptical, but Richard was very understanding and worked with him each time on the complaints he had. He always corrected the problem, until Rick was satisfied. The appointments were friendly, professorial and always helpful. We recommend Miracle Ear to everyone who has a hearing problem. Th price is what they do not like. We know the price was high, but when Rick is not wearing his hearing aids, he is lost, he is so glad he can hear now. Very nice place. Staff are great! Had a good time getting my hearing tested. Less was very professional when it showed I dont need hearing aids yet she was very happy for me and didnt try to get me to purchase something I didnt need. Honest people!

They made the experience so easy, very through, very informative and very professional. They all work well together, like a family. Have had great service in Bloomsburg. Tiffany Bailey is very helpful and knowledgeable. Ellen (reception) is very helpful and friendly. They have helped when I just stopped in with little problems and with sending my instruments in for service.

Elaine is fantastic at the front desk, warm, friendly and great personality makes you feel good being there.Lesa is fantastic at what she does, goes over everything she is going to do, shows you the hearing aids and lets you try to see which ones would benefit you the most, really is concerned on how you feel with which ever ones you choose and how you can hear with them, answers all your questions and adjustments of the aids to your likes, she by far is very knowledgeable and pleasant working with you
