Im so happy that I decided to get my face lasered in this facility. The price was very reasonable for the number of sessions that they offered. I was able to see amazing results from the first session. My hair kept getting thinner after each session and my skin started to feel way healthier, since I stopped waxing (which is terrible for your skin) and plucking my hair. The facility is also very clean and its technicians are super friendly.They were able to answer most of my questions.They are also flexible when it comes to making appointments. Highly recommend this place!

I go here for laser hair removal. Its completely painless. Marcella does a great job and is nice to talk to. Their prices are the lowest I saw anywhere and they allow guys.You get 6 sessions for an area and after 2 sessions all hairs on my shoulders was gone. If the hair isnt completely wiped out, will be much smaller, thinner and lighter when it grows back. For my chest all of the embarrassing thick coarse hairs were gone after 4 sessions with tiny, lighter hairs that will get knocked out in the last 2 sessions. I have light skin and dark hair so it worked great for me.I would definitely recommend going here for cheap and effective hair removal.

I made a switch with doctors and I am pleased to say that it was the best thing I have ever done! Dr. Botros and his staff are very welcoming,helpful and they all have great bedside manners! Dr. Botros happened to find severe cell growth (CIN3) and he immediately did surgery on me and it was such an easy procedure! He made me feel less scared than I originally was feeling. He is constantly making sure everything going good, and I trust him 100%! I wouldn’t change doctors ever!!

Doctor Botros is a very trustful and kind person. Whenever i called him he would always answer. When I delivered my baby it was at 3am. When I was at the hospital i was there for 4 days and everyday he would come visit me. Especially the staff Amany and Maria. They are very kind and wonderful people. I’ve seen comments that say this place is a bad place but that is not true. I want to say thank you Doctor Botros for everything you’ve done. all the staff. God bless this place

Honestly dont see how people rated this place so bad. Everyone is very friendly, place is clean. Theres not a lot of room in the waiting area but other than that the place is great. Ive only been here for OB/GYN services and they have a Doctor and A Midwife. I had him deliver both my kids one via C-section and One VBAC. I recommend this place and they accept Medicaid.

Honestly I should’ve known this place was a scam. The prices for the treatments are dirt cheap where other places would have you spend $1000+ for any treatment. Please avoid this place especially if you’re looking to do laser hair removal. I had 6 treatments done for my chin and upper lip. In between the first few treatments, there would be a few noticeable hair on my chin and lip but since I have dark hair I figured it would just get better. A month after I finished my treatments, I realized not only was my hair still growing in the same as before but I had NOTICABLE SPIDER VEINS at the corner of my lips that hadn’t been there before! The treatments were not effective and gave me extra problems! Don’t even bother spending your money here and save it for a more reputable clinic.

Please avoid this place for laser hair removal services!!! I came into this practice because it was close to home. I purchased as many sessions as the aesthetician recommended to me for three areas of concern. After completing 6 sessions, I still saw some hair growth and so she said I would need 3 more, which I also bought. After completing all my sessions (this is over the course of almost 2 years) at the time intervals determined by the aesthetician, just 6 weeks later my hair returned. After almost 12 sessions, I should have seen about 80%-95% reduction. I saw about 15-20%. The aesthetician, Renee had moved out of state after my last session and had told me to keep her number in case I never needed anything. I never planned to reach out but when I noticed that my hair was still returning at the same rate after each shave, I texted her the details. She said she would reach out to me after contacting the office. I gave her 1 month and 10 days, but I never heard back so I was compelled to call the office myself. The manager Gabby said she would speak to the doctor about my case and let me know what they could do. I gave them 2 weeks but then contacted again when I didnt hear back. She scheduled me to see Doctor Botros 3 times, but rescheduled every time. Ive been put on hold countless times and told Gabby would reach out or the doctor himself. I even asked if he doesnt want to meet me in person, to at least call/email back by the end of the day but nothing. They are now clearly avoiding me because not only did the aesthetician tell me they were going to get a new laser (clearly because it is ineffective) but she also had 2 girls train on me (they are not even licensed aestheticians). This should have been a red flag. Im super disappointed as Ive spent a lot of money, time and energy and the customer service and patient care has been extremely terrible. Mind you, I work with a dermatologist and aesthetician and I scheduled and consult on laser hair removal services all day so Im aware that it is not a permanent solution. I also have no history of hormonal conditions like pcos or thyroid imbalance. I wish I was not as naive on the day of the consult. But people, please this place is a scam!!! Go somewhere else!!! These place does not deserve your hard earned money! I had planned to bring my mom to get her LHR and have referred so many people to this practice, which I highly regret. I even contacted some of those people who also said they saw barely any results. Please be wise and make sure you dont waste a penny here. These people also removed honest reviews on Facebook as well! Good to know!

Very rude front desk staff have been waiting with no assistant and they are all taking and laughing couple times plus when you call you are put on hold and then disconnected and at the top of all that unprofessional Drs.not recommended at all!!
