My experience while working with BG has been phenomenal. If you are anything like me, working with a staffing agency during a vulnerable time, the representative must be personable and empathetic. I have felt heard from day one of working with Jackie Smith and BG. Honestly, I couldnt have asked for a more positive and caring representative to work with. My first assignment did not stick, which can happen so please do not be discouraged, but Jackie had me assigned to a new location the same day! I have had zero gap in my resume since leaving my previous work place and that is all thanks to BG and Jackie Smith!

I was just recently hired by the BG multi family, Jackie Smith (Brilliant woman) bent over backwards to make sure the process of getting me hired on was as quick, painless, productive, and comfortable as possible. Never in the 6+ years of customer service that I have worked, have I ever been treated so well as Jackie made me feel as a new hire. Beyond excited to do good work for the BG multi-family.

I haven’t worked here for a while now, and never write reviews, even after an incredible dinner. But I genuinely wanted to leave them one. I adore BG. They have come through for me multiple times especially in tough times, and ALWAYS, have my back before the company I’m being staffed for, as companies often try to place blatant blame on staffing agents before they’re own employees. They’re flexibility is literally unmatched, and I’ve had pretty high level positions outside of being staffed. The pay is awesome for what’s expected of you. I now have my own business, but send people in need of a great job to BG every chance I have! BUT just to be clear, BG IS NOT BG WITHOUT JACKIE!!!

It is thanks to Jacky Smith at BG Staffing that I got a foot in the door as a Maintenance Technician. They have helped me keep a steady job for over a year and have been very patient when I have asked for time off to deal with personal issues, as well as the good pay I get for good honest work.Criticism: In the past BG has had issues with communication not just for me, but for customers as well, which has resulted in some issues and mixups, but due to good people like Mariana its usually cleared up fairly quickly!I think a way BGs Maintenance Temp service could be improved is if they had designated trainers or partners that went with new temps to ensure good quality and good service, as well as teach the ropes of being a temp. (I understand that it may be fairly expensive on BGs end, but it would absolutely result in more good faith and trust in the BG brand)

I was in between Jobs and I worked with Marianna and Jackie at BG Multifamily. They provided me with great placements and were always helpful and supportive when I needed them, they also provided me with great recommendations that couldve ended with me getting hired on a permanent basis with some of the companies I worked for. Unfortunately I wasnt looking for a career in property management at the time, I do have a job in project and implementation right now, but if I ever need a part time or if I am ever in between Jobs again, I would totally contact them. I also recommend it to anyone looking for a job.

It’s been two weeks and still haven’t received my paycheck. I spoke with Mariana and she still has yet to load my paycard. When I call I’m never connected with anybody and at this point I’m extremely upset. This is not the way to treat your employees. As for Mariana she needs more training because I’ve never seen such slow response from any temp agent like she’s demonstrated and I’m not the only one that thinks the same of her.

Came in for a Groundskeeper position and was switched to leasing agent and I have no experience in this area so I tried it after the first day calling in as I was told letting them know that it didnt suite me and I wouldnt be in the next day. I received a call back from a lady with a mexican accent saying that I never called in and I was fired because of it. I told her that I had left a message the day before and she said since I argued with her that I am fired. I didnt argue, I told her the truth and she didnt like it. Why work for people who run their business this way.

I have worked with BG Multifamily since the Fall of 2016 when I met Jackie Smith, the Recruiter. Not only was she extremely personable, she had shown integrity. She said she would do everything she could to enable me to get back on my feet.It wasnt until the 27th of December when I was ready to start working. Patty, the Coordinator called me on 1/2/17 and asked me to be at a property within the hour. From there I worked Full Time for nearly 3 months.Ive been assigned to a handful of properties with only a small number of scheduling hiccups. Each placement has led me to some potential opportunities, and I have had the support of the Recruiter, Jackie every step of the way!Mariana, the Mpls Area Coordinator and I havent always understood one another. Since resolving a miscommunication we have found our common ground. I even placed a call to her last week for some professional advice.BG may not be perfect, and there are bound to be errors here and there, but I find that I am continuing to grow professionally and am gaining a wealth of knowledge in an industry new to me.

Worked for the company and patty the woman who contacts you about assignment has absolutely no organization skills and does not communicate all the information you needed to know about the job and she come across shady and rude. Has no clue how to do her job at all.She texted me close to a dozen times asking me to work outside of my availability I had to explain to her every time when I could work even tho all that information was passed along.And if you have a concern or a question and its the weekend she could care less and wont respond back to you.Trying to get paid from them is a nightmare as wellI will be reported them to the MN Department of labor.My advice dont work for them or hire on there services.they have done nothing but show they are a scam.They obviously dont care about the people they hire.
