Usually very happy with front office staff as well as everyone else. After my visit today I was overwhelmed with the care I received. Taylor went above and beyond and it’s been along time since I received a cleaning like that. Thank you so much!!!

I was in pain when I visited . I was not given any antibiotics and the only advise was to brush and floss my teeth which I do.I went to another dentist and they gave me a deep cleaning and prescribed me antibiotics. And they found out that I needed a crown and had two more cavities. Sundance Dental did not detect these problems.

MY WIFE AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD VERY GOOD SERVICE FROM THE ENTIRE STAFF AT SUNDANCE DENTAL. THIS WEEK WE HAD EXCELLENT TREATMENT FROM DR MARTINEZ. THE COST IS VERY REASONABLE.

I have medicaid so I was treated like I had no insurance. They did my x-rays, no cavities, but told me I had to get approval for cleaning. I was scheduled, rescheduled, cancelled, rescheduled and was told a whole new authorization had to be submitted. I have a job now so by the time anything gets approved I will probably have good health insurance. Will I chose this dental office? Probably not with the way I have been treated.

Everything went smoothly. A little slower than normal, but I expected it would be in the first day back. If things were not working correctly, no one showed it. Great experience. Kendra and her assistant were great and talked about everything going on with my appointment

They say they can do emergency teeth removalbut that is a lie! By appointments only!

The dentist (Jordan Morris) was annoyed with my child and decided to refer us to another dentist after 2 minutes of evaluation (literally). He wasnt professional nor was he courteous, do NOT waste your time with this dentistry.

They were so very welcoming here and I had my two babys with me so my older one could get her teeth checked out too and there dad was at work so he couldnt help me with them but the staff there were amazing and did so good with them when they didnt have to do that either. Definitely would recommend going here if you were trying to find a new dentist. Thank you Sundance Ill see you soon! ☺️

Everyone there was so thoughtful and courteous. And if I was able to change my dentist tell me it would be to them. But they dont take Medicare, and Im too old and disabled to have Medicaid dental. And if I get afford it out of my pocket oh, I definitely would change.

The service and staff are wonderful! I have been taking my 4 year old here for 2 years. They always make him feel comfortable and do there best to set him up with his favorite hygienist!

I loved this dentist office. They were so helpful. Got my son in to be seen on the same day I called for an appointment. The waiting area in the front was so cozy and inviting. The nurses were very nice and all very friendly. The doctor was great too. They handled my sons tooth problem with no problems. I just was so very impressed overall from start to finish. I will NEVER go anywhere else for my dental care except to Sundance Dental in Bloomfield N.M. Thank you everyone and see you soon at our next appointment.

Love this place the best atmosphere and great people who work there every person I encountered was kind and helpful. The lady that took me back and got me set up was very nice and honest with me about getting x rays while pregnant and I appreciate her honesty. The lady who cleaned my teeth did amazing was very gentle, kind and super helpful with some tips to help keep my teeth healthy. The dentist was also very nice and helpful with his work. I enjoy going to my dentist appointment every time especially knowing I’m in th best care and around people who are kind and good at what they do. Looking forward to my next appointment!

For ten years my family has been coming and getting excellent service. But yesterday the doctor that was fixing my sons tooth was very unfocused or rushed because he was the only doctor there and did not do a good job. I think the doctor may have drilled to far into my sons tooth. My son had his mouth open for nearly an hour because the blood wouldnt stop. Its not to be negative about this place but, make sure the doctor is not tired when he works on patients, please and thank you.

Went to Sundance Dental here in Bloomfield today and thats the best dentist Ive ever been too. Extremely clean, EVERYONE is super polite, they dont rush and cause you pain or bleeding. Best dental visit Ive had in a really long time!!Thank you everyone there.

