We have used Quartz Solutions on two separate occasions for our home and would highly recommend them. The staff is courteous and professional and Armo and Allen are wonderful and easy to work with. Quartz came to remove and replace insulation in the attic of an old home. When I returned to the house later that day to assess the work, I walked in to find a mess of old and new insulation all over the floor below the attic entrance that the workers had left. That night I had to work my way across the attic across all the new insulation to replace the window panes that we had removed to allow them to run the vacuum hose directly from outside. In the attic, the insulation was poorly leveled, frequently not making it into the corners of the house. Also the blown in insulation had covered the other window in the attic, again without the company thinking to clean up after themselves. The biggest problem was the company installed a barrier above the attic, however screwed it in on both side of the hinges which prevented the door from closing and caused insulation to fall into the room below every time the door moved. The company had to come back out and said they did not know how to fix it while keeping the thermal cover. They build up the sides of the attic to prevent the insulation from falling down, however the thermal cover could not be used. The company never acknowledged the mess that they left behind and never acknowledged that they left the job unfinished the first time. I will not be using this company again, and would not recommend.

Had some work done two year ago in the attic great work and professional done. So I had them return year later to fill couple area in the house ceiling cavity and walls. It was poorly done after I inspected it. spoke to the company about my problem they sent someone to inspect and he clearly said he felt the draft from the floors. I had to call them back about my issue they had no answer to resolve it 😒 or to fix it Just bunch of empty word about quality of work. i had a 8 inch gap of empty space from the ceiling where insulation where to fill up.

This is my second time using this company. The owner came back to check on the previous job and another issue at my request. He is very honest as he noticed an issue with the insulation and fixed it for me. I would not have known that on my own. I hired him for a second job to remove mold and install a kitchen vent. The workers were professional and thorough.

Quartz Solutions team did a great job re-insulating our attic. They took out all the old batt insulation and replaced it with cellulose, significantly increasing the r-value. They also added new and more insulation on the side wall adjacent to our loft, making it much more comfortable. They cleaned up when finished and were polite and professional. We purchased a house in the summer to which we made many modifications to improve accessibility including a new kitchen. As unnecessary bulkheads were removed in the kitchen a great deal of attic insulation was disturbed. We hired Quartz Solutions to refresh this insulation and we’re happy with the results. We had originally contracted to have blown insulation added to the attic of our 1 1/2 storey home. When they arrived, we asked about insulation for the walls of our side attics. They said no problem, gave us a reasonable quote and went off to purchase the additional material needed. The side attics are very tight places with difficult access. Seand and Armo were easy-going, professional and efficient. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

They removed the original blown-in insulation, sealed all joints and holes, and installed new fiberglass insulation in the attic and in the crawl space/basement. I called them for an estimate on insulating my walls. They wanted to charge me 3000 dollars for a job that costs under 1300 to complete (materials and labor included). When I questioned the sales rep, and their administrative coordinator as to why the price was so inflated, I was told it is to cover overhead cost, insurance, and other things. When I scoffed at the price, the salesman immediately told me if I bought the insulation, he would drop the price 1000, and charge me 2000. I calculated the cost of the insulation to be around $450. IF you want to be taken advantage of use them! If not, go rent the machine, educate yourself on the process of using it, and do the job yourself. You dont need a degree in physics to learn how to dense pack a wall cavity. You dont deserve the amount of money you are requesting. You are crooks.

Then, I noticed Some issues after job was done. We froze after spending around 7000 dollars todo the attic and walls. They left little round circles in our ceilings. Josh was not helpful andintimidating to two females. We spent over3000 dollars to have our pipes wrapped and they burst anyway. They swindled two senior women and Josh had such a bad attitude we didnt want him near our house.

We bought our house a couple of years ago. Very quickly we found that the attic insulation is not adequate. It looks like nobody took care of it for decades. I started looking for somebody who could help with adding extra R30 value to the existing insulation which settled down significantly. It was not easy to find anybody this season. Sometimes prices were too high, sometimes I was asked for 50% of price upfront (sounded like a scam). Other companies asked to wait for six-ten weeks.With Quartz Solutions we quickly negotiated terms of contract. Then they arrived on time on the date we agreed. They covered and sealed all light fixtures and other big items in the attic with foam boards and foam spray. The preparation part took more than three hours and was finished very well done. After that the team started blowing in cellulose insulation. Im very happy with the work quality and would recommend Quartz Solutions to everybody.

They did a great job with replacing insulation in the attic and removing any gunk from the attic and sealing it up so no critters can come in. They were nice and kept things as clean as they can. Youll just need to make sure you inspect each room ceiling before having them leave, as the insulation that was installed pushed one of our lights mounting tube/bar down 6 inches and wasnt discovered till the following day. It couldnt be pushed back up because of the insulation, and they had no time to come back to fix it so Ill need to get a separate person to either replace the lighting or help fix the issue.========================Update, got a call back and we were able to coordinate fixing the issue with the light mounting with the issue. They also replaced a bulb that went out with a new one I provided. Overall its been a good experience.

Quarts solved a tough problem that I have. One section of my attic ceiling is very moldy. My roofer said the roof is fine, and suggested me to find a good insulation company. I found Quarts from many good reviews on Google and Angies List. Eric, the owner came and he did more than what an insulation company would normally do. He opened a small section of the ceiling, examined the old insulation, and discussed with me about potential solutions to solve the mold issue. When the crew came to do the job, they kept my home very clean when removing the moldy ceiling. They installed the new sheetrock and blowed in new insulation. I am very happy with the job they did.

Like many others, I had a great experience with Quartz Solutions. I was paying an inordinate amount for heating every winter, so I decided to improve the insulation in our home a few weeks ago. I received three quotes for the insulation project, one of which was from Quartz Solutions. Their pricing was very fair, but what really won me over was the dialogue I had with Josh Gill throughout the process.Josh was very open to accommodating my requests on the project even when he disagreed with me. Case in point - I wanted fiberglass batt insulation from a particular manufacturer as the primary insulation material and a specific type of spray foam as the sealant. Joshs response was that this was my house and that he would customize the project to make sure I was comfortable with it, even though he considered cellulose to be a superior insulation material.Josh kept his word. On the day of the project, the crew arrived (seven men in all). All of the crewmembers were very professional and worked tirelessly throughout the day installing fiberglass batts inside the attic. The entire project, which consisted of replacing and adding to the insulation in the attic and blowing in insulation into the garage ceiling, was completed in a day. Crewmembers worked into the night to get the job done, and the supervisor kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. As with Josh, the supervisor of the crew was also very open to accommodating my requests for how the catwalk in the attic should be constructed and how to vent out one of the bathroom exhaust hoses.In summary, the service was exceptional, the staff extremely professional, and the finished product looks great. I would highly recommend Quartz Solutions for your insulation needs.

They installed 1 foamboard on the batt-insulated ceiling of the unheated crawlspace under my house. It reduced drafts substantially in the first floor. They also built frames for my attic stairs and my whole house fan from foamboard, to reduce heat loss.Two workmen were under the house most of the day, on their backs in the crawlspace. They marked electric lines and pipes on the face of the foamboard, and they used screws for installation so that boards could be removed if necessary for service above them. They were clean, professional, polite and friendly. The price was very reasonable for the work they put in.

Josh, Ethan, and MC spent the day blowing cellulose insulation into the walls of our home. They are courteous and dedicated to doing a good job and making the customer happy.
