Very good place for celebrating small kids birthday or different parties for private parties, it’s very funny, very safety. Our kids was so excited and so tired after party 😂There is different places to play and babble show. So comfortable party room, and so nice stuff. Thank you for funny bday ))

Average, definitely not bad for kids, it has toys, for kids to enjoy,overall worth $10 for an hour.

I took my 15 month old there today and she LOVED IT! She was really into the roller coaster, train, and bouncy house. The fee is very reasonable for an hour. She had a great time and definitely needed a nap after! The place was also very clean with hand sanitizer at every corner. Highly recommend!

Had my sons birthday party here. Love the variety of toys/ play area for kids to bounce around. The owners are super nice and accommodating to your needs. Would def. recommend to throw your birthday parties here. Will come back for future play dates and parties. My family loved it! Thank you so much.

On our first visit here, my son (2 yrs old) went down the slide in the enclosed play area, but before he could get up and get out of the slide, he was struck by a large hard toy on the head that another child decided to throw down the slide. This happened even as the worker was standing by, but she didnt even acknowledge it or comment anything to the parents of the responsible child. Very frustrating, and a terrible experience as a customer.In addition, a few minutes after the incident, my wife and I were examining the toy that struck my sons head (to see how heavy it was), and while doing so my son decided to walk out of the play area and into the general Mall. Again, the worker was standing there (at the entrance) as my son curiously decided to go exploring, and again she did nothing but just stand there with her hands behind her back looking on as he walked out unattended. She didnt say anything to him, and she certainly made no attempt to stop him. At that point though, I wasnt surprised.That being said, this place is small. Feels overcrowded with toys. A lot of the furniture is worn or broken. And some of the play areas look worn, dirty and grimy. We will not be returning.

Its a nice place for a play date and to get the kids out of the house. I love the idea of the themed rooms. I just wish there were more accessories to accompany all the play areas.

Its a nice place for kids up to my 4 years old.its smaller than what I expected though they have a nice surprise of bubble dance, bounce house and even ride on animals..the charge is also decent...

An excellent location for kids to be kids: to play and have fun. I liked the variety of play areas, toys, rides, and an event room for birthdays and parties. The staff and owners were friendly and willing to work with you to plan an event. There are side chairs for adults and a small concession stand to get snacks while the kids play.

Loved this place! The toys and bouncy houses, dress up stations, kid sized ride on train, along with so much more made for a fantastic day!

Pretty fun place for smaller children, Id say 3-5 yrs old. Party/food room in the back is on a smaller side, felt a bit tight with all the kids and parents.

We came to find the place closed prior to what their hours of operation state on maps. It seemed nice and I didnt want to affect their ratings by giving them a 1 star since we didnt get to experience it however that was not our fault.

Great Place! We loved their Wheaton location and now we love their Stratford Square location. So much to do, very friendly management and so much fun!

Went to a toddler party and it was a very appropriate venue. Plenty for the kiddies to play with. And the secured area is great so the parents can feel at ease as their little one play and interact. The event coordinator/front desk clerk was attentive; friendly and professional. Would recommend it to young families as an alternative to Chuck e cheese as this is more for toddlers than all ages, where older kids are rough and hurt little ones.

I took my nephew there and he had a great time playing on the train track and with all the toys they have although some toys werent charged you just had to tell an employee and they would change the battery right away definitely will return!

I love this place i bring my kids to play they enjoy their self play with other kids. the place is always clean every time i come and the worker in the front she is nice and she makes sure the kids are okay if she hears a kid crying. shes very attentive to the kids. i had my sons birthday here to and my son loved it. he cry every time we have to go home. the place is clean. i will keep coming here.the owner is real nice too.

The owner was extremely friendly and made sure everyone had a good time. Tons of toys and space. Wasn’t crowded at all even on a rainy day. Each little nook had a different theme with toys and my kids absolutely loved the jungle gym and bounce houses along with giant bubble machine. We will definitely be back!

