Stopped by here for the 1st time today and the place is very clean and the staff is friendly. I was impressed at how efficient the dryers were in drying my clothes thoroughly and quickly. I will use this laundromat again in the future

Very clean, outside of machines and restroom cleaned daily, floors mopped nightly. Some machines have been out of order a long time. Many of the 2.50 small machines are either labeled out of service or just dont work. Machines 15-17 inclusive dont have enough water in them during a wash to clean the clothes. Has meter parking in the rear of building, coin meters, 8AM - 6PM, 20 minutes for a quarter, free after 6 pm and on Sundays. People not putting in coins in daytime get ticketed regularly.The restroom has been out of service for over a week.Laundromat hours:Mon-Sat 6AM-10 PM, last load 8:30.Sundays 6AM - 8PM, last wash 6:30.Small load $2.50, medium $4.00, large $5.50. Hot water option really produces hot water. Dryers .25 for 7 minutes. They get very hot and drying is quick. 5 dryers out of 26 are out of order.Sadly, Faux News blasting on both TVs. Best time to go is evenings and Sundays to avoid the parking meter police.

FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, DO NOT COME HERE!If there was a 0 star, i’d give one without blinking. Terrible place in every aspect. 80% of the machines do not work and some of those don’t even have “Out of Order” signs. We lost $10 while trying out two of their machines that had no warning signs.There was no supervisor. The ONLY way to get assistance is to text a random number, not even phone call, just text.I went there at 8 am, waiting until 9:15 with my money stuck in the machines and hoping somebody would text me back to solve this issue.Around 10 am, Someone, appears to be the owner, nonchalantly said “somebody will be there shortly” but no one was there. I’m writing this right now at 7:40pm and still did NOT get my money back.The owner did not seem to care in the slightest and was even haphazard at replying to my texts. Malfunctioning machineries is one thing, it’s a whole different matter when the humans who are supposed to run the business don’t care and treat customers with immense disrespect!In conclusion, it is no doubt THE WORST experience I’ve had at a business of any kind.

They have Fox on 24/7 on purpose. That is why there arent more customers. No one wants to be brainwashed while washing their clothes. There is also always one large washer out of order and 2 to 3 dryers out of order.

Ive been going here since the quarantine began and initially it was fine. Lately the washers are not wringing well and a number are out of order.

I rushed after a very long weekend to get 5 huge bags of laundry together that needed to be dropped off so my kid and girl would have clothes for the following day. Unfortunately the employee here decided she’d rather close up early than obey the posted hours. I’m standing outside the door, in the pouring rain, holding bags of clothes and my phone showing her that they are still supposed to be open, but she refused to let me in. Apparently leaving a few min early is a higher priority than staying an extra 1-2 minutes to hand a regular customer a ticket and let him leave his bags. Add to that the fact that for some reason this place ALWAYS has the feint, but ever-present smell of dirty diapers lingering, and that they randomly shrink all kinds of delicate garments, equates to that being my last ever visit to this place.

Machine are filled with mold on rubber parts where you add detergent 1st and last time dont bother very dirty
