For only 10 Mbps youd think they could provide stable internet. Connection is completely lost more than not. One star is generous.

I frequently have multiple day internet outages and any time I call, theyre extraordinarily unhelpful. If my apartment complex would allow me to switch carriers, I would. This is ridiculous.

This service came with my apartment complex. It is the absolute worst internet I have ever used. It frequently dips in speed or just stops working all together.

Terrible internet connection and they dont bother helping you make it better. Slow and it goes out frequently which is awful as I have quizzes and exams to do online and the professors dont care if you have a bad connection and get cut off while doing quiz/exam. The worst part about it is that my apartment complex only lets me go through this company for my internet/tv services. I also pay extra for HD tv and a few of the channels werent working. They came over and said they couldnt fix the channels because theyd have to go through a lot of hassle to change the satellite dish. Which is understandable but they shouldnt charge for what they cant provide.