I had my daughter birthday there and the party host was amazing shes very helpful she works hard the place is clean. it was my first time there and my daughter loved it and my friends did to we will be back for play dates. i recommend this place you will love it if you have kids under 1 up to 6 years old my daughter is 4 and she loved it.

This place is absolutely amazing for kids to spend time playing. There is no other place around here like kidstown that has so many variety of toys in the playground. It has a kitchen, a library, a doll house, construction site, a gym, a room full of trains, police and ambulance room, and a great space for parties. I have been meeting my friend there couple of times because she brings her kids there and there is always a new toy. And it gets better. They have a cafeteria for parents to sit and have coffee or snack while kids play. I must say too the place and the toys are very clean anytime I have been there. If I had kids definitely this would be the favorite spot to bring my kids.

We had our sons 2nd Birthday at their previous location and loved it so much that we decided to have his 3rd birthday here as well! We were lucky enough to be the first private party at the new location right upstairs and wow! It was wonderful! The Owner and Staff are so sweet and accommodating. We cant wait to come back and visit with friends. This place is a gem.

I drove a hour and 10 minutes found this place through the ten top places for kids so i came to see if my son would like it and we was there for 3 hours and my son didnt want to leave and we ate lunch there the front desk clerk was real nice she place the order for our lunch we didnt have to go get lunch cause we had it there Stellas pizza and grilled chicken sandwich are good. i will take that drive again to this place its very relaxing i dont got to run after my son while Im there like i have to do at Chuck e cheese .

My kids love this place. Very clean and colorful, so many toys. They have juice and snacks for sale. Sometimes they have a bouncy house too. Would definitely recommend for kids 5 and under.

After reading the 1 star reviews, I was very tenative to bring my child here. However, those claims appear to be by very specific people. I found the facility to be quite clean (even though many sticky fingers could be found). Considering how quickly a single child can age toys, the overall condition of the toys is good. There are a variety of toys for a fair range of ages. My two year old had fun for well over an hour exploring the different options.I plan to bring my child back soon.

Wonderful! My almost 2-year-old son LOVED this. HUGE amount of toddler toys, trains, mowers, etc. etc. Its the perfect size because its smaller than some of the huge play-places out there, and there are lots of places for us adults to sit and socialize while still able to view kiddos! Owners are very kind, and worked hard to make sure kids enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this!

Perfect spot on a Winter day, or anytime! The kids love coming here. So many choices for them to explore and use their imagination. Fresh and clean with a lovely, friendly staff.

Dont trust the pictures. We spent 20 min to get there, but its so small room, most toys broken and dirty. In the room smiling pops. And to expensive! I paid 24$ for 2 kids, I never paid more then 8$ for each kid! Dont waste your money and time. There is a lot of so much better places, find another playroom

Very expensive for the small amount of fun your kid can have. I thought the new location was going to be bigger and better but its very small and cramped. I think the private birthday party business is what he wants to do. Dont waste your money. We left after a half hour and went to the Bounce House at the mall. For less money my three grandkids had several hours of fun.

Cute play center for younger children, spacious but yet easy to keep a close eye on. Loved the powered ride on stuffed animals, and inflatable bouncy houses. Owner was kind and personable, the play center was clean and organized. We’ll go back soon.

My daughter and I absolutely love this place. The staff and owner are very friendly. All those negative reviews are not true. I was witness of situations when moms didnt have socks and the rule is to wear them. You are not allowed to have your shoes on or to have no socks at all. Now, my question was. Isnt that rule good for you an your child? Isnt it good to keep you child away from germs as much as possible? Bare foot isnt healthy at all also. What if someone has fungus? But instead of following rules these ladies are good in writing negative and untrue reviews. Remember to bring your socks!!!!

First time visitor and we loved it! The place was perfectly sized and very clean. The owner was very friendly and polite. Perfect place for a playdate. We will be back!

