I wasnt sure which vacuum head to order so I called the company and the woman who helped me was so nice and so helpful! She found what I needed really fast! I ordered the vacuum head and a new hose while I was at it since my original hose was 18 years old and cracked with duct tape over it. I have used them once, so far, and I love them! The vacuum head is SOOOO much easier to use than my old one and picked up dirt right away. The hose was a little softer than my ancient one, but I had no problem putting it away, winding it up like you would your garden hose. I am so glad I called the company! Try them, you wont be sorry!

I am very impressed with the customer service (thank you Chad) at Cen-Tec Systems, and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. They really do an outstanding job standing behind their product. I purchased a Quietdrive central vac hose and accessories from Amazon. The vacuum wand came damaged and the brush head didnt work. I called Cen-Tec Systems, and they shipped my out new parts immediately, no questions asked. Now my central vac is working great again.
