Did not press my suit. They did a good job on removing stain but the suit was more wrinkled after they were done. And quiet noticable. I made a point in showing how part of the suit was just altered and needed pressing and they didnt.Never going back.

Good work done in a timely manner and reasonably priced

This is my second experience with Martinizing Dry Cleaners and they have amazing customer service and always make my clothes/items I bring in perfect.

Fast, friendly and good quality service. They were able to pull off a 12 hour turnaround time on several shirts and dress slacks without an up-charge. The shirts were clean and crisp as were the slacks. The staff were very friendly, efficient and more than happy to answer several questions I had for them. A well deserved 5 star rating. Highly recommend this location.

Whoever the lady is that is there is not friendly whatsoever. I’ve been there twice and she looks mad all the time. Quality is not great either, and they don’t explain or say anything about stains that won’t come off. I would recommend going somewhere else for business.

I take all my shirts here. Perry, the owner, is fantastic. He is now there every day. He has made many quality and service improvements. The value is excellent: outstanding quality for a reasonable price.

I went to this dry cleaners for years. Always suspected over chargers. They never gave me an itemized receipt. When I finally asked they made it difficult and as I expected they didn’t honer the coupons. For years they lied. I never got the discounts. I asked for the owner or manager to call me. They never called or discounted my account. I will have to go to Pilgrims again. Just this bill was over $20 and discount. I received nothing.Terrible practices with average discounts.

They were ok for a while but then went downhill. They close early every once in a while. Not too bad, but just enough to be inconvenient. Made a mistake with my clothes. They gave me a coupon, and they wouldnt even let me use it the next time. Then on top of that they closed early the next week. It was basically a month worth of events, I decided to find another dry cleaners

After a year of absolutely horrible dry cleaning and customer service at Pilgrim Cleaners (Blaine, Club West), I switched to Martinizing Dry Cleaners of Blaine, and I have been pleased beyond expectations. My very first pick up I was told that one of my French cuff dress shirts wasnt ready because it needed further cleaning for the stain I wasnt even aware was on the shirt. I picked up the shirt the next day, and as with my previous days pick up of shirts and suits, the pressing and starch were flawless. This cleaner noticed a problem (stain) and took the initiative to provide a solution. I heartily recommend this cleaner, particularly to all the Pilgrim Cleaners (Blaine) customers who I know are still frustrated with sub-par dry cleaning and customer service. Avoid Pilgrim Cleaners (Blaine) and head straight to Martinizing Dry Cleaners of Blaine for quality dry cleaning and excellent customer service.

1st time customer today. Went to pick up my order and use a 1st time customer 50% off coupon and Tanya says You cant use that, you had to present it at drop off. So I say I suppose I cant use this coupon in the future and of course the answer from Tanya is Thats correct.I called back and asked her to remove my account. She said she was happy to do so.Sad their customer service is best when removing a customer from their business. Bringing my business elsewhere.Im not ever giving them $17.68 (for 2 pants) of my hard earned money for customer service like that. Theres way too many other places that will take my money.

I got a relatively quick two day turn around on a military jacket I dropped off for dry cleaning. Its a white jacket which had some yellowing around the neck and some dirt blemishes on various parts. I got the jacket back, it was brand new looking with ALL yellowing gone. I came home and told my wife the price and she remarked on how cheap of a price she thought that was. I highly recommend taking your dry cleaning here.
