I have had them work on my seo stuff for 4 months. I have no change to anything. Just tried to cancel they told me I couldn’t cancel. I would still be billed for next month.

My experience with this company was very poor. I did my best to produce results within their program constraints but with no success. My account representative did the best he could with what he had to work with but the product was substandard. After a number of months of frustration, I told them I was no longer going to use their service and stopped paying. They have now sent the last two months of the contract to collections during the Covid-19 gym closures here in MN. This it totally unethical in my opinion. A typical big company conducting business with no concern for their clients.

This platform really takes all the confusion about business social/posting/ranking/reviews out of the equation. Think of it as the messy tangle of cords behind your desk being routed into one conduit. My rep there has been great about layering info every time we have our monthly check-in so that I utilize everything the program has to offer. Its a perfect business tool - and having everything on one dashboard is worth every penny.

As a small business owner I decoded to use Vivials services because it automated some of the things I was already doing that took quite a bit of my time and made it streamlined and easy! The online platform is easy to use and manage and the customer service had always been there and had answered anything anytime I needed it!

We we sold services that they never delivered! From the first step they had our accounts messed up. They had staffs personal numbers all over the web, business numbers wrong and trying to build seo in markets we didnt even service. A very painful experience! Now they want to strong arm us with collections. We couldnt be more disgusted and frustrated.
