Responding from my previous review because I am not allowed to reply to the owner when incorrect information was given. I still have not received 1 bag of clothes and they could not find it this morning when i went because 2 bags were missing! As owner replying that this issue is solved and that none of my clothes are missing when Ive been trying to contact you and nothing has been done! Thank you for your reply your service says other wise. Its not the first time having an issue. Last week they left someone else pillow case with my clothes ! What kind of service is this place and they stalked my phone when at work because another customer was mad. If its not me Its someone else definitely should fix your customer service and employees. Hope someone reads this message before its too late because NOT WORTH THE SERVICE. And clearly likes its not your clothes nobody especially your employees dont care. For your information they just called me to let me know the found the clothes missing.

Worst experience ever! We brought our bags specifically separated last Saturday and it’s currently Thursday and one bag isn’t finished. Our clothes were washed all together and i have clothes lost. I recommend never coming here worst experience and the customer service. The manager there shouldn’t even be a manager they don’t know how to solve issues and makes it worse they were laughing at our face when explaining how all our clothes were mixed when we specifically told them NOT TO! We lost one of our bags of clothes if you want to receive the worst service and never receive your clothes in different names bags this is the place for you! Never again and everyone should know! If i could’ve put no starts i would they dont even deserve 1.

Wanted to wash in warm water, but the water was cold. Had to keep putting soap in the machine. First and last time here.

Clean laundromat with debit/Apple Pay as payment options as a plus! Staff tends to leave finished drop off laundry in dryers taking up dryers from in store customers which is very frustrating! The staff has an attitude if you ask them to clear some of the dryers so in store patrons can use them. Please invest in some wholesale laundry bags that drop off laundry can be stored in so patrons can utilize dryers.

Found this laundromat by accident, glad I did! I usually go in the evening just before closing. For a quick wash (small machines) Very clean, friendly staff, you can use cash (quarters), laundromat card or credit card in the washing machines and dryers. Very clean laundromat! Latest new machines so not afraid of washing my new clothes too. Free parking and very reasonable washing rates so definitely coming back here again! Since their first anniversary falls on my birthdate (19th Feb), I feel I have a bond with this place now. #laundrylikeaboss

Its a nice laundry mat for someone who doesnt mind barely having a place to sit and squeezing between people to wash your clothes because the aisles are too narrow. They do offer laundry service and you would be better off using it. This place stays crowded.

CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!!!! I would leave a 0 if I could. The only good part of this company is the friendly and helpful female manager. I sent my clothes over to them for the first time a really big load, the whole order came back with a horrible smell. I decided to try them one more time after I contacted the female manager she arranged to have the first order rewashed. The first and second order came back with that smell my clothes and my toddlers clothes are ruined. I wound up in contact with the owner Barry Cooper who dismissed me and the issue that his company caused. He issued me the smallest amount he could and told me so seek another company and to make matters worse I had to toss most of my sons new clothes and a lot of mine. DO NOT GO HERE.

The staff of blue leaf laundry mat are super friendly and Super neat.

This use to be a great place to go and one that I would recommend but now that they have expanded to include laundry delivery it is nearly impossible for those that have been coming since they open to get a washer since the most of the washers and dryers are being used for delivery which consequently means more competition and longer waits to do laundry. That is of course if you are able to get a parking spot. The parking lot was already tiny but with the new delivery truck taking up a spot it is quickly becoming a huge pain to do laundry here. There just isnt enough space for all of this and it causes a huge inconvenience to the local customer base.

This Laudromat is the best. I just moved to NJ from New York and I have never dealt with a Laudromat so clean and with such pleasant staff. Coming from the city where everyone is pretty busy and not so nice at times it’s definitely a delight to have change. My clothes has always been cleaned properly and folded neatly that I can just unpack and place in the draws. Even my white shirts always come back white. Not yellow which never really happens. I had a high risk pregnancy and the Owner Barry personally reached out to me and explained that they had a delivery service which I might be interested in and i was happy for the call most owners don’t even speak to customers and never help. He guided me through the online process and got me all set up on how to place my online pick up and drop off for my clothes. Having my clothes picked up and delivered has been a God sent. Especially now being a Mom of three with a newborn i pretty much can’t go back and forth to the laundry anymore. The pick up and drop off driver is also helpful and always has a smile. I would recommend anyone to use their services you won’t regret it. May God continue to bless your business.. if I could give 10 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very professional, space is very clean, dosent cost much and great customer service.

