If you are picking up a freight from them, then better do not come.. their broker that sells freights from here gives wrong information about load sizes...expect 103 inches length of 1 box that doesn’t fit in your 53 feet dry van...if you have info for 4 boxes 20 feet, this is not right! It is 8.6 feet each box, and it is 34 feet 4 boxes... don’t even waist your time, and don’t come here. Broker - Magelan Transportation

Poor management. Unreal prices. Storage is a joke. The alarm will go off randomly... doesn’t matter if you sign in. Cops show up sometimes because of it. No workers to be found.

Needed a truck last minute. Not even 10 minutes later I had a Pickup truck ordered and ready to go. A brand new pickup truck at that. Kaelin helped me through the check in process, super friendly and professional. John helped me with the return process, also super friendly and professional. All their equipment in the parking lot looks relatively new. They take care of their equipment. This location has a good team operating this uhaul facility and I would highly recommend renting equipment for all your moving needs from this location. Oh and they also have an extensive selection of products inside to help make your move easier, all at good prices. It’s a one stop shop. Thanks, will be back!

Mike the manager went above and beyond any thing he ever should have stayed after hours to help our family get home safe. He was nice about it and everyone should be as nice as him and he will be an amazing friend. If I could give a 20 star review I would.

Lots of box choices. Make sure you keep your receipt to return any unused boxes. Seems to be new staff each visit, but friendly and helpful.

Had a tow hitch installed. Excellent job and better price than the chevy dealer and the rv dealer. (About $300 less! Seriously) The price included everything.My only issue was that the installer was working solo and had to break away from the install to do counter duty, reservations etc.I will use again. Very spacious lot too.

I must say that our truck was dirty, the dolly was already undone when we got the truck, I got charged for it even though I didnt use it. I also rented a van, the back of it was dirty also. Young kids working there R.T. Dunn Dr. Bloomimgton Il. My mom couldnt understand the key drop off at all..shes 77 so Im sure shell be charged for that also, if there is anyway that we could get a discount or something my mom would appreciate it. Shes afraid to call and find out what you charged.

Only because I cant go negative. Ordered hitch online. Was to be installed on Friday. Called Friday morning, after getting routed to corporate number because local office didnt pick up, a three more transfers, finally spoke to South Bloomington facility rep. Who said hitch was received and installation was scheduled for 4:30 as I had scheduled with online order. Arrived 15 minutes early to be told i had been sent a voice mail, stating that they hadnt ordered hitch, the one I ordered online the previous Sunday. But, It would be in the following day. It appears that this office operates similar to the UHaul website, defaulting to whatever they wish, and let the customer figure it out. The manager wasnt at the facility at 4:15 on a Friday, so the young man waiting on me had to call him when I requested a refund, The kid told me to be quiet as he was calling the boss even though I was giving him information regarding the order. If you expect service, and civility than this place should be avoided at all costs. Real rating - ***.

Oh,This place is a trip. I rented a truck. Guy says how long do you need it for. I said a few days so he puts me to have it back Monday. He says if you need it a few extra days that ok.So Monday comes. Guy starts calling me at 4:30pm. I said I called earlier and said I would bring it back tomorrow. He said ok.Tue, Morning the U Haul calls going at me like I have stolen there truck. I was yelling. I told him that the guy said when I rented it if I needed it for a few extra days that it was ok. I said I called you guys like he said todo and thats what I did. So I said you are being very rude. So I said I will drop it off The afternoon or first thing in the Morning Wed. Guy says ok.Tues Morning the guy is calling me at 7am then at 8am, then at 9am. He says if I dont call him back or get there he is calling the Police. I still sleeping. It was the first morning I had gotten to sleep in. I had been running ragged the last 10 days. So I call them back. Guy is like you need the truck here in so and so time. I said I am on my way. I have a few stops to make and I will be there.So I drop it off and leave. The next morning the Manager is calling me again at 7, 8, 9am. Tells me he is calling the Police. He goes on for a few minutes. I need to do this and that and if I dont do what he says then and there I will be arrested today.I was like sure man. Ok now you have the truck. What ever is owed put on my card.I guess the kid made a mistake when doing the reservation. Turns out he could not bill the card no longer. I told the Manager I was out of town and would be back next week. I said to take my deposit and what ever is left I can send you a check or I will stop in when I return. He goes on and on. I dont come in there today he is calling the is police. And the only way that I was not getting arrested today was that I had todo what he said and how he said todo it.I was like well to threaten someone with jail. Well I guess you can do that when they have your truck. But to threaten that if they owe you money is against the law. I informed him that most of the collection laws do not apply to everyday persons. There are a few that do but a majority only apply to 3rd party debt collectors. Bit I then informed him that if you are say a retail store (which he is) if you attempt to collect your own debts at the store level such as he did. Then the laws that usually only apply to debt collectors now applys too you. And you have broken about a dozen State and Federal ones.And in either case weather they do or do not apply to you. Threatening someone with jail or being arrested in an attempt too collect a debt or money owed is a violation the law.

Waited 20 min for service... 1 employee on a Sunday.... Had to show rental unit.

Poorly run, incompant employees. They scratched up my SUV, dented it and the body shop I took my vehicle to after said they used a crowbar on it. And they didnt even install the hitch.

Okay prices for the trucks. 6 hour window for the advertised prices.

Plenty of Moving and Storage Ideas, Supplies, Trucks, Boxes, Straps, Plastic Wrap, Packing Peanuts, Trailers and Rooms.
