Great store. You can get in and out quickly in most cases. Store is usually out of key items like kids size water and some food items. This store is very busy thus it is wise to go non rush hour times. Toilets are often dirty and smelly.

Bruce is a great employee! He was quick to help me at the check out and very friendly. After I was done Bruce was having short conversations with people who must be regular customers, and they all seemed so pleased and happy to see him.

Ive never returned a sale so quick in my life, $540.00. Manager was so condescending and no customer service when simply asking for a solution. The young man (employee) who helped us was nice and suggested great options but the Manager was a different story. I can understand store policies but I dont get the attitude. As a paying customer wont go to this location anymore. Ill take my business elsewhere. 😌

The store is well organized ans staff always helps me find the things I need when I ask for assistance. Great prices for people with a Sams membership! Their rotisserie chicken is always my go to when I shop, good price too for the size.

Nice, neat, fast, lines look long but its amazing and fast. Easy to fine stuff, fruit is fresh and nice. A good price for alot of things waaaay cheaper than target or cubs.

You know Costco? This is like that but owned by Walmart and feels a little bit less organized. Costco own brands (Kirkland, etc) are better an actual competition for brands that have been around forever, I would just stick to the brands you can get at every grocery store just in bulk here.

Always good roasted chicken, large size at a good price. Seating area by food court is back open! Nice to grab a frozen yogurt when done. Friendly and helpful staff.

First time in many years visiting. The ice cream is some of the best I have tasted among ice creams. I highly recommend this place and they have many delicious flavors to choose from.

Staff are helpful, tactful and smiling. Most interactions with staff leave you in a good mood. For instance, trying to buy sunglasses, the sales associate carefully answered all questions, re-explained all details as needed.

They are not as awesome as Costco; but I love having a membership here. I spend an entire day grocery shopping. 1st Costco then Sams Club, a little at Walmart & a few things at Cub Foods.

This is probably slightly nicer than the one in Eagan but with the larger crowd and they were out of a few things Id rather shop at the eagen one. The deals are pretty decent although some things arent as great as youd think. For instance they had 4x 1lb blocks of butter for about $8.50. this would be a good deal Id I didnt just get 2x 1lb boxes at Kwik trip for $1.99 each.

Mostly clean! Friendly employees. I loved how everything I needed was in stock. It can be hard to find meat at other grocery stores during this tough time. Great deals for the amount of food/items you’ll get. Favorite meat that I chose was the Waygu ground beef, 3lbs for $15. Sounds pricey on the surface, but it’s high quality meat! Chicken ranges between $2-2.50.Membership was only $45, and basically made the money back already with the savings on this trip compared to other stores. There was a different membership that was offered. $100 and with that, you’ll earn points for the money spent. For every $500, they’ll give you $10. Since I don’t have a family, this membership didnt make sense for me.

Mobile checkout and other futuristic options now available I paid for gas and groceries with my phone and never had to wait in line for anything.

Very rude cashiers especially the helpers also false advertisement in store. And mold on some food their produce. They took an item out of my cart and said there was a one limit item I went back and it’s not posted in the section or online they just like to discriminate against the customers very disappointed in this store🤮

Shopped at this location a few times mornings are pretty nice not busy employees are flexible and able to help during these hours compared to later in the afternoon I have met the store manager I believe Kristine Seems like a very nice woman she has helped me out a few times. Idris is a great employee always helps me out when I shop means the world thank you my friend lots of people I have came across that are every helpful I will make it a goal to remember all the amazing people at the location I hope management will appreciate these people and what they On a regular basis for their company. Based on my interactions at your location I have noticed great customer employee relations between Employees and customer which I think is amazing I also feel that management can also be a little bit more friendly. My ratings is based on interactions with their employee I will give you a 5

Busy Sams Club and has a smooth entrance and exit. Has everything I need in store and the liquor store prices are amazing. Never go to any other liquor store, this is the one you need for a better price.

All I did is pick up prescriptions, today. Pharmacy staff is awesome. I had meds waiting and they called me to see if I would like them mailed, if it was hard for me to get by there. Know me by name when I walk up to the window. THE BEST!!!!!!! Great service. Make Sams your place for medical needs and you dont even have to have a membership to use the pharmacy.

Love drive up service! They have great customer service and always give you a little treat bag with drinks and snacks. Highly recommend using this service. Each order I have made has been accurate.

This Sams Club is always really busy. Ive had not the best experiences there in the past but I gave it a shot again this morning and it was wonderful. its much cleaner than it used to be, well organized and stocked, and very helpful employees. If you havent been there in a while, give it a try again.

Some people shop like they haent been to this store a million times. Regardless, I always have a smooth experience. Scan n Go is key.

I did the order on line then scheduled a pick-up time. Really quick and easy.

