I was greeted when I walked into the store. I needed to pick up printer ink for a friend. When the person came out of the office, he asked if I needed help. It must have been the look on my face. The technician, answered all questions. Best of all, he picked up the other two colors I needed. Prices are reasonable. The technicians are friendly. Parking is very generous.

I went to go get a banner redone that they had done for me before. This time i was told they changed the software so they couñd not open the file they created. The banner machine was broken and they didnt know when it was going to be repaired. The person who may know how to open the file will be in tomorrow. My question to the district manager is, How do you expect your locations to meet their sales goals if they dont have the tools or the training to provide the services your promoting? Just a question about where are your priorities. According to your marketing is supposed to be customer service.

Stopped in yesterday for some ink. I held it up so she could scan it but she grabbed it and scanned it.I gave her cash but i had to press the key selecting how i wanted my receipt anyway. I asked if they had hand sanitizer but she just said nope as if it was no big deal... Im 61...

Cody demonstrated concern for my situation and made me feel well taken care of. Everywhere I go, the Blaine location is still the best Office Max / Depot I’ve been to. Under covid when all businesses are STRUGGLING to keep customers - THIS is the QUALITY of people you hire to run your shop??(1) ZERO welcome when new customers walk in...(2) Asked a simple question to a bearded glasses guy who was NOT attending anyone and his response is a STARE!?!? Instead of a classic ‘what would you like me to help you with?’ - While someone else comes and answers but also says ‘that’s all the question is?’ Have you heard of dovetail a sale ??(3) VPVT39YP6m5ybxxf6Unless desperate am not gonna be recommending this store.

Came here for a hard laminate of documents for a financial aid class demonstration. There were bubbles and the papers were not straight. Was a horrible use of $10, I couldve done much better myself. Apparently the workers here dont care much about how your laminates end up looking. Not professional, Im very disappointed. If it was for personal use, Id just do it myself at home to get better results. The employee did offer to cut it to make it look better, free of cost since it was his fault, but i really needed the extra side space. Ive gotten much better service at the Midtown Saint Paul location. Laminate for signs there ended up perfect unlike here.Update: manager got back to me quickly to resolve the problem.

I went there to get a save the date invitation printed .. Nicole from printing helped me . She was soo helpful, knowledgeable, great customers service!!!! I was sooo stress and worry and disorientation and she remain calm the whole time was able to print and get all my things timely done ... Great job and keep up it !!!

Awesome service! As good as having a personal shopper. Their tech guy John was amazing. He deserves a raise, no matter what theyre paying him. I went in with a list for the office, and was out in 10 minutes tops.

I go back because the location is an easy one for me to use. Every time I visit Im amazed at how under staffed they are which makes waits unrealistically long. I typically wait 15-20 minutes just to talk to someone about printing. Helpful when I get to talk to someone though.

This one was well organized and friendly. They have a reasonable stock of electronic gadgets. Prices are high except on sale.

Terrible! Manager was rude, I was asking for help & she aggressively took my phone to see what I was looking for. Every single time I come in, I’m amazed how horrible the store is managed.

I had to wait nearly 15 minutes at the counter before I was acknowledged as a customer. Than, the clerks complained that they dont want to help. This place has gone down hill fast!

Sales person / cashier named Nick was excellent. He was very resourceful and customer centered event though I didnt find what I was looking for.

Went in to make some copies from my laptop/San disk,the geek helping with copies kept asking why do you want this image that image on and on,he said Im Not allowed to make certain copies from websites.He was a SMART ASS,JERK.A friend had the same GEEK,she said she wont go back either.
