My experience with Arrow Lift was excellent. I was facing an urgent situation to purchase a stair lift quickly, in advance of a family loved one returning home with little advance notice from an extended hospitalization. The staffer at the showroom was a good listener, informative and friendly. Showed me the options and then let me decide. NO hard sell or up-selling. Also, the turnaround for installation was quick, which was extremely important at the time. Well done, Arrow Lift!

My wife and I recently decided to install two Arrow Lift chairs in our current home . We are both in our seventies and wanted to ensure we could stay in our current house and not have to move into a one story home. We only use them occasionally at this point in time but both are easy to operate and have not impacted the normal use of our stairs when parked.

When installed they left no user manual. Today I needed to know whatthe flashing trouble light code indicated. No one could help, and afterwaiting for a return call from Arrow Lift service department I had todisconnect the unit and now remain stuck in my home.PLEASE do not use this company. YOU will be SORRY

Very poor service! My lift was just installed and now it is not working and the company wont answer the phone. Some guys from out of town installed it and I cant get a hold of anyone.