Pros:.....It’s very clean, the young lady that was there was very sweet and kind, the machines worked well, they actually run the ac which made it slightly cooler than it was outside and there was plenty of parking.Cons:.....to pricey, I washed my sons and my clothes 2 1/2 laundry bags $30.00 I purchased a pack of dryer sheets $2.50 for 15 sheets.The place is to small as well, some costumers kept leaving their carts in-front of the machines they were using making it impossible to push your cart to the machine you wanted to use.

Don’t take your clothes here! The so called manager messed my clothes and whites up. I recently moved to jersey and i dropped off here couple of times, there is an African girl who works there and she is perfect but for some reasons, I haven’t seen her here and the lady who washes now is terrible. Two times in a row, my clothes was messed up, called her when this happened the first time, then she told me to bring the clothes back and she said she was going to wash it. She happens to be the manager, I live all the way in Irvington and I usually drive down to blue leaf because I’ve had good experiences with you guys up until recently, and I don’t think I want to keep throwing my clothes away. The manager told me to bring it back the first time and I did but then she had to do a rewash. Weeks after that, I dropped off again and the same thing happened, this time it was worse, all I smell is scent. Called the laundromat to let them know I wasn’t getting the services I payed for and asked to speak with the manager and she said speaking, so I explained everything to her, she checked the computer and say that she was the one who washed the cloth and I was really disappointed at the fact that of that was the best a manger could do then I don’t think I’ll ever go back. And she said okay! It’s a nice and clean place if you want to do your laundry yourself but for drop off I wouldn’t advise, except you want to spend money buying new sets of clothes every time you think you got your laundry done.

Need to hire people who speak fluent English, every time I come in there seems to be a language barrier. When I come the manager is always ether talking on the phone or talking to other Spanish woman gossiping, poor customer service. The place is sometimes clean but most of the times theres dryer sheets every where, no tissue in the bathroom and garbage all over

This is one of the better laundry mats so far in the area. It’s always clean and ready for washing clothes. I always come when I have a free moment to wash clothes and I never have to wait for machine. One of my top locations

I been washing my clothes here for four month at this laundromat and what I like about this place is that is always cleaned the staff are very friendly and kind. When I first washed here there was hot water running and today and also last week I noticed that there is no hot water. Mind you I spent extra money for double wash and rinse $5 per 40lb machine and $3 dollars for the small machines. Is really pricey here but I didn’t mind. But I think is wrong for the owner to charge so much and you’re giving potential loyal customers cold water to wash light and white clothes. I will never come back here. I suggest for people to go to Laundry Zone where you get double wash and rinse for $3.95 for a 40lb machine and they give you clear bags for free. The small machine is only $2.25 and the staff is friendly. I know that this owner is not going to care for this review because people are going to continue to burn their hard earned money on cold water to wash their light colored clothes and white clothes. I give this place one star

Do not wash your clothes here, they have BED BUGS! If It had a option for zero stars thats what I would give them. A lot of these reviews are hyped up and false because they offer you a promotion when you write a google review about them. I was washing my clothes here and compartment where the lint is stored was open and I looked inside and saw dead bed bug. This place is always dirty, the customers leave things everywhere. Bags on top of the dryer, dryer everywhere. The bathroom constantly spell like piss. Prices are very expensive for average service.

New laundromat! Clean. Mashines work fine. I only use the dryers. Havent had a problem there. And its not usually overpacked with loud talking from customers like the previous ones I used. I will definitely recommend this place

I own a linen rental business and i take all my linens to blue leaf the manager Coralee is absolutely amazing! they leave my linens exactly how i like them. I also do laundry there on my own and the experience has been up to par, I cannot express enough how great is this place. Very clean, good service, and Coralee is the sweetest.

Im so disappointed in this laundry, how you don’t have any air conditioning? How you expect people to wash comfortably between dryers with no AC? & it’s not the first time. Laundry is always clean. Machines are new and work great. Staff is friendly. They have machine that work with the store card or quaters. You can use your credit/debit card also on the machines. The location has a parking lot and is near the Staples plaza, Donkin Donnuts, a chinese rest. Etc. The place has no space for kids but the staff will even entertain them if you have to bring them and they have a vending machine with goodys. Bathroom available in location.

The attendant there is very pleasant and always helping customers, she greeted me immediately I entered the premises, she is very friendly with everyone, the place is very clean and maintained.

I come every weekend, the staff is friendly and helpful the store is clean and well taken care of and the prices are the best in town. They offer a nice selection of cleaning supplies at competitive prices.
