Ive worked with Thomas Tallmans team for 5 years now. They hold every policy that I have and the claim process has been seamless every single time. His group responds promptly to any question I have and has always been professional and provides the best deal I feel I can get.

Poor App, Poor responsive, Fraud Alert, bought a home recently started a policy, but the policy some how it started with my old address??? I dont know why and what kinds of fraud practical practice this agency had been doing in this communities.

With a short but comprehensive interview, Tom gave me extraordinary service which saved me alot of money without compromising the coverage I needed. His attitude gave me reassurances that having an agent vs. connecting with a random service rep when Id need help. That gave me great confidence of care & a real sense of someone looking out for me & my money. I was weary of getting random service reps who genuinely were not moved by my situation or requests. At the end of the day, all they could give me were the rules & their attitude of the day. I definitely had no sense or confidence of a relationship with anyone whod be in my corner except a rule book. I found the rule book to be cold & inflexible but Tom was warm, eager, understanding & accommodating! So glad to have an agent again who works hard to help me & my budget! Thanks Tom!!

Stay away from Allstate. This insurance company has been very difficult to deal with. Once I found out that I was way over paying for my home insurance I went to cancel the policy through them and I am still trying to collect the correct amount of money over a month later. I am sorry but it should not take over a month to get the correct amount of money sent to me. It appears that what is happening to me is pretty typical from a lot of the reviews that I have been reading. I will never do business with them again and you shouldnt either unless you like to hear every excuse in the book as to why they cant refund your money and have the whole process take weeks or months to get any real responses.

Tom Tallman has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever come across. His agent, Taylor, made a mistake on my policy and I simply want the agency to accept the mistake and make it right. I attempted to do so and was greeted with an angry, aggressive Tom Tallman when I walked through his office doors. There is now an investigation moving forward internally with Allstate as my family has been uprooted without Allstate having a care in the world! This will be a trickle effect as I will do everything to prevent this circumstance from happening to anyone else!

I just recently changed to your company after 20+ years at some place else . I have to say the service has been great and the price is very competitive . I live a little way from your office but as most things can be handled by phone or on the internet that is not a problem at all . I would highly recommend your company to people for there insurance needs
