All I have done here is pick up my niece from her job she just started at FedEx, she loves working there, its hard work but the pay is great, supervisors are wonderful people, benefits are the best. At least thats what she been telling. She always comes out with a smile 😃.

Caught some FedEx truck drivers going way past the 50mph speed limit on Rubidox. Why are they going so fast when our packages never arrive on time? Just go the speed limit

I had a package out for delivery over a week ago that never arrived. Three calls later I find that later that day (the intended arrival day) it was taken off the truck back at FedEx (however no update on my tracking. Still shows out for delivery for 8/27/21 [it is now 9/4/21]) Truly horrible. While I understand times are busy, a second parcel (from the same sender) arrived on-time with no issue, so I can safely remove that from the argument. I hope going forward my packages ship straight to me or perhaps UPS. Or even offer the ability to drive up and pick up at the FedEx location.

Drivers can not follow directions or a gps system to save their lives. Multiple times I’ve had packages at the wrong address. Probably just stealing them to be honest.

My package was last seen at the Bloomington, Ca FedEx location. It was going to be rerouted to Nashville,Tennessee when I’m here in Southern California! I called the toll free # and asked why. I was told I’d be contacted by a rep from the Bloomington facility. I was NEVER called and my package mysteriously disappeared. Never to be seen or heard from again. Absolutely embarrassing business practice!! Shippers beware. Use USPS or UPS. Do NOT use FedEx! The service wreaks of dishonesty!!

Something is seriously wrong with this location. I received Fed Ex packages for my business as well as personal use and 75% of the time there are issues. Lost packages that never turn up, packages sitting in the Bloomington location with no movement for week + or packages that are delivered to wrong addresses and I have to track down. Customer Service says they will open a case but never call back. The packages that we do manage to get look like they have been through war, half the boxes torn open with contents spilling out. Its a shame there isnt a way to contact Corporate.

I bought an item from Target and they utilized FedEx to ship it. My package arrived at the Bloomington location on 08/13. It was out for delivery the following day on 08/14, but did not deliver because they noted it as customer not available. I never requested a signature at delivery and had it confirmed when I called that one was not needed. I asked to pick up my package instead however, they did not allow me to. On 08/15 my package went out for delivery again but this time it did not deliver because it claimed a future delivery date was requested. I never requested a future delivery date. I called FedEx again and they said it was a glitch in the system and the package was never out for delivery. The representative noted to have my package left at the door if I was not available just in case for the future. On 08/16 my package went out for delivery again. I called FedEx who called the warehouse and confirmed my package was on a delivery courier. Throughout the day I checked the map and noticed it was not leaving Bloomington. I called FedEx again and they were an unnecessarily level of useless. A couple more hours go by and it says it was not delivered because customer was unavailable. I called FedEx again and told them I want to pick my package up. The scheduled delivery is for 08/18, but it still says it’s out for delivery today 08/17. I hope Target finds another company to deliver their packages. I have zero hope I’m getting my package.

On 8-23-21 my package was at a FedEx facility in Greenwood, IN, the next day it was in Chandler, OK, a day later in Chico. NM & Ludlow, CA, & on 8-26-21 it was at the FedEx facility in Bloomington, CA. On 8-27-21 it was shown out for delivery, but never arrived. A week later, a driver came to my house to get me to sign for the package I never received. My local FedEx facility, couldnt help, put me in phone contact with someone who said it would arrive the next day, but it didnt. I finally drove to the Bloomington facility, talked to someone on a phone in the lobby, who told me they would conduct a search, & call me later. It has been more than 3 weeks, still no package, & no phone call. I am not a happy customer!

I have had a package sitting in the Bloomington, CA facility for a week now with no delivery date and have called FedEx numerous times asking for a status/resolution. Every person I talk to says they cant help me and all they can do is send a note to the facility asking for status and request someone call me but nobody calls. FedEx customer service also says they will call me back but they never do. Very frustrated with both their ability to deliver a package and ability to follow through with what they say theyre going to do. I even tried calling FedEx Corporate office to file a complaint and they simply transfer me to customer service. Very frustrating...

Suppose to receive a package today that needed a signature and updated text saying shipping will be received. Called customer service but couldnt find it. Not sure where the item went. No update in the system is what they gave me. An item worth $1900. So my husband needed to skip work to sign the receipt of arrival but didnt happen. So upset with the accuracy of their tracking. USPS or Amazon prime is the best ground shipping. FEDEX ground sucks.

