We read the reviews and realized dont always believe what you read.. so we had one of the technicians at our house last week with a problem with our central air unit turning off. The tech finds out filter was destroyed and causing the ac to turn off. He then does a system check since he was there and tells us we need 8 lbs of Freon. Tells us it will cost $900 to fix this and it didnt seem Right to us. We tell him thats too high and then he gives us prices on a new central air unit. This just didnt feel right so I ended up calling another hvac guy he tells me hold Off he will give me a second opinion. I tellThe guy at aria and he charges me $ 85 and he leaves. He emails me the estimate for A new central air unit. So we get This stand up guy from another hvac company and hes shaking his head with disbelief . He told us our ac unit does NOT need Freon. You get more business from being honest and I am so Upset that everyone in my neighborhood recommended this company and you are a bunch of shady people.. not the way toDo business...

Another company installed a new heater and AC unit back in January but didnt finish and check that the air was working because it was snowing outside. They said they would come back when the weather was warmer to make sure it works but never did. After repeatedly trying to get them to come out and finish the job I gave up and contacted ARIA to come out and finish the job the other company didnt. Mike contacted me about coming on Tuesday, but later called and said they could make it on Monday. ARIA was able to diagnose and fix the AC, now it works great ... Thanks Miguel and Mike!!!

I’m so glad that I reached out to Aria! I woke up at 12:30AM to find that my furnace wasn’t working when it was 7 degrees outside. I left a message and Mike reached out first thing in morning to let me know he could be there between 9-11. It was 49 degrees in my house when he got there a little before 10.Mike was extremely nice and very professional. He got my furnace working, let me know exactly what the issue was, and what parts he needed to get to keep it working. He also made me aware of some things that he thought I should know about, but that weren’t urgent. There was no pressure to take care of those extra items, he just wanted me to be aware. That total lack of sales pressure it exactly why I went ahead and let him take care of those items as well. Now I don’t have to worry them. Mike picked up the parts he needed and was back super fast. I couldn’t be happier with the fast and friendly service.

My furnace stopped working in the middle of a 15 snow storm and when I called Aria, I got same day service. Mikey, the technician, was so friendly and personable and went above and beyond. Amazing service, and very reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

We used Aria Heating and Cooling to replace a broken A/C unit and an aging furnace. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. I couldnt be happier! They replaced my aging and leaking central A/C and provided easy and affordable financing. Mike came out and went over everything with me and Miguel came out a few days later with his assistant and spent the better part of the day installing it and making it right. Excellent unit and made the final results better than ever. Very professional and friendly folks. They were referred to me by my son and now I will refer them to other family and friends.

I thought that I was definitely going to need to replace both of my air conditioning units because they were not cooling my house. However when the technician advised against it and suggested we clean them first before buying new ones, I knew they werent going to take advantage of me. Over the past three years I have had two different heating and Air conditioning companies and I have had it with some of these rip off places!I called and spoke with Mike and he is professional and very knowledgeable!!He came out and looked at a unit most companies do not know and said he could take care of the problem. Finally, someone who knew about LG Air flow wall mounted heating and Air conditioner. He responded quickly, and he sent one of his employees to fix the unit. Miguel came out and he was one of the best service people I have ever had!! He was thorough and explained the problem and fixed it!!! I told mike I would be using them from now on. They are honest and do great work. They only do what they need to do and not try to tell you something is wrong when there is nothing wrong. Many companies have their service people on commission and sell you product and services you dont need, Aria does not do that.If you want quality work for reasonable prices without all the BS then give them a call. In my opinion, it will be the best thing you could do for yourself.Imagine getting returned calls as soon as possible, great follow up excellent service and reasonable pricing!!!Thank you Mike and Miguel!!!!

Miguel did a good job on clean and Check on the furnace of my rental unit as well as my residential furnace. He answers all questions I ask him regarding proper maintenance of the furnace and he even adjusted the humidifier controller. I asked him also if he can replaced the igniter I bought online to replace it. Overall I am really satisfied with the service with Aria.

Just had my furnace replaced, very professional and honest service.

Michael came out to my house to give me a quote on a new air conditioning unit. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not need and he found out that I did not need a new AC unit because my compressor was working fine and my lights dim when it starts up but that is normal for the year that my house was built... (wiring).. On top of that he tightened all my screws on my AC unit and fix to the metal that was making a weird noise making it sound like the AC unit was running rough... All for free. I saved a lot of money on AC unit Im keeping my old one that has a lot of life left on it and my compressor is fine so I dont need to fix that I should have gone with this company in the first place :)Heather

Having your furnace break down on a Friday night in January in Chicagoland is not a fun weekend! After a failed attempt to make the repair by another company, I went on line looking for help. Aria owner called me back and we discussed the problem, what had been done and, finally, I was talking to someone who knew what he was talking about! His technician came out and diagnosed the problem while the owner researched the wannanty for us! Boom, parts covered by warranty ($1,800.00) and furnace fixed and heat on!
