👎👎👎👎zero star never come back i was reached at a appointment time 12.00am day is friday and they said no space inside and said wait until tuesday very bad service and rude people don’t pick up load this awarehouse never 👎

I had a pick up at this location on 5/11/21 they had 12 plts i had room for 8 plts they didnt want to help rearrange 16 plts that i had from 1st pick to make room for the rest of load shipping clerks very unprofessional and the supervisor not helpful at all i offer to move some plts to geet all the product but they didnt want to help the sing in front of the building needs to be updated it needs to read unhelpful unprofessional and uncooperative

Not driver friendlyI was 1hr late and was told that they would not unload, and people in receiving were rude and condescendingI understand that appointments are necessary to keep everything flowing smoothly but most of their dock doors were empty so I dont know why they couldnt take the load

Not to bad they loaded my truck quick but no restrooms.

Shipping and receiving department is horrible. Bad attitudes and unprofessional.

Worked there as a Manager for about a year. Horrible working conditions. At the time over crowded warehouse, which created unsafe working conditions. Company wouldn’t hire enough leaders for the building, high turnover due to low pay and overworked associates. The smell of dog food and the biting gnats that the dog food attracted were too much. Worse company I ever worked for.

Not drivers friendly place. Our driver came Sunday, now it Monday and they say will unload only tomorrow . The facility is not busy at all, why keep driver 3 days, whats the reason ?

I got there 47 min late for my delivery appointment, so they told me to reschedule. Two days later i got received. Not a good place to be late.

If you’re looking for a good place to work at, this place isn’t that... Place is horrible, poor attitude . They told me attempted higher and it was only temporary.... poor Management. Everyone goes outside to smoke weed on their breaks and lunches . Waste of me time .. not Professional..And you can’t use the toilets in the morning because everyone’s always in their sleeping... Nasty habits

Im a trucker and had a bad experience there over being late 30 minutes. They had me waiting 3+ hours for a door. The front counter employee ( African American lady with braided hair ) told my broker that they are looking for me to load me but I left the property. Even when she took my phone number at check in and told me to wait in the yard and she will call me when they have a door available ( I drove to the yard and all the doors were open ). She didnt called to assign me a door and nobody came to the yard to inform me what door to back into, and told my broker I left the property. Complete freakshow.

This place is slow they have alot of docks available to use but only use very few. Long wait time to get loaded. Waited about 4 hours for a dock and about two hours to get loaded.

They downgrade the drivers ...... as such a big warehouse, they don’t have restrooms for drivers .... or you can say they don’t allow them to use.

Theyre too slow.......take more than 4-5 hour to unload......