FedEx, do something about this location. Someone isnt doing their job, or something because I have lost packages multiple times through this hub... or theyve been 2 weeks late. Upon delivery, the package I received was 12.1 lbs and was merchandise from a completely unrelated retailer. Was told Gina from this location would reach out to me(which of course, they never did). Called customer service, and was told thats what was received, and to call the shipper for a refund.Clear theft ring at this location. Id avoid at all cost. USPS seems to do better. + its cheaper

This facility is awful. FedEx customer service is just as bad or worse. Reading through the reviews it seems that packages constantly get lost here. My package shows it is at this facility but no one from FedEx can tell me when my package will get delivered or confirm that my package remains at this facility. If I had to guess, I would say someone is taking these packages.

This place is slow af. You will be here long enough to reset your clock. Go play the lottery if you get out in less then 16 hrs

Ordered items habitually get “lost in transit”. Ordered items will stay stagnant at this location for days on end. No customer service. No cares in the world. Lazy facility. Disorganized. I wish there was an option to provide a negative star review.

FedEx is one of the worst delivery companies I’ve ever had to deal with. Their driver apparently attempted to deliver my package on 3 occasions, but left no slip at my door to let me know this. Then I got them to deliver my package at a different address so they couldn’t say no one was home. The driver has the nerve to leave the my package at the foot of the steps at my parents place, he didn’t even ring the doorbell and just drove off. I’m so disgusted with their service and would never recommend this company to anyone.

This location is garbage. Never have loads on time. Ive been waiting here for near 21 hours for a load to be completed. My opinion of this location is that they are totally inempt and the location should be reviewed and workers/management be replaced with competent ones.

Theres a common theme among these reviews. Just know that they do lose packages often at this location and basically tell you theres nothing they can do. Avoid FedEx like your life depends on it. If UPS is know for breaking parcels FedEx is definitely known for stealing packages.

Easy to find but when you get there you dont know what to do or where to drop the trailer and they are good people but to much work for the few people they have at the windows they should have different room for driver coming in and driver trying to leave with there loads

My package got there on 12/9; its now the 18th and its still stuck there. Their excuse is that theyre experiencing delays of 4-5 days. Well were way past that mark and nothing. They dont even bother providing updates. Contacted FedEx Customer Service 3 times, and they claim they get in contact with that hub, but nothing changes. I was supposed to get a call from a rep today, and surprise surprise, they havent called. Theyre incompetent, theyre liars, and reading many reviews its sounds like they employ thieves as well. Horrible company, horrible hub.

Whatever you do, DO NOT LET YOUR PACKAGE go through this hub. Its a black hole and you never get your package. Just google FEDEX BLOOMINGTON LOST PACKAGE. They lost a laptop of mine and almost lose guns. Only reason its an almost, because if they dont find it the ATF gets involved. Ammo though they seems to be losing a lot of as well.

Here to pickup a load today. It was supposed to be ready when I arrived. they took down my phone number and were supposed to call me when it was ready. Waited here 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. after not receiving a phone call I walked back into the office and they told me my load had been canceled. They even have signs saying not to come in and check on the load multiple times but they sure dont call you when it gets canceled so you better go in and make sure its still good to go.

The company I purchased from gave me the ETA of Feb 5th with a tracking number through Fedex that confirmed that Feb 5th would be my delivery date.Feb 5th 7:56AM it arrives at FedEx in Bloomington, and does not move from there.Feb 6th 3:08AM at local FedEx Facility, 3:10AM Arrived at FedEx location(Again?), 3:14AM On Vehicle for DeliveryNow, at 7:35AM it is telling me that my package wont arrive until Monday, Feb 8th, but I needed them by the 6th at the latest because believe it or not people still work and need to drive places.I want to know why my package has been delayed 3 days? We have gotten 45+ emails stating it’s loaded and being delivered then later told being redelivered the next day! Everyday same thing! Called numerous times got a verbal it will be delivered today but of course not! Calls go to Texas and Tennessee neither helps in California! It’s all lies! Placed an online order from a local retailer and the item was dropped off at FedEx the same day, per tracking number. That was four days ago. Tracking information shows that the item is STILL at the Bloomington FedEx. It apparently “arrived” at the FedEx facility four days ago, but has not yet “departed” and now the package is being displayed as “pending”. Pending what? Shipping? Because it hasn’t moved since it was dropped off by the retailer!

