I used to be a landlord and knew having a good CPA was needed. So to decide on who to use, I used a different CPA every year. Then asked the next years CPA what they thought of the work of the previous years CPAs did. I had two CPAs tell me specifically that Mike did an awesome job and really knew what he was doing.So, I went back to Graw & Co and have been happy ever since.
