I had a package out for delivery over a week ago that never arrived. Three calls later I find that later that day (the intended arrival day) it was taken off the truck back at FedEx (however no update on my tracking. Still shows out for delivery for 8/27/21 [it is now 9/4/21]) Truly horrible. While I understand times are busy, a second parcel (from the same sender) arrived on-time with no issue, so I can safely remove that from the argument. I hope going forward my packages ship straight to me or perhaps UPS. Or even offer the ability to drive up and pick up at the FedEx location.

My package was last seen at the Bloomington, Ca FedEx location. It was going to be rerouted to Nashville,Tennessee when I’m here in Southern California! I called the toll free # and asked why. I was told I’d be contacted by a rep from the Bloomington facility. I was NEVER called and my package mysteriously disappeared. Never to be seen or heard from again. Absolutely embarrassing business practice!! Shippers beware. Use USPS or UPS. Do NOT use FedEx! The service wreaks of dishonesty!!

Something is seriously wrong with this location. I received Fed Ex packages for my business as well as personal use and 75% of the time there are issues. Lost packages that never turn up, packages sitting in the Bloomington location with no movement for week + or packages that are delivered to wrong addresses and I have to track down. Customer Service says they will open a case but never call back. The packages that we do manage to get look like they have been through war, half the boxes torn open with contents spilling out. Its a shame there isnt a way to contact Corporate.

I bought an item from Target and they utilized FedEx to ship it. My package arrived at the Bloomington location on 08/13. It was out for delivery the following day on 08/14, but did not deliver because they noted it as customer not available. I never requested a signature at delivery and had it confirmed when I called that one was not needed. I asked to pick up my package instead however, they did not allow me to. On 08/15 my package went out for delivery again but this time it did not deliver because it claimed a future delivery date was requested. I never requested a future delivery date. I called FedEx again and they said it was a glitch in the system and the package was never out for delivery. The representative noted to have my package left at the door if I was not available just in case for the future. On 08/16 my package went out for delivery again. I called FedEx who called the warehouse and confirmed my package was on a delivery courier. Throughout the day I checked the map and noticed it was not leaving Bloomington. I called FedEx again and they were an unnecessarily level of useless. A couple more hours go by and it says it was not delivered because customer was unavailable. I called FedEx again and told them I want to pick my package up. The scheduled delivery is for 08/18, but it still says it’s out for delivery today 08/17. I hope Target finds another company to deliver their packages. I have zero hope I’m getting my package.

On 8-23-21 my package was at a FedEx facility in Greenwood, IN, the next day it was in Chandler, OK, a day later in Chico. NM & Ludlow, CA, & on 8-26-21 it was at the FedEx facility in Bloomington, CA. On 8-27-21 it was shown out for delivery, but never arrived. A week later, a driver came to my house to get me to sign for the package I never received. My local FedEx facility, couldnt help, put me in phone contact with someone who said it would arrive the next day, but it didnt. I finally drove to the Bloomington facility, talked to someone on a phone in the lobby, who told me they would conduct a search, & call me later. It has been more than 3 weeks, still no package, & no phone call. I am not a happy customer!

I have had a package sitting in the Bloomington, CA facility for a week now with no delivery date and have called FedEx numerous times asking for a status/resolution. Every person I talk to says they cant help me and all they can do is send a note to the facility asking for status and request someone call me but nobody calls. FedEx customer service also says they will call me back but they never do. Very frustrated with both their ability to deliver a package and ability to follow through with what they say theyre going to do. I even tried calling FedEx Corporate office to file a complaint and they simply transfer me to customer service. Very frustrating...

No update in the system is what they gave me. An item worth $1900. So my husband needed to skip work to sign the receipt of arrival but didnt happen. So upset with the accuracy of their tracking. USPS or Amazon prime is the best ground shipping. FEDEX ground sucks.

0/5 to be honest.Stole my high value package (on 03/30). Item was 3.1 lbs when it arrived in bloomington, 4 hours later my label was Unreadable & replaced(despite scanning correctly upon arrival). Upon delivery, the package I received was 12.1 lbs and was merchandise from a completely unrelated retailer. Was told Gina from this location would reach out to me(which of course, they never did). Called customer service, and was told thats what was received, and to call the shipper for a refund.Clear theft ring at this location. Id avoid at all cost. USPS seems to do better. + its cheaper

FedEx is one of the worst delivery companies I’ve ever had to deal with. Their driver apparently attempted to deliver my package on 3 occasions, but left no slip at my door to let me know this. Then I got them to deliver my package at a different address so they couldn’t say no one was home. The driver has the nerve to leave the my package at the foot of the steps at my parents place, he didn’t even ring the doorbell and just drove off. I’m so disgusted with their service and would never recommend this company to anyone.

Theres a common theme among these reviews. Just know that they do lose packages often at this location and basically tell you theres nothing they can do. Avoid FedEx like your life depends on it. If UPS is know for breaking parcels FedEx is definitely known for stealing packages.

Whatever you do, DO NOT LET YOUR PACKAGE go through this hub. Its a black hole and you never get your package. Just google FEDEX BLOOMINGTON LOST PACKAGE. Here to pickup a load today. It was supposed to be ready when I arrived. they took down my phone number and were supposed to call me when it was ready. Waited here 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. after not receiving a phone call I walked back into the office and they told me my load had been canceled. They even have signs saying not to come in and check on the load multiple times but they sure dont call you when it gets canceled so you better go in and make sure its still good to go.

This place is absolutely worthless!! They can never get into my apartment complex to deliver, however, UPS, Amazon and USPS have no problem at all. To make matters worse, I was advised by a fedex associate to instead have my packages held at a location near me and they cant even do that. I updated my package drop off location like I was told to do and they still attempted to deliver it to my apartment 3 separate times. Every time, I would receive an email about the failed delivery attempt. Infuriated, I called customer service and yet again explained the situation. I checked my package tracking # the next day and It was in Michigan. Freaking Michigan!! If only I had the liberty of selecting which company my package shipped with. The employees who work at this fedex, without a doubt, must go back to elementary school. Its obvious they arent deserving of the diploma they supposedly earned that allows them to work there. Terrible experience with this facility. Ordered something that passed through this facility. Its now December 15th, package has been stuck at this facility since December 2nd because the β€œbarcode” was deemed β€œunreadable” kept calling everyday and no one can give me information on my package. How do you lose a truck? My package for a client was sitting at this location for 2 weeks. I followed up several times and each time they assured me that the package would be on its way the following day. I finally decided to just go to the location myself and speak to whoever could visit where the package was sitting. I was told that they could not retrieve the package because they lost the truck that the package supposedly was sitting in. Im not an expert on shipping and Logistics but this sounds like a ridiculous explanation to me. The corporate office and customer Advocate team were absolutely no help either. Im not sure how to avoid FedEx but I will do this whenever possible.

Generally a good experience, but I can see it being bewildering to new drivers. Linehaul is straight ahead from the entrance. Empties are to the left of the entrance. Loadeds are dropped off either in Linehaul lanes at request or in the 3 lanes to your right with the diagonal spaces. If youre looking for a loaded, good luck. Go to the Purchase trailer on the far right of the entrance for bills. Trailer will either be right next to the exit lane, in the overflow to the left of the exit, or on top of the huge hill past empty inspection zone infront of linehaul. Good luck!
