I came here for a new set of tires and they got me in-and-out within the same day. Steve is super helpful and explains everything you need. They also have the lowest prices in town which makes it that much better!

Would only come here for tires and maybe alignments. Second opinion revealed a lotForgot to adjust my parking brakes after getting my brake pads and rotors replaced. After having to get an outside mechanic to do it, we discovered that nothing was re-lubricated and therefore one of my pads wasnt wearing evenly. I attributed this to a new technician so I took it back to Belle to have it resolved. After replacing the pads and lubricating the parts, I had it inspected by another mechanic. Good thing I did, because not only were some of the parts at the back only minimally lubricated (and not cleaned prior), but the new pads turned out to be installed incorrectly, with two rear pads on one side of the car and two front pads installed on the other side. To make things worse, rather than reinstalling the pads correctly, the technician left the pads incorrectly installed and even ripped off one of the brake wear indicators to cover up the issue. Because of this, the new pads didnt wear correctly (see images) and Im now missing a brake wear indicator on one corner of my car (also see images). I was ready to just chalk it up to a new tech, but my missing brake wear indicator tells me that at least one technician is at best, lazy, and at worst, dismissive of the safety of Belles customers. The only reason this isnt a one star is because I havent had a problem with getting new tires and wheel alignments. The front brakes seem to be well lubricated as well, so at least some of the technicians are actually competent. Also if you had any crucial work done on your car from Belle, have a trusted mechanic inspect the work done, because I suspect Im not the first or last.TL;DR take your money elsewhere and have a trusted mechanic double check their work

I went to Belle Tire and got 4 new tires and some extra work done. They had quality tires cheaper than the competitors and a couple rebates available for me too. The techs were friendly and did a great job answering questions and explaining what things meant. I had a great experience with Brady when I scheduled the appointment. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Then, Cody was who I primarily dealt with in the shop, and he was kind and knowledgeable. It was a very positive experience from my first phone call to check out.

Went in for an alignment on my truck and they called saying some parts needed replaced. I took it home replaced the parts and took it back. Left it there before they opened at 8am and they called by 8:40am saying it was finished. My girlfriend didn’t pick it up until 10hours later and told her it was good to go. When she left she called me saying “something’s not right the truck is driving worse and pulling to the right”. I took it back telling them something wasn’t right and when the guy drove it his mouth dropped. My truck literally wouldn’t drive straight and would dart to the right, the steering wheel was at a 45degree angel, and was 100% unsafe. He put it back on the rack but said something else was wrong (it didn’t do this until after the tech worked on it) so he said to bring it back the day after (he was a very respectful guy don’t get me wrong.) he ended up not being there that day even though he said he would and they called me saying the truck was good but I asked if they had even test drive it and nobody had! It had been pulled off the rack TWICE! Both times the wheel was so jacked their was absolutely no way they didn’t notice when backing a few inches! They told me the truck was fine two times even though it was very unsafe and lied every time just tried sending it off nothing more than the sheet saying it’s ok. Will never go back they wasted 3days of my time to not properly do the job. They gave me back a refund except the fee for the tech, but I just want you to know they will send a vehicle out that’s unsafe and not properly do their jobs. If they try up selling some parts get a second opinion. They ended up saying it wasn’t possible for them for modifications on the truck that had been threw 3 alignments and on the truck for 3 years with no prior issues. For something that “wasn’t done right” it has never been an issue for me or my friends with the exact same setup on their trucks. I guess we know not to use them at least.

I am so impressed with this Belle Tire in Bloomington. I have been to several of their competitors and I will say right now that it is not Apples to Apples folks. Steve the manager was awesome! Bought 4 tires, didnt bother to put my valve stem heads on.... $20 only thing good was the tires! Never will be back. But my drivers tire pressure sensor was always on 30psi. Now its leaking after they replace my tires. After their quote a $70 replacement could be replaced. Im sure theres more people... Blessings get a second opinion 🙏

I live over 2 hours away, today I was in Bloomington taking my daughter to a medical appointment when a bolt that was holding the rear shock onto 5he frame broke loose.I called several tire shops and no one was avle to fit me in finally called Belle tire and talked to a young man Willis and he was so helpful told me to come on over and in less than an hour i was on my way to get my daughter picked up and then we had a most pleasant trip home.THANK YOU BELLE TIRE AND A SPECIAL THANKS TO WILLIS ( sorry I didnt get your last name).

I drive a Mercedes and am particular about who works on my car. I had known for a while that I needed to get new tires and had looked on the Belle website to find tires I wanted, as the mechanics that work on my car didnt have the type of tires I wanted for my car. I went into the store to confirm tires and the rep spent some time with me and even showed me different types of tires for my car. I forget his name but I think he said he was the manager of the Bloomington, IN store. I planned on getting new tires in a week or so, but on my way to Indy I had a blowout and had to be towed. I called Belle and spoke to Steve on the phone and told him Im being towed to the shop and needed new tires. Upon arrival, we confirmed my tires and due to the timing I arrived he told me that it would be the next day that they would have all 4 tires replaced and ready. Thanks!

Wake up one day to finally notice I need tires, pockets are 🚫. Im driving on 2 bald tires and next thing I know Im noticing wires and Im thinking maybe nows a good time to call one last time. thankfully after days of looking to find cheap tires I found Belle tire, who hooked me up with all the works for cheaper then anyone around, I rushed to the store and within 5mins my car was in the bay and tires were off, 20mins later Im driving home and I dont think Ive ever felt my car drive so smooooth. My experience was very pleasant. Everyone was very nice. They are very busy (because they do good work) so make an appointment or you might not get in. I will definitely go back.

