Been going to this clinic for many years I love my doctor and they have many other specialties here highly recommended clinic.

It has been an overall bad experience that is now ending with the cherry on top. My pharmacist has been calling them non stop for a correction on a prescription, I’ve been calling them non stop for a correction of a prescription, I’ve been sending messages, etc. Nobody is actually correcting the mistake.You have to call a call center and you end up talking to a diferent person each time that tells you they’ll send a message to the doctor and that’s all they can do about it.The doctors are good and I do not have any complains about them but the overall aftercate and the information you recieve is THE WORST I have ever experienced in my entire life.I give them 1 star because I cannot give them 0 or -1.

Nobody pick up the phone, call was transferred to main customer service. Contact to manager or supervisor two moth, left many messages- no response.Not knowledge allergy doctor, dirty place.Complained for one type of allergies, they tested me for completely different.Also I get Covid 19 from that place.Terrible place.....

The people have always been friendly and helpful, I switched here from another clinic when I could never get an appointment there. My only advice would be to expand the mental health department to include some long term care psychiatrists.

Convenient location wide variety of services. First time there and a great experience.

The service at the optical department was fine but they broke my frames when replacing the lenses. They had me sign a waiver beforehand so they weren’t responsible for this. I asked if I brought in new frames and they broke those as well if I would need to pay for yet another pair of frames and they said yes. So unless you want to buy from their limited number of styles in their department, you’re out of luck. I purchased my frames from the Alain Mikli shop in Paris less than 3 years ago so I’m pretty sad about this.Update: 4/3/21. I received my broken frames and tried to break them again but I was unable to do so since they’re so pliable. How they managed to break them is a mystery to me. I’m hoping that they won’t break the new frames (same style and manufacturer).

I’ve been to this clinic a few times to see Britta. Very intelligent and friendly nurse practitioner. I’m typically in and out of there in less than 45 minutes and parking is super easy. Would recommend her and/or the clinic to anyone.

I saw Elizabeth Farhart this morning for the first time and I loved her! She was extremely thorough for my full body skin check, since I have a history of melanoma I really appreciated this! I also just had developed my first corn about two weeks ago, I had no idea if it was a wart or what...?! Elizabeth said we would scrape away and find out and it ended up just being a corn that she removed and recommended that I grab some over the counter corn killer as well. After she had removed it, I felt immediate relief! I was mind blown by her knowledge and she made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be back! Thanks!

I called to make an appointment for my child it was the person who supposed to answer after hours she answered the phone I was telling her I wanted to make an appointment for my child I was telling her all of the symptoms that my daughter is experiencing While I was doing that my daughter was crying in the background the lady said if I can make my baby sty quiet I told her she’s just a baby who’s hurting the lady said she don’t want to lose her hearing because of my daughter I couldn’t believe what I heard! If sick baby crying bothering you this much you shouldn’t even work for this kind of department.The most disturbing part was her hung up on me before we finish making the appointment how rude is that? I love my providers my children doctor but I don’t think I would like to be treated like this just to see Her. I will definitely go to a different provider!

My visit to the Optical Dept was excellent.

Even during this restricted time, they are always there for you.

I used to go to this clinic a while ago they never pick up the phone when you need to book an appointment you will wait for so long before you see a doctor i got a charge in the mail for something they didnt tell me my insurance didnt cover and when i tried to book an appointment with them they told me i was no longer accepted at that clinic so unprofessional and rude. I found a better provider.

Our family has accomplished more goals since establishing primary care with Dr. Harry Fernandes and Dr. Sarah Lendhardt. Dr. McIntosh in Ophthalmology offers fresh perspectives for vision, the audiology practice is exceptional, and the phlebotomy task force has the lightest touch in the business, re: trauma free blood draws. The desk staff are engaging and congenial and the free coffee in the lobby is comforting.

I wouldnt even give this clinic one star if I could. Never have I been treated as poorly as I was treated today for my internal medicine appointment. The check in staff were inattentive and cold to me upon arrival, the nurse and my doctor that I saw were equally rude and disrespectful to me. It feels like everyone here was more focused on going home instead of caring for patients. I could see actual disgust in the nurses face at one point, and the doctor was extremely condescending. Congrats, I will NEVER return.

This is my preferred clinic. The doctors I’ve worked with there are professional, kind, and straight to the point. For the first time in a very long time I’ve found a primary care doctor I prefer to see, rather than going to any available doctor. All of the staff have been kind, professional, and understanding.

I went to see Laura Jarvis. She is absolutely wonderful. Great Dermatologist.

You’ll need an appointment to go in because of the current situation and there will be a screening before you go see your provider. Also has curbside COVID-19 testing with appointments.

