I visited Crysteel for a part. The attendant on the parts department found the part very quickly and I was on my way. The cost was reasonable.

They perform service with getting customer approval at a extremely overpriced rate!

Safe Temp checks before entering. Everyone inside wears masks. Parts staff know their products. They had what I needed in stock, Got it in 15 minutes!!!

I would advise anyone reading this to shop elsewhere.They are slow to respond to emails, and do not communicate in effective detail. Email conversations stretch out far longer than they need to, and are a waste of time. I am frustrated at the time I have wasted trying to wring crucial information out of their Inside Sales Department. They seemingly operate on assumptions, and are not eager to check the status on your order or get back to you in a timely manner.

Came to get parts. The guy at will call dropped my parts on the floor told me to sign and left. No sorry I dropped your parts. No thank you. Nothing. Didn’t used to be this way.

Stopped in for some parts and troubleshooting on a Western Plow and the parts guy was super helpful, thorough, and courteous. Service like that is sadly no longer the norm in our world, but I had nothing but a good experience and would go back without hesitation.

We bought a 2016 dodge 4500. As we were setting the truck up to get a stainless steel dump be installed at Aspen we were told about the new 11’6” box that aspen has build for themselves. We were sold on a Henderson but I said let’s take a look. From then we were told about the futures on it and I was told about the wireless remote control to raise lower and release the gate well dumping the box. This box was actually cheaper then the Henderson box and hands down is a better built box. The remote is the nicest thing ever. If I can drive anything to your business it’s that this box is the ONLY way to go. Thanks to Mitch and Kevin Dessart for the great product and even better customer service!!

Didnt like all the covid security

Got a new plow installed last February. Was handed my tow hooks ( great a truck with no tow hooks ) 2015 silverado. Come to find out they are supposed to be there for the install. The lazy install guys skipped it and BENT MY FRAME. Brand new truck bent frame. Half heartedly approach to their installs to say the least. They repaired the frame but I spent my time and fuel to solve their crap install? Huh. I guess its not that uncommon these days.

Theyre quality was terrific. superior craftsmanship.

Unorganized parts department. Employees always sound agitated that they have to help you and very unaccommodating.

Don’t ever take your equipment to their shop, they double The shop time, and charge you for parts that were still under warranty, I have western plows that I take there to get service, but after this winter I’ll get switch to a different plow just so I don’t have to deal with this Crooks.
