Zero stars should be a choice! This has been on the majority of the floors in our home for less than 4 years and every board is cracked. Began cracking and splitting within 6 months of installation. LL will not stand behind their product, told us we have too much humidity in our home. We are replacing the flooring next month and both flooring installers we got bids from said it is defective. Huge cost in product, install and now tear out and reinstall for product that they advertise as guaranteed for 100 years.

Great experience. Large selection of flooring (water resistant, vinyl, porcelain, hardwoods & laminates), and many were low priced. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us free flooring samples so we could see how our choices looked in other design elements.

Great service, nice show room, great selection. Used them on 4 projects so far and have been very satisfied.

Really happy with my purchase. Todd went out of his way to accommodate with my last minute purchase. We ended up getting the floor we want and install it the next day ourselves. The house couldn’t look better

If I could give it 0 stars I would- especially this location. When we purchased our $6k + of flooring the manager kept pushing us to buy more flooring so we didn’t run out. Multiple times saying- you can just bring it back, better safe than sorry. We agreed and bought tons extra. Now that we’ve gone to return the $1,000 in extra flooring we are told, by this same manager, that it’s a 90 day return window. THIS WAS NEVER MENTIONED! We explained during the transaction we were doing our full house ourselves- so we never would have been done in a 90 day window. With that information we would have bought the flooring room by room as we saved nothing buying it all at once. Lumber liquidators corporate says its each stores discretion- and could be of no help! It feels like we were scammed and intentionally pushed to buy more flooring than we needed, knowing we were going off the info provided- not the small print on the website with the 90 day return window policy. I would not get started with this company- if this is how theyve handled this, I can’t wait until we have issues with our flooring. Full house remodel and this is the only shady company we’ve run into. Stay away- tons of flooring options elsewhere with better customer service*Edited to add: Since the review Lumber Liquidators reached out and made it right- allowing us to return the unused and properly stored flooring. While I still can’t say I recommend that store in particular, it’s nice to know you can depend on the company as a whole. Updating from 1 to 4 stars

Definitely the place to shop for wood floor. They seem to be a bit understaffed in both stores I visited. Takes a bit to get service/advise, but they certainly have the knowledge of their products.

Helpful salespeople. I had to order product because I chose a product that is popular based on price and quality. It took a few weeks, but the pick up process was easy and seamless. Very pleased with the buying experience and happy with the product.

Nice, but small showroom. Pickup was a breeze.

Large selection of flooring. Glad we went here, they had exactly what we wanted. It does get a little busy but not to bad. Service was OK but they did have quiet a few customers to deal with that had questions, so it was understandable. Will definately go here again for flooring.

I had a return to make. Todd helped me and was truly a genuin person which is sometimes hard to find in retail nowadays. Thank you Todd and thank you lumber liquidators

My husband and I had a great time working with Todd and Rustin! After a TERRIBLE experience with Home Depot in the area ( check their reviews for the details) we were about to give up on looking for new flooring. We walked into lumber liquidators and were greeted with open arms! We didnt feel pressured into buying anything and werent rushed at all! As a Sales associate of 10 years I was very happy with my experience! Seriously, if youre looking for new flooring for a great price AND non pushy sales staff you NEED to go check these guys out! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!!!Thank you both so much! Had a number of vinyl planks with manufacturer defects and they replaced them for us, without even having to haul them back in to the store. Good customer service and that new batch was almost entirely without issues.

Bought flooring. 10 day wait for shipping. Okay fine. Ten days later no word from this company. Call them. They over sold the floor and dont have it. No call from them before the ten day wait to let me know there was a problem with the order. Completely used bait and switch tactic with my money tied up. Unbelievable. Never order a floor from this company.

Went to lumber liquidators to buy flooring for a project at moms house. Found a nice laminate design at a great price. Their associate was prompt to greet us and show the samples in our price range. He reminded us of other items we would need. He also showed much concern that our purchase would not be too heavy for our vehicle. I would not hesitate to shop there again. They also helped to load the boxes of flooring into my vehicle.

They have helpful staff who actually understand flooring details and quality.

My wife and I went into the store today and were helped by Rustin and Todd. We had a great experience and we will recommend this company to everyone! Thank you both so much for the great service!

What a horrible experience with these rude people. Don’t expect them to know anything about there own products they sell. I advise you stay away from this shady company. Just look up the lawsuit they had against them in 2015, just shows how much they care for their customers!!!

Good choices and good prices.

I delivered a load of flooring and wood products here. I arrived at 8:00am and I got unloaded quickly. No problems.

Staff rude, unmotivated. Argued with me on the phone about my contact info, although gave them all updated including email. Said they called several times to an out of order number. Went to store twice before getting anyone to get off a stool and help us. Prices are good as stated but poor customer service. Stars given are for quality of flooring.

For good selection and pricing we choose lumber liquidators. Im giving them a 5 star review because this is a discount flooring store and that is all they claim to be. Prices will change over night and the staff are not expected be overly accommodating. Why would they be? They are selling you quality flooring at half retail cost. This is a bargain store and they have to cut costs somewhere. I dont expect the same quality of service and product at a subway sandwich shop as I would a 5 star restaurant. Flooring selection is good, prices are right and Ive found customer service to be great at this store.

Great place to get all your hardwood needs. Friendly front staff, however the girl in the back who drove the forklift was not very friendly, and was in fact extremely rude.

Posted installation price is not what its cracked up to be. They charge for every little thing and quote was more than double of what it shows at the store per square foot. I ended up using other installer for far less. I had purchased Santos Mahogany 4 inch width. When installed, the width of the boards were not equal in width so that created gaps between the wood. This was a milling issue and customer service was not helpful. They did not even offer one cent off the unevenly cut wood. I paid a lot of money for the wood and I expected quality workmanship and evenly cut boards. Nice exotic wood, terrible quality cut. I guess that is why they call it liquidators. This twice before buying from this company.

We bought bamboo hardwood from here for one of our rooms. installation was just as the guys in the store said it would be. we found the product to be just what we wanted and were so happy we went back and bought more and did a second room. now we are going to go back again and get something else from them and do our bathroom and bedroom. i would not be afraid to recommend this place to anyone. we went to the location in woodbury minnesota. nice guys and very helpful. they discontinue certain stuff fast so if you like something make sure you order enough.

I was in there twice and had to call in on the phone to check on my order. Every time the service was exceptional. Each person I talked to seemed knowledgeable and was very helpful

Super disappointed with this company overall. Drove over an hour to purchase flooring and went to Woodbury first, where there was 5 employees and not enough flooring in stock to purchase. Then drove to the Blaine location where there was 1 employee with enough flooring but nobody to get the flooring out from back or load it. We walked away without purchasing any flooring and will have to purchase flooring elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. Walked in with cash ready to buy and the two men wouldnt get up to help us. When we asked questions again now wouldnt get off the stool. Very put off by the service so we walked out.

I was in your store tonight and the guy was helpful at the beginning then walk away and never came back to me I was ready to spend $1500 but instead I will go to lowes now thanks for the bad service and will never go back in the store again

Poor customer service and missed delivery dates. Zero communication from the company until we called multiple times asking where our delivery was. So far they have missed two delivery deadlines without any notice or updates on their part.
