Derek Flynn is my hero!! He battled the insurance company for more reasonable payments, oversaw the storm damage repairs, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. This is the third time I have had work done by Sure Seal Contractors, and I highly recommend them. They use quality products, do great work, and all at a fair and reasonable cost.

This is the first carpentry business I have come into contact with in Bedford, Indiana that is truly professional, reliable, honest, reasonable and 100% serious about the work you need done. I tried about 10 other small to large outfits and they either did not show, did not return after an estimate- to- you name it. I am happy to have found Sure Seal Contractors. I was treated very courteously, which is not always the case being a modest home owner. I believe their business is built on trust and nothing more. I know from experience.

Bunch of Thieves. Workers trashed my neighbor’s yard with roof shingles and they used his outdoor outlet and extension cord to power their air compressor. I’m really frustrated and would not recommend anyone in town to do business with them.

Sure Seal Contractors is very prompt and efficient. We had a leak between our living room and kitchen, they came out that night and put a tarp on the roof in the rain. Then later that month we actually had the roof replaced by them. The crew did a great job putting the roof on and even with the clean up after. Thank you so much Sure Seal.

Sure Seal did my new roof, as well as a sun tunnel skylight, recently. Project manager Dave returned phone calls promptly, showed up on time for appointments, and was easy and reliable to work with. Estimates were on the low side of average compared to a few other local roofers I contacted. Crew showed up exactly when Dave said they would, and completed work neatly and quickly. They were done by early afternoon, and left my yard and kitchen (where they had to cut into the drywall for the sun tunnel) clean. Im very happy with my roof and all the light I now have in my kitchen! Would definitely recommend!

This roofing company has went far above our expectations. Quality installation and very mindful of our property and lawn. We left for work in the morning and the roof was complete and everything clean as if they were never here when we returned. VERY IMPRESSED!

We had some siding come off during a wind storm so we called Sure Seal for an estimate. They quoted a reasonable price and told us they could have it done quickly. We went ahead and set up the repair and paid the fee. A week went by and we heard nothing from Sure Seal. They never even bothered to come out and cover the bare spot on our house to protect it from weather and/or further damage. We tried calling, but we kept getting evasive answers on how much longer it would be before they would be out to fix anything. After calling a few more times they did finally send someone out to cover the bare spot on the house (over a week after we made payment). Several days went by after they came out to cover the bare spot and still no phone calls from Sure Seal to let us know when they would be coming by to fix the siding. We called again to ask when they were going to be there. That was when they FINALLY gave us a firm date and time of when they would send someone out.Since then, the section of siding that Sure Seal replaced has come off twice. The first time it came off, we called Sure Seal to come back out and fix it. The second time it came off, we decided it wasnt worth the hassle of dealing with their company or their poor workmanship so we called another company in town. We havent had any problems with that section of siding since.Edited to add: It took two weeks for them to do any work, but they managed to reply to my review in just two days. Tells you a lot about this companys priorities... And then going so far as to claim that my negative review cant possibly be real and that I must be a competing business? Yikes!

