Had a great experience with getting my fireplace cleaned and ready to be used all winter. He actually was able to come the same day I called. We will definitely only be using them for all future chimney needs.

I called CCC looking for an atypical solution to a difficult problem. I explained my problem to Chris even though it was a bit outside of the type of services normally required of a chimney cleaning service. Cordially, he agreed to come out and assess the situation to see if he could help me. As it turned out, CCC could not help me, but he was good enough to offer to come out again, and talk to me further. Instead, I accepted his advice as he spoke to me of other concerns and possibiities. It is important to add that I was not charged for his time. It is clear this company is professional, client centered and interested in helping even if their role is only advice. His feedback was appropriate and supportive.

Dont waste your time even trying to contact. Had an appointment, they had to reschedule for the next week. They never showed up or called to tell us they werent coming or that they needed to reschedule. Wont return our phone calls or reply in any way to our voicemails.