They dont let members in until 10:00 an unless you pay extra for the plus membership. I was a business member for years, now discontinued. As a third shift worker, I want a place open at 6:00 am so I can go after work. I have to miss 4 hours of sleep to go to Sams club now. Sadly there is no Costco within 20 miles.

There for gas, price is right, but half the pumps they need, and the pumps always go half speed.

They keep moving things around, making it harder to shop. Sams Club keeps dropping products that I use, they are becoming unreliable as a good place to shop.

Overall I can appreciate Sams club for what they try to offer even though its part of the Walmart corporation. They have good deals in bulk products but overall this location was extremely busy the customer service was just fair hopefully next time I visit the customer service will be a little bit more helpful and courteous

There was empty carts and dollies in several aisles which made passing other shoppers very difficult. Also workers were restocking shelves and taking up a lot of room with the pallets. Not the greatest shopping experience this time.

The Bloomington Sams Club is not laid out well to get around the store easily.

The curbside pickup makes the Sams club membership worth it!! Costco needs to get on board with these types of services. Let alone the gas discounts.

Love this sams club. Love sams club in general, but this is my local sams club. I get my alcohol, toiletries, food, house hold products, disposable face mask here. The bathrooms have always been clean, they have a family bathroom. The staff is always helpful and friendly. It is conveniently located. The gas station visits are fast. Its maybe 15 minutes south of downtown minneapolis on 35 south, right off nicolette ave. Multiple other businesses near by.

This store has gone downhill. I will probably go to Costco or another Sams, after my membership expires. The Bloomington store is really bad. Its always picked over, empty shelves, dirty, I couldnt even get a case of water..

Sams club is a great place to get bargains, but you need to be willing to buy in bulk. I feel its worthwhile to buy more at a cheaper price. I am also a huge advocate of the Plus membership. Having it gets you free shipping from their website and also gets you many other perks, including a discount on prescriptions and cash back to spend at the end of the year. Its a really good deal.

Parking lot is not well designed. It can get very congested. The easiest part of the lot to drive through is at the front of the store, making it unsafe for shoppers entering and exiting the store. Its not too late for them to add one more entrance just east of the only entrance and/or once you enter, get rid of the huge curb on the right that makes it nearly impossible to turn right if another vehicle is trying to exit. If you try to go straight into the parking lot, traffic backs up onto American Blvd. It is an unsafe design destined for frustration and congestion.

Great prices on so many items needed regularly in bulk. They do pretty well with opening up more registers when it gets busy.

If I could give a 1/2 star I would. Well...I shop at the Bloomington, Mn Sams Club at least once or twice a week...including getting gas. Today is my Birthday and for months I had been saving to get a ring for myself for my birthday. Well I went, asked a salesperson to come and let me see the ring, she came, pulled it out, said I couldnt touch it or try it on. Said I had to buy it in order try it on. And that if it didnt fit, I could return it, then they would send it to corporate and damage it out as a no-sale. What a waste. A $1,649 waste. Im so disappointed! I couldve just purchased it, tried it on and returned it, but if it didnt fit then not only would I be out if ring, but some other women/person would possibly be out of a beautiful ring as well. Makes no sense. Same with watches, necklaces, etc.

The staff was rather rude and short with me and my husband while trying to pick up an online order. They kept pushing us to wait outside and use the online check in and which wasnt working well and we could see our order sitting by the door. Once it finally got us checked in it told us to go inside and ask for help! I understand if you get busy but you dont need to be rude about it. We never shop at this Sams and this reminded us why.

PERFECT EXPERIENCE. Got in, found everything we needed, and got out. Drive time and shopping time total 1hr and 10 minutes - YAAAAA.

I joined Sam’s club recently with a promotion for a free gift card. Went to go pick up my membership and gift card, and they made me come back to the membership desk and stand in line again later to get the gift card. And they prioritize phone calls over those waiting in line in person. First experience with Sam’s Club, and already highly disappointed. What a ridiculous waste of time.

The Sams on 494 and Lyndale did NOT have raisin bread or water softener solar salt!the Sams in Apple Valley has those things I need and Im not going to the Lyndale store anymore!

Nearly identical to Costco, but has a variety of products that Costci doesnt carry, and great prices on produce.

The gas at the pump service does not have an efficient layout car waiting lines get too long, most the time assistance from a store clerk is needed, the card processing at the pump also takes several times to accept a perfectly working card. Finally the 10 cents you save does not make it for the loss of waisted time. There a lot to improve on the services here.

We normally do Scan and Go so we can get out of the store fast, however, today we have a gift certificate and the only option was to go through a cashier line. BDM! There were two cashiers working, no less than 5 people in line at each, and always two or three associates/managers walking around. If they were customer-centric their associates would have hopped on registers to clear those lines instead of leaving us with a big damn mess to deal with.