After my 18mo old had such a fun time at jumps and jiggles I was looking for other similar indoor playgrounds. I wont downvote you because I havent visited but I probably wont either. If a business owner cant politely and professionally respond to a negative review it makes me 1. More likely to believe the negative review 2. Assume the business has poor customer service and 3. Make me question if this employee has the patience temperament to be working around children.

I love this place, and so does my 2 year old. Its just right for his younger age group - so many toys, themed rooms, and plenty of fireman stuff for him lol. The owners are really nice too!

Staff was confusing seemed to have never dealt with children before there was only one staff member there. Everything that was listed on the flyer I had was not included in the general admission. The kids had fun. Place is kind of dingy dark not exciting. Toys are a little out dated. My kids enjoyed the dress up and car slides. They enjoyed riding the motor animals which was extra and timed actually for parties only but she made an exception. Over priced. Toys seemed to be clean place was clean. Wouldn’t all my sons birthday cake inside but ice cream was okae not sure the reason for that.

My mom and I took my 2 kids to the Wheaton location yesterday. It was 70 or so outside but inside it was 81! We seemed to be the first ones there and thought they might turn on the air, but they never did. It stayed at 81 the whole time. I was pretty shocked and can’t imagine what it would be like on a really hot day. We weren’t impressed. I saw some negative reviews about cleanliness, but I will say, everything seemed clean and the carpets didn’t seem dirty. If there had been more kids there, it might have been more fun, but with just me, my mom and my 21 kids, it felt like we were at home playing in the basement like always. I wouldn’t go back.

This place is a good idea, but the owners are not very friendly. There are many toys for the kids to play with, but for not allowing any shoes at all, the rug looks dirty and stained. We rented the place for a private bday party, and about halfway through the woman from the front, started cleaning up, and told one of the kids not to take the toys out again. Bathrooms were clean, which was a plus, but if you are going to run a place for kids, it would help if you were friendly or acted like you at least partly like your job.

Your negative reviews are useless!!!Our experience was totally the opposite of Lisa M.The owner was very helpful and nice. My friend forgot socks and he gave us a pair for free. There was a Cinderella character having a story time with the kids, later every child got a chance to take a photo with her and get an autograph.The play zones were great, there is a ride Thomas the train room, kids club with black lights, kitchen, sherif station, train table room, baby play area, climbing area with slide, and many more.About the bathrooms... They were both working fine and very clean.The owner asks the children to clean up all the toys and get ready for a bubble/dance time (so much fun).At some point couple of the older kids were climbing the slide and one girl ended up falling and bruising her head, the owner came by right away and gave her an ice pack.We had a great time and are planing on going back soon!

My 4 and 2 year old found this place boring. It’s def better for kids 2 and under. My kids ran around for awhile and played but when I said it was time to go after 45 minutes they were totally fine leaving. It’s clean but I wouldn’t go back.

I love it the workers are very nice sweet clean smells very good, My kids never wanna leave the toys and the jungle gym and the Lil baby ball pit thing is very fun the kids are very nice and I will love to come back.

I met the owner of kids town and he is very friendly with the children and the families in general. We love to go to Kids Town to play. If I could I would go everyday! Yesterday, Cinderella came and the kids really enjoyed seeing her! Thank you and maybe you can make more activities like these come true for children.

Definitely not competition. I am a real customer I visited there for my sons BIRTHDAY and I was going to edit and add that some of the toys didn’t even work the Thomas train was made to be some big entertaining train but it was a small train not exciting at all. Maybe if my review sounds similar to someone’s else’s what we experienced is true. I don’t have a problem with this place to want to bash you all I’m simply stating my review what I experienced and your response sounds like someone I wouldn’t want to do business with. You should change your approach take time to think out your response people are watching and you are a business owner in a children facility. Now I will search for photos from that day so you can see that we are not your competitors but instead customers that were trusting your business with my sons birthday celebration and was let down. The picture on their website is not what is when you go in false advertisement. I drove 50mins to find a new place for my daughter to play at. The place was not really clean and alot of the toys was old and broken.. Their was no bouncy house.. Definitely will not be coming back

Great place for kids.The owner is a very friendly man. The thing with all the bad reviews is that the owner wasnt born in the USA. He has a different cultural background, plus his English isnt perfect. Thus, it may seem like hes not nice when hes saying something. Lack of vocabulary is not a big deal. Parents, be more appreciative to people that own places like this one, so that you kids could enjoy their childhood.BTW, Im a mom of 2 kids, and both of them love this place!!!

