The most unorganized group of people that I have ever dealt with! My new State Farm agent reached out to this location multiple times over the span of six weeks with a cancelation letter with no response! We canceled our auto-pay just to play it safe because we were getting no response from the local office. And low and behold the next month with no approval, they took out two months worth of payments! Almost as if the didnt want to see our cancelation letter just to bill us! Their withdrawal caused us 4 overdraft fees as well! Now coincidentally I try to reach this local office and I get directed to allstate corporate who tells me that the local branch is responsible for the overdraft fees and the reasoning on why and who gave the authority to take the two payments... I call the local branch back and they toss me around their phone queue like its hot potato! This is not fun! Then I get to the branch owners secretary to then get hung up on!!! Stay away from this place, unless you dont mind other people using your bank account as their own 🤦‍♂️ At the end of the day we are in a global pandemic, Im not rich by no means and I am out $622.67 and The Tillson Ins Agy Inc couldnt care any less...***Update***As of this morning Allstate gave us a refund of just about $490. Now keep in mind that was only because I contacted Allstate corporate this local branch still has yet to do anything so help me out with this matter in fact they still dont answer my calls as if they have my phone number blocked or if the whole department knows not to answer my call. But I am going to keep on trying to call and mitigate my damages as much as possible but you would think this company would just rather hey what they owe me instead of having me struggle and find other ways to get their attention and possibly even affect their business in a negative way...