I called in the morning to see if they could adjust my headlights and the price. They said they would be able to adjust them and would only charge a 1/2 hour labor charge. They said I could bring it in anytime, so I brought it in later that day. They had me in and out within a 1/2 hour and the charge was about $42.00. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Phenomenal customer service. Seven months ago Belle Tire provided me with a new set of four high-quality tires at a reasonable price. This morning I had a flat tire at the worst possible time. They were able to accept me as a walk-in and repaired the tire free of charge. Within an hour I was back on the road. So I called to get pricing for tires and started out at 850 dollars for new tires which is outrageous and after I told them I was calling around to get other estimates they said they will beat any price that is given so after doing so I got.my tires for 650 hmmm 200$ dollar difference which I was estatic about. So I went in and I was currently riding on a spare tire and asked them to put spare back under car after they where done and also told the guy that the valve stem on front right was bad amd told them to.just replace all thethe valve stems amd he said since they have sensors it would cost an additional 320 dollarrs wait what. So I know since my sensors didnt work in the first place it didnt.matter I just wanted regualr valve stems and said we will check them out. Well 2 hours later car got done and the guy that worked on tires I asked him if if he changed at least driver side valve stem he said umm I didnt even think to check them WHAT anyways just give me keys oh yeah they tried telling me I had bad tire rod ends and gave me estimate for 500 dollars lol and whats so sad is someone that didnt know any better would of.just gotten robbed I didnt need tire rods and.finally after I went back.to car looked underneath for spare not their they just through it in the back wet and muddy are you.kidding me it.takes 2 minutes to put.it back where it goes . sorry so lengthy but.just know this place is the epidemic of.ripoff and trying to sell.things that dont need done get youraelf an honest local mechanic stay away.from here

Was suppose to do alignment check when they put on my 2 new tires but failed to do so.

I took my truck in for a long list of problems that needed to be fixed. They didn’t have all the parts needed in store so Mike, the manager, worked very hard to get all the parts they needed in the same day so that they could complete the job. Mike and the technician working on my truck, Chuck, worked all day on it and even stayed a few hours late to finish my truck the same day. They did a great job and went above and beyond to provide me with the best service. I’ll be taking my truck into this Belle Tire for any other problems I have in the future and would recommend them to anyone else.

Service was fast and I didnt get hit with any charges that werent explained up front. There was a minor billing issue which the assistant manager was able to fix on the spot with less than 5 minutes time. Staff was polite and professional. Car has new tires and I feel like I got good value.

Fixed my flat tire in about 2 hours after being dropped off and worked in at no charge. My tires were bought elsewhere. Very courteous and professional. Will get my return business.

I went in for 2 new tires and a brake inspection... they promptly put the new tires on, but then after doing the brake inspection they just left my car on the lift with the tires off for like an hour for no apparent reason. Only when I became agitated and started pacing did they ask which car I was waiting on and then finally presented me with an outrageous estimate. After trying to tell me I needed $695 worth of work which I knew couldnt be right, the store was 20 minutes from closing and my car was still on the lift. The customer service rep had to tell the mechanics (who were mostly running around doing clean-up) 3 times to put my car back together so I could finally leave after having spent 3 hours in the store. I took my car elsewhere and as I suspected I only actually needed $350 worth of work. I will not be going back nor recommending this service.

I found out that do to a computer issue this summer I dont have tire protection. It was made clear this was my fault. Now Im out $126. I have no intent on retuning for future service. Plus whi knows how much extra it would end up being over what I paid initially.

This place is AMAZING! I recently moved to Bloomington. I had previously purchased a set of tires from the Belle Tire in Columbus. Today I went in to the Bloomington location to have my tires rotated and the alignment checked. Not only did they provide me with those services, but they also informed me that I had a major issue with my vehicle. All of this without asking them to do anything other than what I initially brought the vehicle in for. I could not be more appreciative of what they did for me since the repair that is needed is covered under my warranty and my warranty will be up in less than 1500 miles. After 4 years of living in Bloomington, I have to say that this is best all around place to get your car serviced. The staff is professional and beyond polite. The place is extremely clean with a great lounge area full of different magazines to kill time. Quality of work is through the roof. I’m glad they’ve opened up here and brought such high class level of service to this town.

I got a flat tire on the highway with my wife today. It was late in the afternoon, almost at 5pm, all the other stores were already closing or closed already, during this pandemic, after an already very stressful day. We put the spare tire on and headed to Belle Tire. They were very busy when we got there. We were met by Cody (one of the employees). We told him we needed to get the tire fixed today because we lived in Bedford, so we could not come back in the morning. He said he was going to try to get the tire fixed before they closed at 8pm. We stayed around and came back just before 8pm and the tire was ready. They were already closing, I pulled the small wrench from my trunk to change the tire myself in the parking lot because all the mechanics at Belle Tire were so busy and working on other cars. Michael, another employee, saw that and asked us to just pull the car to the side and he was gonna help us. He brought all the tools and changed our tire, at the end of a long day of work for them, and he didn’t even have to. We were extremely grateful, because these guys went beyond and above.I cannot recommend Belle Tire enough, for their professional, extremely helpful and empathetic staff and team. We will for sure come back whenever we need anything done in our cars. They got two more loyal customers today! If only all the companies had people like Cody and Michael. Thank you!

I always get great service any time I need it, the mechanics communicate well and do a very thorough job any time there is work that needs done. They are more than willing to take you back and show you what the problem is if they find something extra that is wrong with the car.
