Selective and discriminate service. Hopefully you fit their profile when you attempt to drop stuff off or they will say they cant accommodate. They pick and choose at will. We attempted to drop off residential construction debris and were told they couldnt accommodate us. However, they did accommodate other residential drop off while we were there. Individual at the window was unpleasant to say the least.

Stopped in today to drop off garbage I didnt know they no longer take garbage. The stockier bald head guy working the window was a Complete a******s. I understand he doesnt like his job etc. But to be rude to people cause they havent been around is uncalled for. I miss Tom, Tom was a good guy! Not sure if he still there. But this guy was a complete ahole! Last time I was here some goof was on a power trip cause we didnt go around the building.. they were plowing snow and no one else was around, the you g kids came out of the office screaming.. you went the wrong way.. Ill take my business else where or managment should do a better job hiring g people that cant handle the job!

Usually extremely busy and slow. Half of the staff are rude and difficult to work with. I much prefer the Minneapolis location.

Theres a minimum of $58. So if you dont have at least 1500 pounds its not worth it. I called and asked if there was a minimum, she said it was by weight. Not happy spending that kind of money on 400 lbs of broken cement.
