Starbrite did a fantastic job cleaning my windows. My windows were very old, and several have delicate frames, with several years of build up, both inside and outside. Rody from Starbrite got them all crystal clear, handled them with care and even repaired minor damage along the way. He was both fast and very thorough. Also, the pre-work estimate was accurate and scheduling was very easy. I couldnt be happier with my experience or the results!

Poor quality and even worse customer service! He washed the outside of the basement windows but didnt wash the inside of them, same with our main floor bath, nor did he wash any of the garage windows. None of the tracks were cleaned either. The owner was so fed up with our neighbors asking for his guys to complete their jobs correctly or to come back to finish that he freaked out on the lady who organized the cleaning and cancelled our contract, leaving several neighbors high and dry. Definitely would NOT recommend!

I am only giving them one star due to the fact that the gentleman that came out to clean our windows was very friendly. We were quoted a job by Troy for a 102 unit apartment building of senior living, the services were not provided (not even close). We were billed for all services and his answer was we are short staffed. Communication was awful through the process - never knew when someone was going to show up. Job was not completed - not even near. Had Troy communicated they were short staffed and the job would not be completed I would have gone a different route. Instead he was not upfront, bills for services not provided and then has a piss poor attitude towards the customer. The absolute worst service ever provided to this community.

What a frustrating experience! I had Starbrite scheduled to come to my house. The window cleaner showed up 5 HOURS late, when that time no longer worked for us, he promised to come back a few days later; however this time he NO SHOWED. When I spoke to the owner he told the guy should be fired, but he didnt have enough help. The owner also promised to make it right as his brand was VERY important to him, but later said he would no longer work with our neighborhood.

He arrived on time, wore a mask the entire time, took off his shoes while in my home, and did a meticulous job on the windows. He not only cleaned the glass without any streaking, but also cleaned all the window mullions and wiped up water drips on the window sills and floor. We weren’t home for when the window cleaning occurred but it looks ok. Upon inspection, it looks like some spots on the upper windows were missed.

Troy and his team have done a great job for our association. We initially used them to do all the windows in our association spring and fall. After doing such a great job we had them out to power wash all of our buildings and retaining walls. The crews were polite and very efficient. They checked in and walked the property with a board member to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. We look forward to having them back this spring!

Service person was prompt and reviewed with me what I wanted done. When the job was completed, he made sure that I knew what was done and the obstacles to completely cleaning one of the storm windows and my beveled windows which were bolted in place. He also removed and replaced 2 window air conditioners in order to completely clean those windows and left the areas neat and clean.
