I work for a local school and I needed a Surface Pro 6 screen replaced. Had I gone to Microsoft it would of been $450.00. At I-Cell Repair it was $250.00. The owner was polite and courteous. There was a slight issue with a cord being damaged. I have worked in tech for over 20 years and it happens. What matters is how it is addressed. The owner admitted the problem and corrected at no cost to me. I had to wait a few extra days for the part, but that was not an issue. I was impressed with his stand-up accepting responsibility behavior. This is so rare now-a-days. To be safe he also ordered another part if needed, again at no cost to me. Then when I picked up the Surface Pro he also added a screen protector at no cost. This is a business that values customer service, which is very refreshing. We will continue to use I-Cell Repair in the future and I will will also recommend the service to my family and friends.

Got us in right away fixed it all up. It was really cheap I’m glad I went to him instead of the guy down the street. The other guy lied to us 2 times. Also really nice.

So impressed!! My iPhone 8 battery had seen better days (even though the phone is still in great shape) and needed to be replaced. I called and was able to go in and have my battery replaced same day. The owner is kind, knowledgable, and honest. My battery was reasonably priced and has a limited warranty. I will not hesitate to bring anything here for future repairs. I’m so grateful to have this resource so close to home!

Very knowledgeable,professional and timely. I had an old S7 that fell of a car roof and was ran over by another car. Not all the data and pictures transferred over to the new phone. They were able to access all my pictures and download them to a thumb drive. Will take all my electronic repairs here.

I had my I pad, and tab 8’s screens fixed and my I phone SE battery replaced. The battery for my phone was installed in front of me and now lasts all day and then some!!! My I pad was done about the time I returned home and I’m just waiting for my tab 8 screen to be shipped in and replaced. Prices are excellent and they have phone covers and tempered glass covers. The worker installed my tempered glass cover free with my other purchases! The worker gave me great advice and was very knowledgeable!!!! With a great location it is easy to find.We were impressed by the professional, courteous, informative and quick service we received as well as the cleanliness of the store. Costs were within reason. The guy who was working there was incredibly nice. He was working on a phone before I got there and finished both my phone and the phone before mine in about 20 minutes. He installed a new battery in my phone for $65. Not a bad price for a battery and installation. He also talked to me while working on my phone and was very pleasant to chat with. Will definitely go back if I ever have any issues with my phone.

A small business, huge heart, and even better service. I wasnt able to catch the gentlemans name who fixed my broken screen ( fixed in 10 minutes), but he fixed the phone right in front of me with incredible precision. Even upon completion he notified me that my phone wasnt new when I purchased it two years ago. The supposed new iPhone had been refurbished (new screen and new battery) and this was only seen when he opened the phone and the iPhone manufacturing marks were not their but some other third party. I highly recommended taking your device to I-Cell Repair. Youll be another satisfied customer.
