I needed a wheelchair short term for my father after he was in an accident. I emailed them and received a call within minutes! We met at the store to pick up our chair. She showed me how to fold it and attach the leg rests. I cant say enough good things about this place. They have more to rent than just a plain wheelchair. I think I saw rolling walkers too. Great place to buy or rent a wheelchair and/or a transport chair. I needed a transport chair for my Dad for a weekend trip, and they were ultra helpfuland they know their business. Their products are the best in the industry and they can fit to your needs.

Had a trip planned for months from out of town when my sister injured her knee. We were afraid wed have to cancel unless we purchased a wheelchair. Fortunately, LTC had them for rent and at a great price for the week! The gentleman who helped us explained the difference between wheelchairs and patient transport chairs (we opted for the latter since it was much lighter) and there was no pressure to purchase any additional items. We highly recommend them!

Great customer service here and especially the week of the state fair. They were able to accommodate a last minute need of a transport wheelchair for my uncle.Their prices are very reasonable too.I will definitely be using this company again for all my wheelchair needs in the future.I would recommend them to anyone who needs to rent a wheelchair short or long term.

I bought a new wheelchair here. The staff was VERY helpful and very nice. I was quite happy. Both my son and myself have used the chair and it works well and holds up great to the abuse in my trunk.

My mother was fitted for a wheelchair by Sanford Health in Bemidji. She slid forward and was unable to maneuver it. Her back hurt and she was extremely frustrated. LTC put her in a shorter, smaller chair with a special seat cushion, She now sits up straight and wheels herself around like a race car driver. I highly recommend LTC.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, they do rental to sales. They cover all mobility challenges.

Just walks into my house without being invited, totally unexpected. She Left a tool over 6 months ago and decided to stop by with no notice and just let herself into my home to look for her tool. This is unacceptable
