Our initial interaction with Bailey and Weiler (B&W) was a very positive one. We reached out to this design/build company in October of 2020 with the intent of renovating our home we had just purchased. After some back and forth conversations, we decided to hire B&W in January of 2021 to renovate our master bedroom and kitchen. In March we got renderings of our project which we absolutely loved. There was a lot of thought and consideration put towards these renderings, and we were excited to move forward with our renovation. During our initial meetings we had discussed a budget and understood that can be plus or minus here or there, depending on several factors (upgraded fixtures, type of flooring, design, etc.). Initially, all of our questions were answered in a timely fashion.After several meetings and a considerable amount of money spent in meetings - in April of 2021 we were notified that we would get pricing in two weeks. After several emails, and ten weeks later (in July 2021), we finally got a we have a budget that was over twice as expensive as the discussed budget. After repeated emails of asking questions about the astonishing increase in budget we noticed that essentially B&W slowly decreased their communication with us. The lack of communication and lack of transparency with a company that charges an exorbitant fee for all of their services is just plain unacceptable. I distinctly remember a phone conversation in July of 2021 with the estimator to discuss splitting our project into two phases and the estimator saying I was dreading this. Who says that to a client?! Needless to say, we decided not to move forward with this company. Waiting for nine months for estimates with hopes of having our home remade into our dream home we were severely disappointed in the business practices of B&W.Almost a year after our initial interaction my opinion of this company is entirely negative. If you arent a small-town tycoon then you are not a priority for Bailey & Weiler.

The folks at Bailey & Weiler were all a delight to work with! Everyone was very responsive, prompt, professional and were sticklers for getting the details just right. Carol in the office, and Ken, the project manager, were incredibly organized. If I had a question or a change of mind, they were helpful and understanding. Craig is an excellent designer and offered great advice. We really enjoyed the experience of having our master bathroom remodeled and would certainly hire them again on any future projects.

Craig, Don, and the entire team at Bailey & Weiler were an absolute pleasure to work with on our home design. They took the time to truly understand our vision for our future home. Once we received the initial plan design, the team was very responsive to changes that we requested. Craig, our main designer, has a true gift for home design. He recommended several ideas that we had never thought of before. The final result was way more than we could have ever planned on our own. I would highly recommend Bailey and Weiler for your home design project. I also have several friends that have used Bailey and Weiler for their home-build and/ or home-renovation project and all have been wonderful experiences.

I remodeled most of my home with Bailey & Weiler in early 2016. The project included help with design and scope, bidding the project, selecting subcontractors and materials, and the actual construction. Bailey & Weiler worked with me to control costs and keep the scope in my budget. We had no cost overruns during the project, and came in slightly below the original budget. The quality was first class--a true high-end project. I strongly recommend Bailey and Weiler!

We hired Bailey & Weiler to help us spec and quote out a basement finishing project. We built our house 3 years ago but our basement was entirely unfinished. With B&Ws excellent suggestions and guidance, we received a very detailed quote and from there, they allowed us to customize what we would tackle at this time to meet our budget.They and the contractors they subbed out to were extremely professional and efficient in their work. We were incredibly satisfied with the quality of work and greatly appreciated the feedback and guidance we received when we asked questions.We would highly recommend Bailey & Weiler to any friend, family or stranger! We totally gutted our old kitchen, reconfiguring the floor plan and style. We moved doors, plumbing, electrics and windows. Craig, Don, Karl and Carol were patient to a fault with my indecision, inexperience and constant questions. . Craig only ever showed me choices within my budget. Not once did I feel pressed to spend more money. The worked nearly every day of the 8 week project. Unpredictable hitches were worked out patiently and with lots of explanation. Their subcontractors were top notch too. The workers were as conscientious as any Ive ever had in my home. When the project was finished except for a couple of punch list items, my new laundry room sink cracked. Karl came out to check it and ordered a new one right away. I love, love, love my new kitchen and am so happy we used Bailey & Weiler. They are going to do our bathrooms next.

This is the fourth time I have used Bailey & Weiler and every experience has been perfect! They are always on time, they always show up, they get the job done in a very timely manor, the customization and creativity are second to none! The quality on every project has been unbeatable, and even the follow up after the project is done has been outstanding! They have always kept me up to date on the progress of each project. On our last project we got three bids and all three came in almost exactly the same, therefore I am confident that not only do they do very high quality work, but their prices are fair and competitive. Their honesty, integrity, and service have all shined through in every single project we have done with them.Our first project was a roof repair and water damage repair...you cant even tell anything ever happened it was done so well. And we have never had another problem with the roof since.We recently had our back deck collapse and called Bailey & Weiler. They were out to the house the next day to assess the damage and develop a plan of attack. Two days later, they had a guy (who is the friendliest guy you will ever meet) start dismantling the deck, and ordering replacement boards. As soon as the board were delivered, the same guy came back out and finished it up. They also discussed with us why the deck collapsed, and how they were going to properly reinforce it so that it would not happen again. Since they were there we also asked if they could build us some new steps on the deck. The guy working on our project went home that night and build them...he put them on the next day. He really went out of his way to take his personal time at night to make those steps for us. The whole project went very smooth, Don called me several times with updates, and the day it was finished, it looked like new and everything was cleaned up and back to normal.I have several friends who have used these guys and every single person has been 100% satisfied with every aspect of the work, the cost, the service, and design. These other people have used Bailey & Weiler for custom homes (from $600,000 to $3 million)...pool houses (from $60,000 to $300,000)...kitchen remodel...commercial remodels.When you find someone this good you want to tell everyone about it!! Without a doubt, if you have a project that you want done right...if you want something unique and high quality...and a fair price. Use these guy!