Again FedEx has lost my package or once the workers saw Nike tape on the box now the shoes are missing. Worst experience ever. The crazy part they lost the package a long time ago since tracking says pending since March 2nd and today is March 11 but no one decided to update the customer.

For a while we had a really good delivery driver but unfortunately for us, he got promoted & moved to a different depot. Tried phoning their corporate complaints dept - THEY HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Will be the third subscription I have cancelled because of Fedex non-deliveries

Same game with my shipment. Zero stars should be allowed. Arrived in Bloomington, CA Sunday night. Was scheduled to deliver by end of day yesterday. Changed to pending status mid afternoon. Texted this morning on truck for delivery end of today. Again, changed to pending mid afternoon. Called Fed Ex, but dont believe them. They say it will deliver today, even though it shows pending on tracking.I notified the Company that I ordered the product. I want a new order shipped Express either UPS or USPS. Fed Ex and Bloomington CA are a disgrace. Dont use them!!

This place is absolutely worthless!! They can never get into my apartment complex to deliver, however, UPS, Amazon and USPS have no problem at all. To make matters worse, I was advised by a fedex associate to instead have my packages held at a location near me and they cant even do that. I updated my package drop off location like I was told to do and they still attempted to deliver it to my apartment 3 separate times. Every time, I would receive an email about the failed delivery attempt. Infuriated, I called customer service and yet again explained the situation. I checked my package tracking # the next day and It was in Michigan. Freaking Michigan!! If only I had the liberty of selecting which company my package shipped with. The employees who work at this fedex, without a doubt, must go back to elementary school. Its obvious they arent deserving of the diploma they supposedly earned that allows them to work there. If the company does require a diploma to hire. At this point, I highly doubt it.

Terrible experience with this facility. Ordered something that passed through this facility. Its now December 15th, package has been stuck at this facility since December 2nd because the “barcode” was deemed “unreadable” kept calling everyday and no one can give me information on my package. Today I had to call and now they’re telling me they “can’t find it and to call the sender for a refund” absolutely disappointed and frustrated with the poor service of this facility.

It was a hard place to find. Fedex said they attempted several times to deliver a package two different times. Ive been home and live in a secure complex. They would have to call my cell phone for me to let them in. They never did. When I called to inquire. Where my package is they told me things that didnt make sense. I was stressed for two weeks, i finally was able to go pick it up myself.

Ive been waiting for my package since yesterday driver said he couldnt deliver so today i waited outside and he pulls up in the double lines in the middle if the street with his music loud lioks at the gate and pulls off he didnt even attepmt to get out the truck and try the gates are unlocked we tried flaghing him down but he just passed us up then when i call just in operator no customer service horrible service

How do you lose a truck? My package for a client was sitting at this location for 2 weeks. I followed up several times and each time they assured me that the package would be on its way the following day. I finally decided to just go to the location myself and speak to whoever could visit where the package was sitting. I was told that they could not retrieve the package because they lost the truck that the package supposedly was sitting in. Im not an expert on shipping and Logistics but this sounds like a ridiculous explanation to me. The corporate office and customer Advocate team were absolutely no help either. Im not sure how to avoid FedEx but I will do this whenever possible.

Package been sitting here for three days, and USPS is awaiting it. Really? I bought an item on eBay from near Los Angeles to be delivered in Los Angeles! USPS alone takes 1 business day for such delivery. eBays estimated delivery is TODAY, June 7.

Been waiting for a package that has been at this hub for 4 business days now. Tracking says delivery for those days but goes to unavailable by the end of the day. Called 800 number but nothing got resolved. I wish this hub would get things back in order soon!

Generally a good experience, but I can see it being bewildering to new drivers. Linehaul is straight ahead from the entrance. Empties are to the left of the entrance. Loadeds are dropped off either in Linehaul lanes at request or in the 3 lanes to your right with the diagonal spaces. If youre looking for a loaded, good luck. Go to the Purchase trailer on the far right of the entrance for bills. Trailer will either be right next to the exit lane, in the overflow to the left of the exit, or on top of the huge hill past empty inspection zone infront of linehaul. Good luck!

Each time the waiting time for the cargo is one to two days. It couldnt be worse.