Clinic overall is very well maintained. Nice front office staff. Dental hygenist a tad rough and didnt offer water when picking my teeth with their picks. My mouth was so dry by the time she was done. The dental staff are very slow in getting things done, did not seem too well organized. Dentist was nice. Dr. Turnow. He thoroughly checked my teeth and mouth. Overall its a decent clinic but there could be some improvements made.

Dr.Anderson is one of my favorite dentists he takes care of me whether its a cavity or check up hes very detail oriented and is genuinely interested in me and my life. Definitely my top pick of places to get dental care.

Over priced. The dentist kept yawning during exam and kept asking me if I understood. He ask me that at least 5 times. I went in to get crown fixed and it cant be fixedI then ask him for estimates on getting the last 3 bottom teeth pulled and denture,when I got to the front to pay for exam they already had me priced to get implants .I told her I just wanted estimates on getting the teeth pulled. And a denture. She said oh you dont want us to schedule you to have work done.what part of estimate dont they understand?? After all was said it came out to be over TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS. I left office crying and I will not go back!!! I will not refer anybody to go there. Whole experience today was a nightmare.

Nice dental care there a little steep on there prices even with dental insurance.

I went in two months ago for a routine check up and concerns about a gum infection.Sundance tried to sell me a repackaged routine proceedure that they had performed before, but this time it supposedly wasnt covered by my insurance and would be out of pocket at great expense.I contacted my insurance and was told that the proceedure was indeed covered with no out of pocket expense.I instructed Sundance to just do the same proceedure that they had done two years prior, apparently in vain.After dropping the ball and not getting proper pre-authorization In a timely manner, the infection is much worse, and Sundance is still giving me the runaround about an appointment.In summary, unless you have deep pockets and are willfully oblivious to what your insurance covers, Id suggest you find a real dentist elsewhere. Sundance only wants your money and has no empathy for its patients.

Larry is my husband, I was the client. First, it took over 2 months to get 2 caps done; the lab came back with faulty work and we had to start over. Secondly, after comparison shopping, I found their prices to be high. Should have suspected,as they could not offer an estimate during the initial consultation. I was in a hurry, so stayed with them, but it still took 3 months to complete. The bite guard also had to be sent back to the lab. All in all, an unpleasant experience.Carol Mae Smith

I Went in for a dentist appointment, wanted just x-rays and dentist exam.Have had this done every year for 3 or 4 years at Sundance Dental. Teeth were always fine with no need for teeth cleaning.A Dental assistant checked me in by filling in updated paper work and I explained that I wanted my teeth x-rayed and checked by a dentist and did notwant my teeth cleaned.Another Dental assistant came in and did the x-rays, told her I just wanted x-rays and dentist to check teeth and no teeth cleaning.Another Dental assistant came in and told me she was going to do a peril evaluation, I asked her how much this was going to cost and was told it was part of exam including x-rays. So I said go ahead. She also tried to sell me on getting teeth cleaned, which I said again that I did not want my teeth cleaned.The first dental assistant comes in and tries to set up a appointment for seeing the dentist about checking out my x-rays, teeth cleaning and dental check up on teeth. I again told her I didnt want my teeth cleaned for another $85.After all this I was informed that without a teeth cleaning the dentist would not look at my x-ray or my teeth.I was than told I would have to pay $151.58 for the perio evaluation and x-rays even though the dentist wouldnt see me. The perio evaluation was $113.67 and x-rays were $64.65. There was a senior citizendiscount of $26.74.I have talked to another Dentist since then and he said this was not right. I should have been informed right up front that a dentist would not see me without having my teeth cleaned instead of leading me into more services especially sense I had told them 4 times I did not want my teeth cleaned.

From my very first visit at the office, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the offiice itself. Dr. Jiro worked in Albuquerque and my mother loved his approach and he inspired the utmost confidence by his demeanor that we travelled from Albuquerque to Farmington to get implants. Just the waiting time bothered me on my first visit. Almost two hours of waiting, that was not on my list for today but overall the staff were friendly and did a good job on my cleaning.