Awesome lab staff. Hardly ever a wait for any appointment. Convenient location. Online scheduling is so easy. The only downside to this clinic is, they send out lab work and can take a week to get results back.

I have always had good experiences here. Every Dr, nurse, assistant and receptionist Ive dealt with has always given me their full attention with kindness. If you can walk in with a smile and be optimistic you will be rewarded.

Usually go to the Burnsville clinic but they were booked for the consult that I needed. Had an appointment for 10AM at the Bloomington clinic- it’s going on an hour and I still haven’t been seen. My time is valuable too.

I have been going to this clinic for a couple years now. I have never had a problem, my primary doctor is amazing, and her nurse is so helpful. Never have had a problem getting in.

Allina Heath Bloomington Clinic has ample parking, and I found the Audiology Department right away. I did not have to wait to be checked in, reception was polite and already had all of my information. My appointment with Anita Baum, MA was exactly on time. Anita Baum is compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, practical and fun. A pleasant experience start to finish.

I have struggled with depression and suicidal ideation a majority of my life. During my treatment at Allina I cannot express how neglected I have felt as a patient here, how unprofessional I feel the psychiatrist Kathy Lund is. I have now been a full week without my antidepressants and am experiencing terrible withdrawal. Suicidal ideation is in full swing due to the poor care I have received at this clinic. I still am in desperate need of help and have forced to go to an emergency room because of how terrible this experience with Allina has been. I plan on filing formal complaints and never using an Allina Health Clinic again. Shame on you Allina, you claim to work towards better mental health, without offering any real help.

I have never experienced such rude and hateful staff. Perhaps doctors are good, but the check in process itself made me feel uncomfortable, unpleasant and gross. Feels like every person at the fron desk is purposefully trying to make people leave and never comeback. I wouldn’t even give them one star!

The worst. Clinc Iever seen.This clinic is a disaster, i will never visit again. Mean employees, unprofessional and unorganized clinic. They were not helpful at all. Avoid if you can. I think workers here are dying to go home instead helping their patients🤔.

I dont understand the bad reviews. Weve been going here for years for physicals, orthopedic and eye exams. (As recently as a week ago) Always friendly staff & doctors.Were treated well and always get in very close to our appt times.

Pretty bad place i went there with a pinched nerve in my back, the doctor pretty much guessed and said i should go see a physical therapist. Using my better judgement i went to a chiropractor and he gave me an answer. If i would have went down the first road i wouldve gotten charged for the phys therapist, and then another office visit, and then probably get told to go see a chiropractor. To add to all this now im getting telemarketers about chronic back pain ever since i went here i wonder why that is? Avoid this place

This review is in regards to getting information over the phone from this clinic, not on the clinic itself.Answering a simple question to check about an Alzheimers suffering elderly family member, like Can your clinic provide a catheterized quick catch and how do I need to schedule it? resulted in playing phone tag for days with a nurse that mentioned a orthopedist (???) and in the end required to make an appointment with a doctor to get the answer.This was not a question regarding a person never seen at this clinic, but a current patient that has been seen there many times.As she said on the phone: Medicine has become so much better in the last 20 years...Yes, medical technology has become 1000 times better, I agree.Medical bureaucracy has become 1000 times worse and nurses that cant answer a simple question and give wrongful information has made it a million times worse.

Good staff, good service, short waiting times

I normally go to the Eagan clinic which I LOVE, but I had to take my son to Bloomington cause Eagan was booked. I waited almost 15 minutes to get checked in. The nurse I had was extremely friendly and great with my baby thats why I gave a 2. The doctor I had was not very personable, and I was not impressed by this clinic at all.

Google Maps is wrong; they do NOT provide urgent care. Google s error caused an unnecessary delay during a crisis.

The best clinic around Minnesota

This clinic is showing its age. It is much too small in many ways. The waiting rooms are too small to accomodate the number of people waiting comfortably especially patients using walking devices i.e. walkers, crutches, wheelchairs, etc. The exam room I was put into was used for both supplies and proceedures and was cold.Allina needs to either update this facility or find a building that will better accomodate its patients. I will gladly drive to a different facility in the future.The staff and Dr were not a disappointment just the building.

Cannot get them on the phone at ALL. I used to go here for ped care when I was little but reading all the reviews I think times have changed. I tried 3 different times and no one picks up. HORRIBLE.

Never had an issue with any Allina location except here. WORST customer service, phones lines impossible - on hold for 20+ minutes, passed from one person to next, no responses, SLOW check in... the front office staff are causing patients to leave good providers.

Doctor, Laura Jenkins was horrible and only spent 30 seconds with me and then I was charged a $400 bill for the “consult”.

Avoid this clinic. They seem to be understaffed and it shows. The front desk receptionists can’t avoid passing their frustration to clients. They are rude and lack personal skills. Not going back, ever.
