STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.... So, I went there on a Sunday and was quoted 90.00 to replace a cracked glass lcd cover on a ipad air 2 which would take 3 days. On the evening of the 3rd day, I called to to see if it was ready for pick up and was told I needed a new lcd and digitizer also which would now be 190.00 to fix. As I mentioned the paperwork I signed states repair broken screen for 90.00 and this is unacceptable, he suggested I come in to discuss. Arriving Friday evening, to see what can be done to resolve this, he show me my ipad that is now destroyed, there is chuncks of the screen missing and the glass and lcd is completely cracked to the point the screen lights up but thats it. All he tells me is I can fix for 160.00 instead of 190.00 which is normal price. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS..... they do not know what they are doing... I learned the hard way with a now useless ipad that just had an unsightly cracked glass!
After several attempt to fix the blue screen on my computer, it failed and I took my computer to Fix4less computer service. Since the problem was a hard drive, the guy replace the hard drive and redownload the window. My computer is faster than it was before and works great. The guy is very friendly and the service is cheap. I am pleased to know this place to get good service. Please keep your good work

I was told to give 5 stars but I waited. I bought a MacBook there and was told everything works on it. Was given the computer,bag and charger. The battery is bad on the computer! It dies so fast. I felt forced to buy a computer that day too. I needed one for my college since the virus came. Businesses need to stop being pushy about buying things. I will not be back.
We bought a laptop from here a year ago (for $180) and it started lagging so we tried clearing it up. We ended up needing to take it back in. He suggested we buy a new SSD hard disk from him (for $50) which we did, and he installed it for us. We tried to install Windows at home, but it wouldn’t install. We took the laptop back yet again, and he wanted another $40 to install Windows or $70 to clean out the computer and install Windows. He said “If everyone could just install operating system, I would not be here in business”. We took the laptop home, and ran some diagnostic testing, and the new hard disk had 1,800 bad sectors. So we wasted $50 on the hard disk that is useless, and we cannot even return it because he does not have a return policy. We would not recommend nor are we ever going to go back.
Very good place I got my phone screen fixed and it looks good as new and they have the cheapest screen protectors and very nice ppl! Def coming again

My wife dropped off a laptop on a Saturday with the understanding it would take a couple of hours to fix. She spent the day at the mall waiting for the computer. At the end of the day nothing was done. We called back the next day and they said no technicians are at work. The following day they said the $100 phone estimate was $250. $25 charge for the diagnostic. My wife picked up the computer. They did not give her a diagnostic or an estimate. I called for the diagnostic. They did not have one and asked me to drive back to the mall instead of emailing it.
Baught a laptop for 120$ and the guy said it works perfect and everything went home and didn’t really use it but when I needed to use it the computer did now work at all. I called to asked for my money back he said he would not give my money back. On the website it says refund within 2 weeks of purchase with receipt but he did not give me receipt he said I had to pay cash.

The laptop was missing a few drivers brought it back the next day and explain that I was having issues with my computer. Within a hour Mo had me up and running with; no hassles and no excuses, they took care of me!I would recommend them to anyone...Please go visit them at the Fox Valley Mall you will not be disappointed in the service.
I like to come to the store to check out their products when go to the mall with the family. The staff working are very nice and helpful to any questions you may have, just pleasant all around. I had come to see the store this time around, and another customer was already there checking out the computers. The usual staff was there, but the owner was present as well. After a few minutes, the owner begins to make allegations to the other customer about stealing and promptly starts kicking out all customers in the store. Im not really sure why the owner kicked everyone out, but this really soured my experience there. I do not plan to come back, unless there is new management.
We have had a very disappointing experience at Fix 4 Less. Communication between employees was very poor. Promises made, and critical information communicated, did NOT reach the appropriate person. Our computer was there for a month for a minor repair. They removed Microsoft Office during a clean up and forgot to reinstall it. We had to take it back for a reinstall and then it was a temporary (1 month) trial period. I am now taking the computer back in yet another time to have Microsoft Office installed permanently (I hope). Many apologies were offered, but the dysfunction continues and I dont want others to experience this.
I listen to other guy and went to Tekkies Repair in Bartlett due to these guy been closed. Had best price and fast service fixed my phone and laptop.
I went to the store to look at the merchandise and the owner kicked me out. Terrible experience. Never had something like that ever happen to me before in any other store in the mall.
Horrible experience. Took my computer in on Tuesday at noon as i would be traveling Wed and thurs and would not use. Tried to reach them Thursday to check status. Phone disconnected Went to mall and shop was closed. Went to mall office and was told they moved. Went to new location and it was locked. Went back to mall office and made them call someone to open up and get my computer back. They moved on wed and thursday ( why wouldnt they tell me this on Tuesday). Now over a week later and the store is still closed. Unbelievably unprofessional. How could anyone possibly trust these people with all the valuable information stored on a computer. Dont waste time here. Go to a reputable professional organization.
I had purchased a charger for my computer on 10/26/2016 received it a week and a half later brought it home to use it and it was not charging. Brought it back the next day and they took my info and charger back and said no worries we will have it in a week. I went back in 1 week to check and they had no idea what I was talking about. I had a lady that was trying to stick every charger into my computer as I was trying to explain that my charger was ordered as they did not have it in stock. I wrote my info down once again and said I need a call from manager/owner ASAP. I work full time so chasing $30 is so ridiculous and really not worth my time and effort but want everyone that I can tell to know so this crap doesnt happen. Unprofessional sloppy People should not own a business. Its now 12/19/2016 and I cant get a hold of anyone and the store is conveniently closed for remodeling . Who else did they screw over to remodel? I paid the $30 up front as I thought this is a no brainer to order. I would not recommend anybody going there as they are incompetent and unprofessional to say the least. Stay far far far away!
Asked the manager if they tested all of their products (as most of it is used) before selling them and he assured me they did. So I bought a wireless network card for my PC and went home. When I finally got around to installing it (a little less than 2 weeks later) I found that the card was dead. When I went to return it, I was told that since it was over 2 weeks I could not return it. The card itself was only $10, so I was not that upset. I was more pissed that I was told everything was tested when it obviously is not. Just another shady little tech store peddling crap parts they stripped from who knows where. Avoid the hassle and just go to Best Buy, or Tiger Direct. You may spend a bit more, but in the end it will be worth it.
My wife tried this new place,a tech named John,instead of using the Geek Squad again, they had the virus removed and the PC back to full speed in on day and it was 75 dollars for the same thing Best Buy does for 175 dollars in a week if your lucky
