I have had T & L for 2 1/2 years now. The driver that services our home is very friendly and helpful. I just called T & L because I forgot to put my can out AGAIN and they will have the driver stop back and pick it up! Talk about great service. Thank you!
I have used T&L for many years. I have stayed with them because they have never missed a pick-up, they have never rejected anything I put in their container, and their rates are reasonable and competitive. They have always done a great job for me, and I highly recommend them to anyone.
Second week in a row that garbage has not been picked up. Excuse last week was street condition. Our neighborhood is undergoing all utility replacement. Other trash companies made it. T & L was the only one that did not pick up. They usually pick up mid afternoon so I wasnt concerned until about 3:30. I called twice and complained for 3 other non pickups. No call back. Talked with another neighbor that had complained and she received a call back. They said they would pick up our blocks Monday afternoon. The did pick up then. I had a bag of dog crap and wanted it gone Friday. So again today, one week later......no pick up.We have had them for several years. Only lately has there been krap service. Last month, a driver was new & no pick up either.
Set up service told we would have our new can on Saturday come Monday still nothing called at 9 AM when they opened told they lady we have no can and a toddler with dirty diapers we need it delivered ASAP. She said well I cant set that up but I will let them know. 3 hours later still nothing. Called back and was told that the other people who ever they are only check their messages at 12 and 4, so they should be getting back to us shortly. Set up service with another company said they would deliver can tomorrow. Finally at 130PM got a call the guy said Oh I understand you still didnt get a can I told him your discounts are great but I would rather pay full price than deal with the BS of customer service they provide. No web-site, no answering machine, no way to talk to the correct person to get your problem solved. Its 2014 in 2 days people. Come on!

My garbage is almost empty every week. This week Its full and heavy and they didnt pick it up. Now they want to charge me to cancel my service.
