Ive had two vehicles receive body work at Pauls now and both times received wonderful service. Randy is always so pleasant when you talk with him and hes really easy to work with. The work on both of my vehicles was great. They leave treats in your car, which is a nice touch. Last time we even got a lottery ticket in the mail! Overall just a really positive experience.

The workmanship, price and professional service at Paul’s Autobody was excellent. Our car’s fender was damaged by someone who backed into it while I was parked on a street. I picked it up today and it looks fantastic. You would never know that it had been damaged. They also cleaned the whole interior of the car before I picked it up. So happy I used this Autobody shop. I would definitely recommend this shop.

The repairs were done sooner than expected and my car looks brand new. They also cleaned the inside and outside of it. I highly recommended them for their work and their customer service.

This is the second time Ive had repair work done at Pauls, and both times the work was great. But what really sets the shop apart is the wonderful customer service. They make you feel like your car is the only one theyre working on. The estimate was quick, the price was fair, and they had the car done when they said it would be. They even filled the cupholders with mints and sent a nice follow-up letter thanking us for our business. I would highly recommend taking your damaged vehicle to Pauls.

A local business at its finest! Ive been taking my vehicles to Pauls Autobody, Inc. for over 40 years and thanks to True Blue Carwash in north Normal I was back to Pauls Autobody again. They did another exceptional repair for me. When you pick up your vehicle it’s clean, the cup holders are filled with hard candy and a couple of days after that a very nice thank you note in the mail and lottery tickets! The quality and professionalism of Randy and his employees is the BEST!

I was recommended to Pauls by OBrien Mitsubishi and they couldnt have been more right with their recommendation. I wouldnt trust any other place with my car!! My car is like my baby and they explained everything to me and even were really polite when I called in to check on him (him being my car which I call Sven). Their work was beautiful like the accident never even happened. I couldnt be happier or more relieved and so happy that I can put the accident behind me because they are so amazing!! Dont trust anyone but Pauls!!!!!!!!

I dont know enough about auto-body work to say if they were fair in pricing; however, they definitely went above my expectations. They finished the work two days early, cleaned my car, and left some mints in the cup-holders. I dont know if this is common, but it certainly was appreciated. Friendly customer service, too.

Im from Chicago, I emailed the shop, asked about bringing my car in on a limited time basis. . Got a quick response letting me know that I could bring in my car on a monday.Got here to Bloomington, spoke to mitch and randy about the details, told them I needed the car on Friday to return home. They said no problem. Wow.., no problem.. so over all, great customer service, great work ethic, Quick response just from an email, Took a look in their shop.... everyone was into the minute details of the work, focused. It looked like they had a lot going on.Anyway, Friday they called me to pick up my car.... I was just so impressed., great body work, repainted areas were perfect, and my car was ready for the trip home.I just dont know how they pulled it off. I am glad I had the work done there. Good price, great customer service, quality work and and their standard of good business is 5 star.Thanks.

I definitely already have another review on here but I wanted to leave another one because Pauls Autobody is by far the best business in town. As much as the circumstances for my business with Pauls arent great, I absolutely love them. They are very honest and hardworking men running and working this business and I will never have a single complaint. They are so incredibly nice (and Im annoying and ask a lot of questions and ramble and they didnt mind) They dealt with AllState having an annoying and inconsistent claims service. They got my car started right after meeting with the adjuster and it was completed on time and it was gorgeous. Not to mention they left my car in better condition on the inside. No mystery grease stains waiting to stain my clothes like other places, the inside of my car was cleaner than when I took it to be detailed and they left me candy in the cupholder like always. Taking your car anywhere else for body work is just irresponsible. Pauls is the best and you can tell the people youre working with have a strict moral code and are there to help you, not cheat you. LOVE LOVE LOVE Id give them a million stars but Google caps me at 5 **********
