I STRONGLY recommend Josh at TowTime to ANYONE. My Jeep Liberty unexpectedly would not drive or go out of park and I called TowTime in hopes I could get it towed somewhere to be fixed and Josh came and picked up by Jeep the day of and was so helpful in options depending on what my Jeep will be diagnosed with. This is the best towing service I have ever received. Thank you so much Josh. I am beyond pleased and thankful.

They are an amazing company. We were on vacation and bring down in our RV. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Prices were reasonable and well worth for the experience we had. 10/10. Towed my dead mustang back home from work.Guy was even able to perfectly park my car in the driveway how I wanted.

I called, they told me a tow truck driver would call back to find out where I was. They never called back. So I my opinion theyre not very reliable and anything not reliable can not be trusted with my 2020 car.

They performed an emergency tow at Taco Bell on 7th without contact from the business with only one car in the parking lot aside from theirs and a full restaurant. Needless to say, there was no reason for an emergency tow. The vehicle was no risk to the business making the tow illegal.

Towed my daughters car from her assigned spot with her parking tag visible from her rear view mirror. It was partially covered by her IU tag, but you can see her parking tag next to her IU tag. Admitted their driver made a mistake, but unwilling to release the car unless we paid the entire amount. The tow driver could easily see there was another tag and if he needed to verify it, all he had to do was look in one of the side windows. Tag was not clearly visible was the repeated answer. Reporting them to BBB, Chamber of Commerce and the Apartment Management firm that hired them. Would give them no stars if possible.

Car broke down with transmission issues. Called Tow Time and they were there in 7 minutes! Great service, courteous, reliable, and fast. Thank you so much for all your help! Would recommend to anyone needing a tow.

Their employees were very prompt and understanding. They came to my broke down car within 20 minutes and fixed it for me in one day! They also gave me a small discount which was very helpful. Definitely happy we called them!

My car died in the middle of the intersection during my work day. They came over as quickly as they could, towed it to the shop, and even were able to fish out my keys that frustrated me had locked in the vehicle. Even gave me a ride home so I could avoid the Uber. 10/10 service.

Incredibly knowledgeable staff, took my car, which few will work on(pt cruiser) and not only enjoyed the challenge it presented, were more than fair on price, and completely courteous throughout the time my car was in their garage. I would absolutely reccomend them, and will go to them for all future car repairs.

These guys are amazing. I was broke down at the park cooking in the heat. Jake had a new battery out to me in no time and he even had a dog bowl so i could give water to my pup! I would definitely recommend these guys if you looking for amazing customer service and quick response time.

My car broke down in Ellettsville, far away from our home in Unionville. I called and Jake was there in under 20 minutes. Not only did he get me home in good time and maneuver my car into the driveway just how I needed it, he diagnosed the problem with my car on the way! Incredibly good service. God willing Ill never need a tow again but if I do Im calling Jake.

I broke down on I 69 and when I contacted them they were there in no time and had me off the road quickly. Prices were awesome and very reasonable. If Im in the area and need a tow again I will call these guys again.

Awesome timing, friendly and very professional! I believe it was Jake who came right away to assist me with a jump. He called me to give me an ETA and to make sure I was good on time. He jumped my car within a couple minutes of arriving and remained friendly and professional throughout the entire process. This is much quicker service than going through my roadside assistance and I will remember them anytime I have an issue like towing/transport, jumpstart, tire change, lockout or even repair! If you need swift service give them a try!

They were the only tow company to answer my sons call when he was broke down on a very busy interstate bridge 2.5 hrs from home at 5 in the morning. responded within 30 minutes and gave us a great price to bring him home. I recommend Towtime for anyone in southern indiana.

Charged me $300 to tow my car from Taco bell while me and my boyfriend in there eating and refused to give us a receipt. I was forced to give the driver cash. Very unprofessional and my car is making a wierd noise from the tire now.
