Lori came highly recommended to me by John, a mentor of mine! I knew If she could exceed his expectations, she would exceed mine as well. Lori is patient, personable, and knows tax laws. Stadler & Company will make sure you are taken care of!

My husband and I have been repeat customers for 7 years. We have had issues in the past this year so far so good and the issues before were never anything major either just enough to tick ya off but not enough to take our business elsewhere yet just enough to request a different person. We dont know much about the how tax thing which is why we trust Stadler over just your run of the mill tax preparer.

I called to request an appointment and was told that the person I needed to speak with was away from her desk and could call me right back when she returned. Great! One week later, hadnt heard anything. Submitted a contact form on their website asking them to get in touch with me so I could schedule an appointment. Never heard anything. One week later, left another message when I still hadnt gotten a call back. Needless to say, Ive still never gotten a call back.Called another local financial business and got a next-day call back from the owner on her day off to schedule my appointment. Stadler Tax says that theyre all about customer service, but it doesnt seem that way to me.

Most parents embrace the adage pick your battles. Not a parent, but a BIG fan of that saying, especially when faced with a potentially difficult tax situation. Thanks to Don, the burden was lifted and the battle for a decent refund was won!

I have never written a review before and this is long but I wanted to explain everything. I was just there this morning. I had an appointment with a woman but I cant remember her name; I went in for help with an amendment. I was not able to print out my return I had already filed because there was a problem with my printer, but it was accessible online so I figured it would be ok. When I got there, the front desk lady handed me paperwork to fill out ( a lot of it wasnt applicable for why I was there-but I digress.) While I was filling out the paperwork the woman who was my preparer walked out front to the lobby and glowered at me; it was very awkward and made me uncomfortable. She went away and I turned my paperwork into the front desk. The front desk lady goes to the preparers office which was right around the corner so I could hear the preparer telling her to tell me she needs a copy of my return. The front desk lady came out and told me and I explained to her its online, but that I could leave and go to the library or something if it has to be printed out. She didnt say anything and went back to her desk. After a few minutes I walked up to the desk apologizing that I wasnt sure what I was supposed to be doing, was online ok or did I need to leave? Front desk lady says she would ask the preparer but that she had stepped out. WHAT?! Seriously, I have an appointment at noon but she steps out?? I didnt say a word and went back to have a seat. A half hour after my appointment time, the preparer comes around the corner and the front desk lady hands her my file, keep in mind they are literally standing right in front of me talking like Im not there, the front desk lady tells her my situation with my return and that its on line and the preparer VISIBLY ROLLS HER EYES and sighs. Then she calls me back and I apologize and say I can come back another time. She explains its fine but she cant always access all web pages. But she was able to access it and then proceeded to ask me for my username and password. WHAT?! Me: Umm Im sorry you want me to give you my password. Her: (Impatiently) yes. At this point I am done, I told her I wasnt comfortable and that I didnt wish to return and could she please give me the papers I filled out with my personal information. She said no but that she would shred them. This woman was rude and had an attitude through the entire process. There was no reason for her to be hateful. And she did not need to know my password, that was none of her business; she could have handed me the keyboard for me to type it in. All around a complete wast of time. I had taken time off work to go in and am so disappointed by the way I was treated. I would not recommend this place at all or at least not the preparer I had.
