Terrible company. I dont understand why OSF hospitals use this company for debt collections. They have been calling me 7 times a day for awhile. When I finally picked up (if you block their number they just use a different one) the rep was extremely rude and aggressive. The rep demanded payment immediately without even being able to provide details on the debt. I called OSF and found out I actually do have a small bill that was simply submitted incorrectly to my insurance. Im now being harassed due to an OSF billing error.Do not speak with Afni! If you owe something call the company you owe directly. The rep at OSF billing was great.

Afni is a great place to work with a relaxed atmosphere and flexible schedule. There are several other positions besides our call center. Pay starts at more than minimum wage.

They sold my account to another collector (I never got notice from either company.) Id already sent a check out to afni. Even though they no longer had my account, they still tried to cash that check. I dont think thats even legal, definitely highly unethical. If you have an account with afni, wait it out and deal with a better company later

I dont know whay stupid Sprint sent .e to you guys but I pay off My phone I returned my phone back to Sprint and they charge me for a phone I do t have, and how you can return you phone BACK with no pay? You guys you not getting any sheet frome me good luck!!

Afni collections is harassing me by repeated phone calls and letters of which verizon wireless agreed to credit my account on march 27th 2018 for a final autopay that they incorrectly billed billed because i switched carriers now this is a real example of privacy issues. Also my credit card company issued me a refund for this autopay and my name was sent into this collection agency because of this. thank you verizon for the credit and please use another collection agency for your future matters with customers.

Useless company. Had no answers as to why I owed money and talked to me like I was stupid anytime I tried to figure anything out and did nothing but threaten my credit score unless it was resolved. Ridiculous..

I wish i could have given 0. They were rude and didnt talk right. Every time i asked a question they answered it like i was stupid i asked to speak to supervisor she told me they dont have one and sent me to someone that sounded like her but with higher pitch voice. They will never get anything from me i settled it thru a real company. They all around suck.

Talked with afni about a t-mobile account I never had and closed the account and pleased it as frued

In the dark ages. Cant email, cant do auto collections, they barely have telephone service