Sure seal came and took care of the issues described below and did so in a professional and friendly way. I would recommend them for future jobs.Edit: I was contacted shortly after posting in an effort to make things right. Because of this, I am updating to three stars. I will continue updating as the situation is resolved.First I will say what was good about my experience. The gentleman that I was my main point of contact, Derick, was always friendly and available or he would return my calls quickly. The roof appears to be solid ( I am no expert), was done in a day, and the they cleaned up all of the shingles and construction materials quite thoroughly. They also got to my roof fairly quickly after we signed. It was a week or just slightly more believe. Their estimate was also very competitive compared to the other company that gave me one.Edit: I did forgot to mention another positive. Derick made it a point to come out to the property when my insurance agent was here in hopes that he could help in getting some of the roof covered. Although I didnt end up getting anything, he did make the effort.Unfortunately there were a couple of frustrations. The main one being that the retaining wall for our driveway got messed up. My property has several obstructions around the house, and understandably the workers wanted the trucks to be as close as possible to the house. I assume this in order to just throw the waste directly in the truck from the roof and possibly for other reasons I am not aware of. However, they felt removed some of the stones from our retaining wall for the driveway in order to drive the trucks 10 feet closer to the house. Of course, when you remove part of the wall and drive a truck over it, the gravel and dirt was mashed forward and retaining wall stones will not go back the way they were and look crooked now where the trucks drove over. They didnt try to replace the stones, I found this out on my own a couple of days later when I started cleaning it up. It is going to take some labor to get it looking good again (have you ever tried to dig at gravel?), and I dont appreciate having to do the extra work when we are paying the price that a new roof costs. Along with this, they made some holes in my yard where they got stuck trying to get out. Not a big deal except that I was told that they would be back to try and clean all this up but I have received no word and its a few weeks later. Ill just fix the hole myself.Also, I was told that someone would contact me about finishing up as I had also contracted them to replace my gutters. I heard nothing from them. Then when I was on vacation, the person watching our pets asked if we were getting work done as there were people on the roof. This in itself didnt bother me much except that when we got home from vacation, one of the downspouts was hanging off of the home completely disconnected. I assume this was because the connector was a bit bent up and took some fiddling to get it on (took me about 15 minutes and I have no idea what I am doing). Maybe it fell off after but I find that unlikely as I have it pretty snug in there now. If it had rained while we were gone the majority of the water would have been channeled right down the foundation of my house which has happened once before and caused some water damage at the base of my stairs. Luckily it didnt, but I consider this a pretty large oversight as it could have caused a real problem.

This past weekend i had a friend asking me to help him find someone that can do roofing, his previous contractor was paid up front, then No Showed three days in a row, I quickly referred him to Sure Seal given my previous experience, i assured him he will be in good hands. Thanks Sure Seal!!!!

I reached out to Sure Seal Restorations to set up a free estimate to replace a leaky gutter down spout. My first call was bounced to their voicemail system but a return call to me was made within an hour or so. They were able to make it to my home the same day to take a look. Jeremy and Jason noticed hail damage to the whole gutter system and asked for my permission to do a complete exterior inspection for storm damage and I agreed. They found hail and wind damage on several areas of my home and was able to get my entire roof covered along with my gutters, out door lighting, and new siding on half of my home. The installation was very timely and the work crew was very professional and cleaned up nightly between each stage of the project. I am overly satisfied with the look of the new exterior of my home and the professionalism of this company. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

We hired SureSeal to re-build our deck that we tore down. My wife gave David two pictures that she found on Pinterest and he had no trouble combining her favorite things in the picture to create the deck of our dreams! The deck ended up being a 20x14 with built in benches along the edges. It only took the crew two days to complete and they did a good job with cleaning up after themselves. We will definitely recommend SureSeal to anyone looking to build a deck!

Not a good experience.Addendum: You wanted 600 dollars to paint this much. (See photo).My tenant couldnt take anymore work off to be at the house. Most folks live paycheck to paycheck. Its a sad reality. I only phoned Dave at midnight (10 pm my time) AFTER just receiving text from him. This no worse than him phoning me at 7am my time, which he did multiple times, and which I was ok with as it was business . Fact of the matter, you were just trying to soak it to my insurance company with regards to the paint, and, after at first feeling it ok to call the job complete with the drywall mud left unpainted?!? When asked to paint that small amount, it was stated you would have to paint until a hard wall stop and that that would cost 600 dollars. What a scam. Just paint the little bit like we asked and get on with it. Which you ultimately did. Smh....#vampirecapitalism

This has very prompt on my return call for a quote today and it was even after hours. Very professional rep as well. If I go with this company for my bathroom remodel I’ll check back in and leave a review on how things went... for now I’m get my quote the next day!
