Yes! Quick is a fair description of the oil change, that I pleasantly was afforded... I am sure they skipped topping off the blinker fluid... Thats when the Regularly Scheduled Maintenance, takes forever... Ford has done an amazing job of, keeping that a Dealer Only service.

Terrible that you cannot schedule maintenance appointments. Taking your chances if you think your going to get in and out. I took a chance on my last oil change. Was told 1hour and 15 minutes. Ugh! It took an hour and a half! The waiting area reminds me of a dingy broom closet. I was sent a survey from Ford. I expressed the same thing I am saying here. The Service Manager called me. Told me that “Quick Lane” is not owned by Ford. I will not be going back even though I purchased my car there. Wish I could rate better. But their service approach could be vastly improved.

The worse customer service. I’ve been there 3 times and have had no help. Twice they told me they can’t help me and once I sat without anyone saying anything for me for 10 minutes. Multiple people walked by and no one could even say someone will be right with you. I’ve tried to schedule an oil change being I’ve been turned down, but they won’t schedule them as the quick lane does that. The quick lane has never been quick or been helpful.

The worst place someone should take his/her car for service. the lady in the quick lane is mad at all the time.. I had an appointment for tune up at 10am, it took them to put my vehicle in to the garage only after I learned that they left my vehicle at the parking and that was after 2hour... any time I go there i scold my self for i went there.. wouldnt recommend someone to go there..

There is a guy Phil who is there everytime I take my car in, I think he is an awesome all around nice guy who actually cares! As long as he is working there I will keep bringing my car in. Im never disappointed.