A good spot for younger kids but considering the high price, even with the groupon, I was suprised there wasnt more for them to do. Even snacks and tea/coffee cost a few bucks. I was there thanksgiving morning and it was chilly!At least the kids had fun.

Very poor sanitize,its not safe for little ones.Its contaminated and not clean the toys and specially inside the BOUNCING BALL.We went home with my baby and getting clean up for nap I found theres a bump his head but is not its freaking TICK BITE.Good thing I checked and clean him up first it can get worse if we didnt notice right away.Dont let ur kid get in the Bouncing ball.Dont let them lying in those ball and play with it and make sure wash ur kid hands before they eat or after their playing or make sure atleast sanitize their hands even just wipes cleaner before they putting something in there mouth.Thats the first and last we going back there.How can Tick Bite can be in that area?Unlucky get in my babys head...Bleach those ball or the whole area so that not gonna be contaminated for the little ones and for the parents too.

My kids enjoyed coming here, but most of the toys needed batteries and a good cleaning. A lot of the dress up clothes were torn.

Very nice place for kids.We did my daughter birthday party over there and we also come to play couple times.And it was lots of fun for my little ones and their friends.Stuff are very friendly and helpful.They set everything for my party the way I wanted to do it and they also help me to clean it up after party.As a mom of 2 kids I recommend this place to others.We had such a nice experience there.

Website says geared towards children 7 and younger. This is very misleading. I took my 4 year old and 22 month old after buying a localflavor certificate for unlimited play for 2 kids.It was okay for my younger one. Lots to do, but not really entertaining or fun for the 4 year old. He was too tall for a lot of the toys. Many of the toys didnt work, no play food in kitchen, or missing parts. Overall, just ok. A lot of the stuff is the same things youd have it home, or could go play at indoor restaurant playground for free (chick fil a/mcdonald).

My son had lots of fun.... HOWEVER, the male owner is extremely rude and needs a lesson in customer service. He goes around calling women Mommy instead of Miss or Maam, and is very rude to customers and their children. If you have an attitude like this, you shouldnt own a childrens play place! The play area is great, but the rude and misogynistic owner ruined it for us. We probably wont ever go back. Someone else needs to buy that place and run it the right way!

While the concept is great and the design cute. I would not recommend this place. The staff was rude. Very unhelpful and unfriendly. They sat and talked the whole 2 hrs we were there. Toys were trewn everywhere even though only one other child there. My daughter and I cleaned toys up that others had left out while my granddaughter played. Bathrooms were not functioning. One was closed. The toilet in open one did not flush. Stuffed animals in pet area were worn and dirty. Looked like thrift store rejects. Never saw staff sterilize used toys or pick anything up. They just talked to each other. The other child in took bad fall in climbing area and the staff only a few feet away neve even flinched, Too bad such a possibly great place is dragged down by horrible staffing.

I used to take kids I nannied here almost weekly. They LOVED it. We never had a bad experience with staff, toys, or the bathroom. I never felt the place was dirty or unsanitary.

We really love Kids Town and the owner is extremely nice with the children and their parents. The kids there have a lot of fun everytime we go.

So many toys, people here are nice and they have a bubble party! We have fun brining my toddler daughter here and could see her enjoying it for some years to come.

What a disappointment at kidztown at the new location for the first time and it is an old looks like office building with the toys in it nothing special or unique about it like the other kidztown. so very disappointing and it is very small and I was under the impression it was going to be way bigger and all more things obviously he must have ran out of money or something because this is a joke compared to the old one do not think its going to be better you will be very disappointed
