I took in a few knives. Some had serrated edges, they tear not cut, They cut them to where there were no serrated BS Now I have real knives. The CUT not tear.. Got them back Friday afternoon and being who i am i bought a whole pork loin and cut into boneless chops. Done this lots of times. My favorite knife was BEAUTIFUL. since then i have used some of the other knives he took care of. I have tried to keep my knives sharp, but until you have professional take care of them, you are missing something. Unless you are good at that stuff, I am not, i thought i was, NEVER MIND.Just a opinion. Bob Herington
