Showed up at 11:00 on a Thursday and the place is still closed, says they open at 9 and the open sign is on. Tried to call and it says the voicemail box is full. Waited 15 min and no one showed. 4 other people where also waiting. Would not recommend.

This was my first time using a check cashing service so I did a bit of research prior to choosing which establishment I would use. I initially chose Cash It (Chex-R-Us) because after calling around and comparing rates this location had the lowest percentage cashing rates in the entire metro area.The woman I spoke with over the phone was a very friendly and easy to talk to. She immediately left me with a good first impression of the business. I arrived with less than an hour til closing and once again was greeted with a smile and the same warm and friendly tone I heard over the phone.The process of cashing my check too a little longer than usual due to the amount which didnt bother me at all however she still politely apologized and explained to me the extra steps she was required to take in cashing my check so I wasnt just waiting and getting upset wondering what was taking so long.While we were talking waiting for my check to be approved another customer walked in and the woman behind the counter greeted her by NAME! In response the customer walking in did the same. I asked if they only knew each other from doing business there and the answer was yes. This company values their customers enough to make learning their customers names a priority. This type of personalized attention, from staff, is something every business strives for but (in my experience) rarely achieves successfully. And its this kind of friendly welcoming customer service is another thing that sets Cash It (Chex-R-Us) apart from the rest.I would highly recommend this company for anyone in need of a check cashing service anywhere in the metro area because of their low rates, efficient & through customer service, and their friendly welcoming attitude towards those they interact with on a daily basis.I forgot the womans name who was working but its a family owned business and her family is the one that owns it. Ill update this review if I think of it.

Store is not open when it says it is online twice now tried to go while it was open online and no one was there at all in the store

It’s never open. The phone is always ghosting... not worth your drive.
