Charged me a $45 fee to check the AC on my car without telling me. Also told me that I needed to pay $630 for a part, but I used an AC recharge that I bought from Walmart for $20 to refill the AC and the AC has been working well for 4months. They told us that the AC was too full but when we used the gauge it said the AC was empty. Dont let this company steal your money.

We took our truck in because most of the dash gauges were not working and interior lights on and off down the road. Left it for three months. Every time I called I got the answer still looking at it, but nothing else...no explanation of at least eliminated parts. I finally called to just pick the truck up. When I talked to the mechanic I was told he didnt have time to look at it. For three months????

I love this place. Fair prices. Good work. Friendly and honest staff. Quick turn around. Dont know of a better place in the area.

They did a good job and fixed the problem. I did have to come in twice to fix the sameproblem (two different parts replaced). However, they were reasonable on pricing and explained everything thoroughly. Great job!

Im not sure what is taking so long with this place, but theyve had my sons car for 5+ weeks and every week we check on it, they claim to not know whats wrong with it yet. This is the second time that vehicle has been there, and both times it takes way way way too long for service. And this second service may be related to their first repair, but since they claim to not know the issue, its hard to say.

Was quoted over $700 for front and rear brake pads and rotors. I let them know that the brakes just started squeaking and that the rotors should be fine. They lied right to my face and said that the rotors were blown. I then took my car to my main mechanic back home and it was confirmed that the rotors did not need replaced. I spent 87 total for front and rear pads back home. BEWARE they will attempt to get as much money out of you as possible!Just another Bloomington mechanic thinking they can scam the college kids.

Traveled here from southern Indiana to have a brake system installed in our Jeep so to pull behind our RV. This business is the only one we found that would install this type the way we needed it. They did a very good job and it is working well.

My car was not starting, They charged $400 to replace knock sensor. I came to pick it up, it did not start. I then waited 2 hours for them to replace bad spark plugs, I paid them $90 more and drove it home. The car left me stranded at work AGAIN. I returned the car, they said they would look at it for free. When I returned (4 WEEKS LATER) to pick up the car I was hit with $390 to replace coil packs PLUS LABOR! It still does not start right, if at all. DO NOT GO TO JERRYS! Their techs cannot diagnose and I had to pay for it. One star for trying to correct problem but lied and charged me. I would give no stars if I could.

They always go above and beyond. I went in for just an oil change and they warned me that my front left tire was about to go out and that the alignment was off. They only charged for the oil change. They are trustworthy and always friendly.

I appreciate that they have always been able to look at my car right away. I would trust them to do any job big or small.
