Tech Support and service people are outstanding. Eric and the other service techs are always here with in hours and usually quicker. Matt and Mathias on the IT help desk can answer and solve any software issue we have ever had. We had a minor problem with our copier and called tech support. Clay was here dang near before I hung up the phone! He fixed the problem, but more importantly showed us what had happened so we could avoid the problem in the future. Great service from great people!

Toshiba support is always great! The techs are all friendly and very good at their jobs.
