I’m a regular parts customer at the Oxford store. I have really good luck with the parts people.The new receptionist/secretary, Melissa, is very polite and professional on the phone!Great people to work with.

Came in as a buyer, and left as a shopper. Absolutely the worst customer service that I have experienced. Made zero effort to help. Only customers in the entire establishment, and not one single sales person asked to assist. A gentleman from SERVICE came out and sent us to the sales agents office. While attempting to acquire information from him he accepted two cell phone calls, and then told us it was impossible for him to get what we requested. Obviously I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. Never had an issue with the Greensburg location but, this left a sour taste in my mouth.

I recently attended a service clinic at the Bloomington IN store it was a great presentation and very informative with some hands on instruction for general maintenance and tips for better operation

I bought the Ztrack 525E, zero turn two yrs ago. Its a wonderful mower. From the sell Staff to the service ad counter help, Staff friendly,very helpful, stand behind there what they sell. The gentleman that does there work on the equipment the sell is awesome. Dose great work.

Love it the help was great but just a little pricey. But all and all I will go back.

Estimates are always spot on. Friendly and knowledgeable service personnel.

Good customer service

Had mower serviced annually as always in January. They brought mower back but just tried to use it today for the first time. Threw belt in about five minutes and cannot get it back on...not happy after spending sizable amount of money on service. Really disappointed after several years of great service. Update...spoke with Koenig and technician came to house and replaced belt and tightened tension. Seem to back in business. I appreciate their responsiveness to my isse.

Never take your tractor to Bloomington for service. They blew up my LX176. They get -5 stars.

Great selection, friendly staff, great service. I wanted to say thanks to the Manager (Craig) for taking great care of me while I was there to purchase a Gator. Craig took the time to walk me through all the features and options to make sure I got the product I needed. I will definitely continue to take my business there.

Could be betterPurchased two tractors from them, The latest one we wait for 8 months for price quote to install Hydraulics for a grapple use. Finally went somewhere else, other dealer got it done in a week. Make sure they do all updates before you take delivery. Place is busy, and sometimes cant get help. When you get there attention they will help. Parts counter is excellent.

I had a great experience with the store and with Craig who sold me my 3038e. Everyone I talked to and dealt with were knowledgeable and helpful. Ill be return customer.

Service was good. Surprised that it would be 3 weeks to have equipment serviced though. Said they were busy. Must need more help.

I asked for a quote for a new Z535M. I recieved a call from Craig with a quote. I went in to the business that day to talk. Quote was MSRP, Craig said the price stood as is and wouldnt consider talking a better price unless I wanted to buy a $30K tractor, then he could talk price. Wasnt too interested in talking as he had a call waiting on his cellphone.Checked with Hutson at Elnora, Jess was great, great customer service, great price. My new mower will be delivered this week.Check around, you might be surprised!Update 4/5/19Funny, no one ever tried to reach out from there, not that I wanted them to.
