Doug is such a gentleman, honest and is super nice! He got me in the same day for a hand car wash and vacuum and the work was done in a timely manner (actually sooner than promised!). I had my little nephew and niece with me and he made sure we were comfortable and turned the tv on for the kids. Their work on the car was spotless and I highly recommend them! Doug is a great guy first off. At first, my vehicle looked great. On my drive home I noticed the tint on my back window was bubbling up all over, water marks all over the exterior of my car, small crevices that went untouched. Have to get my back window tinted again.. Wont be going back to this place.

Great place for a great car, Track or Bus hand wash. Theyre super friendly and accommodating. Your wash experience is completely transparent. You can see/watch your vehicle the entire time. They tell you anything is washable. They did wash our 12 ft hight bus put enough air fresheners And a wonderful customer space for you to wait. Highly recommend

Purchased a van last owned by an old man who took his fluffy little dog with him everywhere. The van was FULL of dog fluff and dander, and Im allergic. While Done Right couldnt promise 100% allergen free, they did say that it would be about 95%. Since they worked on our van (for about $60 less than a local car wash told us they would charge) I have had no allergic reactions while in the van. All in all, I would highly recommend them. Besides all that, they were professional, fast, friendly and helpful. Cant recommend them enough.

Great detailing place. I HIGHLY recommend making the drive from Minneapolis/St. Paul to get it done here. All the employees are very nice, and did a very thorough job on the interior of my car. I got it from a family member and it came quite dirty, and I was so impressed with how clean they got it. Additionally, most places would have tried to tack on a lot of extra fees due to how dirty my car was, but the prices here were very fair compared to other places I considered. Definitely will be back if I need another detail!

Doug was honest (even told me part of my car was too clean to pay him to clean) and nice to work with. They did a great job on my car. My son left a chocolate milk in my car that rotted and smelled the whole vehicle up. They got the smell out.

Had nothing but a pleasant experience getting my car detailed here. Everyone was professional and helpful and they were honest and open about the prices. They explained to me what was included in each package and they were looking out for my best interest rather than out for my money. They were also honest what they could do regarding the interior of my car because I have dogs. I get it that not every single strand of pet hair will be gone. And that’s 100% understandable as my dogs ride in my car all the time. Despite knowing this, they did a outstanding job cleaning my interior. I will definitely be back in the future and recommend them.

Long story, but I had deck stain on my car.. everywhere! I couldn’t get it off at home and the local car parts stores basically said there wouldn’t be a good product to get it off.Not only did Done Right Auto Detail get it off, my exterior was spotless, my interior was gorgeous, and they got it all done within about 5 hours total!

I’m blown away and so inspired by this business. I have toddlers, we spend sooo much time driving to and from activities, I let them eat in my car. Ice cream, snacks, meals when it comes down to it. It was really bad before. The interior of my car is fabric and that doesn’t help my case. I’m talking about melted chocolate stuck under car seats for months. These guys made my car look brand new. The owner was very honest and told me that they may not be able to get everything out but no, they were. I normally pay $270-300 for a detail but he only charged $125. And he drove me home after I dropped my car off and then picked me up when it was done, free of charge. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the owner! Make sure you have cash. I didnt know that but the owner is super friendly and even had someone give me a ride home so I didnt have to sit there and wait. My car looks great.

Doug is an absolute class act. I had recently picked up a new van that had been sitting outside with its windows open for a few years.. needless to say the inside was completely CAKED with grime. Doug was honest, and open with what could be accomplished from the very first phone call. Because my schedule is busy it took a few days for me to get it in, but when I did pull in and reminded him we spoke in the phone he took car of my vehicle right away, and the next morning it was essentially a new van. Doug, and his team are solid, trustworthy, and hardworking individuals that deserve all the business in Blaine.

They did a great job on my truck, and were very friendly. Dropped me off at Caribou so I could work while the washed and waxed the exterior of my truck, then picked me up when they were done. Paint felt slippery new after detailing. I will definitely be back.

Took a suc up there and I guess it was the owner relative and it was very nice which is the reason for the star but I ask if they clean/shampoo carperts (cause I spilled water on the floor a few days before and carpet starts to smell like a sandbox) and the guy said so I got the full car clean thinking if was gonna be good..1: after the wax smell went away I could still smell the odor2: didnt even clean the way back of my inside3:left a cleaning brush on the roof of my car4...... forget the rush it angers meIts not worth 150 for full car detail from here on my experience

Go here at least once a year and before selling my car. He does a great job. Cost runs $150-$200 for complete detail. Last time he even agreed to touch up Knicks with a self-supplied paint pen!

Brought my car here for an interior detail. My seats had some staining from the previous owner and a kids sticker was stuck to one of my windows. They advised me that some of the staining wouldnt come out due to type of stain and how deep it was set. No problem - I just wanted it clean. They went above expectation and got 99% of the stains out as well as the sticker off.I bought my car used and its a bit older so I didnt expect like new condition, but they did a phenomenal job.Very fast, efficient, and well priced. Ill definitely be a repeat customer when the need arises.

Dont be fool by the high rating. Took my Sequoia there for the exterior detail package and ended up paying $$$$$ for basically a car wash. Car was supposed to be clay bar and polish but neither was done. I wipe my finger behind the wheel spokes and my finger came out all black. It wasnt clean. Small spots by the headlights on the front still has dirt on them. If you want to pay big bucks for a basic car wash then feel free. Go somewhere else if you really want your car to be detail correctly and properly.

I was picking my Marine son up for a 4 day leave and he was using my truck. We have 2 dogs and the truck was full of dog hair and just a friken mess. I explained what I wanted done and I only had an hour and a half, and he said I can have done for you but with all the dog hair its not going to look like I want it to. I said I completely understand and said have at it, well it looked great!!! Very impressed! Thank you very much!!!

Called for appointment and was advised to do a walk in appointment the next day between 8-10. Arrived at 830 to drop off our car. The price advertised on the website for a complete interior wash on a car is $95. Drove over an hour because of this price and the great reviews. My husband spoke to the man working, seemingly the owner, about when to expect it to be ready and then we drove away. About half way home I confirmed the price with my husband of $95 and he said no, there was a sign inside that he showed me that said $125. I thought maybe because the car was pretty dirty he was going to charge an additional fee so we called to confirm. I could immediately overhear my husband being yelled at and constantly interrupted. Instead of owning up to a mistake or whatever it was it became very clear this was bait and switch situation. When my husband pointed out this very illegal business practice the owner got much louder. If you have done nothing wrong, why are you yelling and so defensive? We immediately turned around to pick up our vehicle. $125 is a very reasonable price for this service but Im not going to be baited into an extra $30 by a shady business trying to get away with illegal practices. My advice, save yourself the time, drive, and hopefully the website will be updated shortly to reflect correct prices.
