Wife took a bridesmaid dress in to have bra pads inserted and low cut brought up on cleavage area. Quoted at $48, and would take 2 weeks. When wife went to pick up dress, the seamstress didnt insert pads and had to undo the low cut alterations because the dress was way to tight and she couldnt fit into it. They told my wife, she could just pin the area closed since she couldnt fix it. She refused to give dress to my wife until she paid her the $48. Now my wife has to figure out what to do with her dress with 1 week left before the wedding. I feel she should be refunded for wasting our time and not providing any quality of service. 0 stars

Extremely unprofessional body shamed my wife and made her feel awful. As a husband this infuriates me that anyone who does alterations would be so crass and disgusting to their clients. If I could rate this place ZERO I would. I don’t write reviews but this pushed me over the edge my wife is beyond embarrassed and hurt. Will NEVER do business here.

They do fantastic work! I took a winter jacket here that I had torn the pits out of on a snowboarding trip to Wisconsin.I left it behind at a friends house up north and when I visited several months later I told him it wasnt my jacket because my jacket had stiches in the pits. It wasnt until I went home and searched my closets that I realized it was indeed mine. I COULDNT EVEN TELL IT HAD BEEN STITCHED WHEN LOOKING DIRECTLY AT IT!
