After dealing with multiple agents in this company and getting highly upset with a few of them i talked to JESSE (female) in the bloomington office she went above and beyond finding quotes for me and explaining in depth each quote and pricing also helped me remove and make other changes to my policy and was always their to help the customer 100 percent JESSE is truly one of the better agent THANK YOU

THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM!! I warn anybody that goes here, the representatives are total, complete liars! Melissa is a liar and lied about the insurance company that she placed me with. She even lied about their fee. They are a scam company that puts you with 3 different companies and youre not actually paying for your insurance premium, youre actually paying fees to various entities, including InsuredOne for various things like new business fees, new business setup, financing and other garbage that has nothing to do with your premium OR insurance. That is their way of making money off you! FOR ANYBODY THAT WANTS TO SAVE ON AUTO INSURANCE PREMIUMS, GO TO A REPUTABLE AND WELL-KNOWN COMPANY AND PAY THE PREMIUMS THEY CHARGE. WITH INSUREDONE, YOURE NOT SAVING! YOURE PAYING EXTRA AND ITS NOT FOR INSURANCE. ITS FOR A SCAM!! These people are scam artists and liars! All you have to do is look at the multiple pages of of contracts and also notice that there is NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBERS listed! You have to dig around to find one. InsuredOne is a TOTAL SCAM. Melissa Shearer is a scam artist and liar. The rep that works with her, Jennifer or Jessica, is a liar as well. ITS A TOTAL SCAM.

They need 2 people there all the time and need to stay open at least till 6:p.m. during week days.

They failed to inform they cancelled insurance plan that was paid full for six months. Plan was cancelled after first month. Oh, by the way, my refund is less than HALF of what I paid for SIX MONTHS!!! Math not adding up if they cancelled account after one month. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING INSUREONE TO ANYONE
