On time delivery service it is a very good company. Their drivers are polite. If you need something delivered. They are the ones to go to..

They will pickup your package or letter and get it to where it needs to be. No problems.

Zero stars. I set up a delivery from a bakery to a church for a family funeral. They were two hours late (and that only with about six phone calls to make sure it was happening) and almost missed the time slot completely. They also dropped one of the big boxes of bakery goods - luckily the baker took care of it and fixes it.I would NEVER use them again.

We have used OnTime Delivery for many years, after many failed relationships with other courier services. I have found their service to be reliable, consistent, INEXPENSIVE and the drivers are very polite. The best part about having a service like OnTime Delivery Service on call is that I never worry, which is a huge relief.

Just now had a driver pull up to the wrong building, i stopped him immediately (as they always pull up here and think we are a different location) and I tried politely to tell him where the building was that he was looking for but he was the rudest person I have EVER encountered. LOOK AT THE BUILDING NUMBER YOU ARE DELIVERING TO. Stop assuming that because buildings are connected, they are the same building. This company has unloaded in our building multiple times without even making sure they are in the right spot, only for us to tell them they have to load everything back up. This company would get a ZERO in my opinion and we dont even use them..

Our company uses On Time Delivery for 5-10 courier deliveries each day. They are reliable, on time, professional and presentable. Most of our courier needs are in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area and I have not had to deal with a late arrival or missed delivery. I would recommend this company to any business owner or personal consumer for reliable delivery needs!

Essentially called for a one-hour delivery, which they never came or called me to let me know they couldnt come. I was left delivering the items myself. I had called about a poor experience and left feeling the issue wasnt resolved. I then emailed and never heard back.

Terrible the van that tried to “deliver” my package never left the parking lot and then they lied and said “we had no access to the house.... the front door of my house is literally always open!! Don’t trust them, they lie to make up for their lack of delivery

Your drivers ability to be on time will be impeded by their ineptitude in driving safely. Your van driver in Roseville, just now, almost killed people in three cars.

Blue little car reversed out of spot off near woodale ave in st louis park had to slam on brakes. Wish he could drive safer my daughter screamed because i had to slam on brakes not cool! Today April 16th around 8:50 am!

I have an Etsy shop and I had to ship 5 packages to a customer using Greyhound. I used their door-to-door service which means they hire a local delivery company to pick up my packages to bring to the Greyhound bus to ship. Greyhound scheduled On Time Delivery to pick up my packages between 9:00 and 1:00. They never showed up. I called Greyhound who called On Time Delivery and they said they were running late and would not be able to pick up my packages until 5:00. They finally showed up at 5:15, but brought a van that was too small for my 5 large packages to fit in. They had the measurements of the boxes so they should have known which vehicle to bring. The delivery guy seemed to not know what was going on and kept mumbling and telling us that he didnt know what he should do and acted like he was on some kind of medication. Then, while he was there, we got a call from On Time Delivery saying they had to cancel our shipment. We scheduled the shipment 3 days earlier because we needed to get those boxes out to our customer. They rescheduled for the next morning. They did, however, come on time that morning, which is why I am doing 2 stars and not just 1. They didnt even offer to give us any kind of rebate or money back for the trouble we experienced. Overall, a very poor experience...

We use On Time weekly and they continue to preform beyond our expectations. The notification upon pick and delivery is wonderful and allows us to notify our clients of the delivery status.
